"Great if you're staying for just a few days. I chose this single room because I was arriving late by plane, and it allows for check-in at any hour, but the conditions they set and the potential charges for every single thing are absurd. They provide an endless list of extra fees in case anything happens."

"The hotel's location is superb, in the most convenient part of Madrid. Transportation is incredibly easy. Downstairs, you're right in the heart of the bustling area, and a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket is just a minute's walk away, which is incredibly convenient. They also have a 24-hour front desk. Although the bathrooms are shared, there are several on each floor, so it's not really an issue. The room itself is very spacious. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"The cleaning staff was cleaning the bathroom continuously, the hotel is therefore clean. Modern design and very comfortable beds, the room are walking distance to several stations in the very center of madrid. The check in and checkout are automatic and also the opening of all the doors are done via internet and without a code. This makes impossible to rate the service but is definitely very convenient. Just make sure that your phone is always charged! The low price is, in my opinion, due to the fact that the rooms have no real windows: the small openings face the corridor, and the corridor itself has no windows, so a bit claustrophobic."

"We had a mixed experience staying here. On the positive side, the hostel was clean and in a really convenient location, which we appreciated. However, there were a few issues that made our stay quite uncomfortable. Our room didn’t have a proper window, which made it feel very stuffy and poorly ventilated, and unfortunately it triggered our allergies, which we mentioned to the receptionist. The bed was also quite stiff, and the pillows were very thin—we had to fold and stack them just to be comfortable. Noise was another challenge. The neighbouring room seemed to be having a party at around 3am, with very loud music and audible conversations,  which made it difficult to sleep. The staff were polite and friendly, but we didn’t feel we received much practical help when we raised our concerns. We tried to cancel the remainder of our stay due to these issues, but were advised to go through the booking platform. We did this but our request ended up pending for some time as the ”hotel was being contacted” and was eventually declined, which was frustrating. In the end, we decided to check out earlier than planned and book alternative accommodation. Overall, while the cleanliness and location were great, the lack of ventilation, comfort, and noise control made it hard for us to fully enjoy our stay—especially as we were there for our honeymoon."

"The location is excellent, right near the market, and there are plenty of food options nearby. It's super convenient to get anywhere. Plus, the streets around here are busy from morning till night, which makes it feel very safe. My only minor complaints are that the room is a bit small and the air conditioning isn't strong enough, so it gets a little warm."
