"We had a wonderful stay and would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the entire team for making our visit so memorable! A special thank you to Shintia at the Front Desk, whose warmth and attentiveness truly stood out. She remembered our family by name throughout our stay and kept us updated on everything from the opening of the beach club to the latest f&b offerings. Her personal touch made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. We would also like to thank Shely at the pool for her friendly hospitality and cheerful service despite the unforgiving heat, as well as the amazing team at Port19 - there were so many wonderful staff members that it’s impossible to name them all individually, but every interaction was met with genuine smiles and excellent service. We were celebrating our child’s birthday during our stay, and the thoughtful surprises arranged by the hotel made the occasion extra special. It was these little touches that created lasting memories for our family. Our room was always well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless. What impressed us most was the consistently warm and friendly attitude of every crew member we encountered throughout the resort.
