The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to transportation and a full range of amenities nearby. The rooms were clean and tidy, with simple yet comfortable decor, soft bedding, and good soundproofing, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall environment was quiet and elegant, offering great value for money. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend it as my first choice for travel!

Overall, the hotel's location is unbeatable 👍. It's about a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and you can even walk to the Royal Palace of Madrid, which is incredibly convenient for tourists. The front desk staff were very friendly and polite 😊, and the room itself was clean with no major issues. However, during my three-night stay, my towels were never replaced. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they just left them, but the most ridiculous thing was that I had hung a wet towel to dry, and the cleaning staff actually folded it back up and put it in its original spot. This caused the towel to develop a musty smell 🤢, which was really unpleasant. Additionally, the rubber seal on the shower door was loose and had come off, causing water to leak all over the bathroom floor when showering 💧. This made the entire floor wet, and the facility maintenance could definitely be improved. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to these details. After all, with such a great location, it would be perfect if the cleaning and maintenance were better 🙏.

The whole place is very clean, and it's super close to the airport. There's a supermarket right next to the hotel, so shopping is really convenient. Lots of airline crews stay here too, which makes getting around easy. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants in the alley across the street that I'd recommend checking out.

I stayed at this hotel for three consecutive nights. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and there was a supermarket conveniently located right outside. A particular highlight was their underground parking garage: the entry and exit points were very wide, allowing even large vehicles to maneuver in and out smoothly, and the parking spaces themselves were very generously sized. The only minor downsides were that the hotel facilities felt a bit dated, and the shower water pressure was quite low. However, the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. Overall, everything else was great – it was clean and the service was good.

Their room key had problem when one go out after check-in, making it not working deliberately for security, that’s they said, even I went to eat something in their restaurant, after that room key was not working I couldn’t enter my room and ask validation again at front desk. I never experienced such manner over the world. I don’t like revisiting later

We stayed at The Madrid Edition while celebrating my friend’s 40th birthday in Spain, and it was the perfect choice for the trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special and well thought out. The hotel kindly surprised us with complimentary cava and a birthday cake, which was such a lovely touch and made the celebration even more memorable. We had also requested a flower arrangement in advance, and it was done beautifully—exactly as we had hoped. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel sits right in the middle of the city, making it extremely convenient to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. It made exploring Madrid effortless. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only small downside was the room ambience lighting felt a little too dim at times. Aside from that minor detail, everything—from the lobby and facilities to the rooms—was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend The Madrid Edition to anyone visiting Madrid, especially for a special occasion.

I booked this hotel because it was “close” to the airport… however you cannot walk to the hotel, and the shuttle information from the airport to the hotel was not correct and I couldn’t find the bus, so I had to taxi to the hotel. The hotel breakfast was good, but it could be served a bit earlier since most people stay at the hotel to get a flight out the next morning. The shuttle to the airport at 7:15am was great, comfortable and on time! The rooms walls are very thin though and you can hear even in the corridors and next to you 🙈 It was a decent bed to sleep on though and a great shower.

This hotel's unique feature is that each floor is designed by a different artist, resulting in distinct and sometimes extreme styles. I deliberately booked two different rooms, staying 2 nights in each for a total of 4 nights, so I could experience them. The young lady at the front desk who checked me in at dawn was incredibly friendly and professional. She even encouraged me to visit the lobbies on different floors to experience their unique styles and noted my preferred floor for the room change. The issue arose the night before I was due to switch rooms. I spoke to the same front desk agent, asking if I could change rooms after 2 PM the next day, due to jet lag and needing time to pack my belongings. She generously agreed, stating it was fine since I was extending my stay rather than checking out, and my next booking was a suite. However, at exactly 10 AM on the day of the room change, someone repeatedly knocked on my door. Still asleep, I went to ask what was going on. It was a cleaner who apologized, saying they thought the room was already vacated. I explained I was changing rooms in the afternoon, and she left. Immediately after, I noticed the TV screen indicated 'no guest checked in,' and I couldn't watch any channels. The front desk called right away. It was a middle-aged woman who sounded very experienced, and she spoke with a stern tone: 'Your suite is ready, on the floor you requested. I'm sending someone with the key now; please move immediately. There's a guest waiting for your current room.' I told her I had confirmed with them last night that I would move in the afternoon, and I wasn't even out of bed yet. She immediately replied, 'No, that's not possible. We can't wait. I can send someone to help you pack and move.' Her attitude was awful. What's more, she didn't sound like a regular front desk agent; she seemed to be a manager. This kind of service is nowhere near five-star standard.

We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website). Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests. The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby. Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's located right in the heart of the city, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling center. You can take the metro directly from the airport, and within a few minutes' walk from the hotel, you'll reach Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, and the Royal Palace of Madrid! Staying here completely eliminates the hassle of transferring metros. The hotel has a beautiful garden design with lots of greenery, making it very comfortable. And the breakfast is delicious too!
