Romantic Hotels in Macau

Hotel seems a bit dated to my taste but it is very well maintained. Excellent service and housekeeping, everything was great from the doorman and reception to my departure. Beautiful swimming pool area, good GYM. I loved the breakfast buffet, one of the best I’ve tried in Macau. One star off the service for having to wait to be seated for breakfast despite having the reservation time, my plans had to be moved because of this. The rest was brilliant.

Excellent service and I love the hotel super pretty and well maintained!! The mall is interconnected and there are many nice restaurants, in fact you do not need to leave this building at all 😉 Enjoyed my time here with my friend, best hotel stay experience I ever had! 💕

Hotel situates in the middle of Venetian and Parisian, provide free shuttle pick up from/to Cotai port to hotel, great spot to live in especially for family who prefers to stay slightly away from the casino and busy shopping malls. Hotel is tidy clean with great and attentive services. I was amazed that how the hotel staff would remember your name, and proactive support whenever needed. The breakfast buffet is amazing too with broad options and enjoy how I don’t have to wait in line for items required further cooking, like congee and noodle soup, the resto staff will send right to your table.

Fantastic service from the team, glad to assist with all directory questions. Booked 3 rooms, 2 were available for early check in slightly before noon. The last room reeked of cigarette smell and no questions asked, they changed a new room for us.

From the initial contact by Catherine Londoner Guest Relations Team to the pickup limo by Brian at Heng Qin port to the arrival at the main entrance, received by Gordon 吳鎮宇 star captain team manager to the suite it’s a great impression of tops hotelier experience ! The afternoon tea and evening cocktail reception literally occupied the rest of our evening at The Residence, Londoner restaurant operation for guests. Many thanks to Jessica Exec manager who introduces us various gourmet foods and canapés and offers a special plate of strawberries and blueberry to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. To our surprise, the Guest Relations Team delivers a cake to our room in the evening at 9:30pm. The next day breakfast at The Residence restaurant is sumptuous and exquisite. Elna Exec manager from Taiwan personally serves tea and suggests a few dim sum items for us to taste. Our one day stay at Londoner is filled with joy and 感恩to all the Londoner staffs who pamper us with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The top quality of the staff, the food quality and the ambiance contribute to our precious memories. Gordon and Fiona, Stephen(?)who offers us guidance to maneuver around Londoner Sands , Venetian shoppes, assisted our departure inn a limousine at 4pm. We will be back. Fantastic stay at this Line friends themed hotel :) it makes the kids stay so memorable and we loved all the decor and little touches, would definitely recommend!

My only choice in Macau. Good service, spacious room, well maintained facilities, clean and tidy everywhere, delicious buffet no matter breakfast or other meal sections, all good👍 plus its convenient location as right next to subway station are all my description for this hotel. I stayed here for few times, but this time wanna express my special thanks to Kent. He is professional with passion, patience and details minded. While checking in, I booked a non-smoking suite room but it was sold out for non-smoking of such category, he tried for non-smoking treatment at first but I was allergic and sensitive to it, he was so patiently showed me with an upgraded non-smoking suite to ensure my stay was pleasant. He also reminded for transportation arrangement during CNY for room closure details. We definitely will return because of his outstanding. Really appreciated.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. Our stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely amazing! We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, and the suite we got was nothing short of stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. One of the coolest features was the use of robots to deliver amenities straight to our room. It gave the whole experience a high-tech, futuristic touch that really stood out. There’s also so much to do within the hotel itself. From world-class restaurants and shopping to entertainment and the iconic indoor canals, you could easily spend days exploring without even stepping outside. It truly feels like a destination on its own. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Macau!

We're grateful for the early check-in and the hotel room just enough for us. They provided an extra crib, towels and water as requested which was superb . Then we went to the pool for a swim but they didn't allow adults to swim in the adult pool. We asked for a reason they said for no reason. At 17:30 we ordered pizza and warm water for the baby. They provided with warm water but refused to provide pizza because they have a special event for a phone company so they want to prepare well for them instead. They should have informed us about limitations before we booked the hotel. At the end breakfast was descent with plenty of choices and luggage drop-off service was superb they even checked us out.
