"Hotel location is very good, but it is a self-service hotel, there is no front desk, check-in is very troublesome, all rely on yourself, cleaning during the stay is charged, the room air conditioning is basically a display, contacted the hotel said that the air conditioning is repaired, the result is to go back to see is to add a fan, The room we stayed in was noisy, the car with hand garbage in the middle of the night was very scary, and the bed was enough for a family of 4."

"Very convenient and nice hotel. The free shuttle from and to the airport made it very easy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Food is delicious. We ordered room service and had their breakfast buffet as well and everything was great. Will be back."

HHotelfenxiangjiaWe stayed for several consecutive nights at this 5-star hotel.
**Location:** Situated right by Plaza de España, this hotel boasts a prime city-center location. It's an easy walk to downtown shopping areas, and the Royal Palace of Madrid is just a 10-minute stroll away. You'll also find several Chinese restaurants nearby, including a fantastic Sichuan spot called 'Hammer Sichuan Cuisine', plus convenient supermarkets.
**Room Size:** For European standards, the room was quite spacious, though it felt a bit small compared to an apartment. For three guests, one bed is a sofa bed. The room layout was well-designed, with the bathroom completely separate from the sleeping area, which was great as it meant one person could use it without disturbing the other.
**Breakfast:** The breakfast spread was quite generous, served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Unfortunately, we had an early flight on our last day and missed out on breakfast.
**Service:** Toiletries and disposable slippers were provided. However, for a 5-star hotel, the service left something to be desired. During our multi-night stay, toothbrushes were only replenished on the first day, and we had to ask for them subsequently. Furthermore, on three separate occasions, staff knocked on our door by mistake, attempting to deliver items to the wrong room. These issues definitely detracted from the overall experience.

GGuest UserThe SuperB room I stayed in for a week was spacious and nice, but did it have a courtyard view? Garden views should be avoided at all costs. The sound of the restaurant setting up early in the morning woke me up with a clatter and clang, and I woke up at 6 a.m., and in the evening, I slept wrong until 12 o'clock every night because of the sound of music... .It would have been perfect if it weren’t for this… I recommend changing that window to a soundproof window.
The hotel itself was nicely done.

AancoheBeautiful hotel, warm and considerate service staff, delicious breakfast, great location, within walking distance to the Royal Palace of Madrid, Puerta del Sol, and even Retiro Park. The car rental company has a store in the underground garage of Plaza de España. You can pick up the car there. It's only a 500-meter walk, everything is perfect, and it's worth coming back. That day I went to the rooftop swimming pool and unexpectedly met a handsome foreigner waiter who spoke Mandarin better than me😄. There was also a Chinese girl in the restaurant who was enthusiastic and capable; if the price is acceptable, there is nothing to worry about.

There is an intermittent rumbling sound from the upper floor. The service attitude is average. I don't understand why it takes so long to check in at 3 o'clock after checking out at 12 o'clock. I asked at 2:45 whether I could check in earlier, but it was not allowed. I called to ask for a bottle of water at night. The front desk said it would be delivered immediately. I waited for an hour and it didn't come. I called again and they said it couldn't be delivered and I could drink it from the tap. It's hard to rate it. It's really average compared to other hotels in Spain.

OOliver_Peng❗️ The door handles are very sharp metal, which I think would be dangerous in a slippery area like the bathroom, especially if you have children with you. For me personally been traveling quite a lot countries and stay different luxury or normal 4/5 stars hotels, it is the first time seeing this kinda unreasonable design. I cannot imagine what gonna happen if someone slipped.❗️
😉 The room was of a good size, well maintained, the mattress was very comfortable, the smart curtains were nice, and free drinking water was provided every day.
😅 The hot water temperature was not high enough and the water pressure was a little lacking.
🤓Overall, it was a great opportunity to experience a 30-story restaurant, given that there aren't many high-rise buildings nearby. But for the same price, there might be more exciting options downtown.

Secondly, the layout of the room is very reasonable and comfortable, and the breakfast is great. The only drawback is that I live on the 10th floor, the water pressure is too low, and the water pressure in the shower is too small.

JJasminezhenerAs a hotel that costs 5,000 RMB per night in the off-season, the Madrid edition is very mediocre from interior design to room configuration, very small, and the courtyard rooms have no view, which is much worse than editions in other countries, such as Sanya and London. In terms of service, the receptionist at the door has a good attitude, but there is often only one person at the front desk, who is responsible for checking in or out, arranging luggage storage and retrieval, and solving some temporary problems of some guests, resulting in low efficiency. When I go to the front desk to consult and handle things, I always have to wait in line, and even have to wait for more than ten minutes.
