GGuest UserWe recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests.
1. Room Consistency & Communication
Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved.
2. Villa Room Maintenance
On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression.
We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved.

YYuanzishigejiudiankongWe absolutely loved our three-night stay at the Indigo Bintan! Every morning, breakfast at SugarBeats was something to look forward to, especially because they actually serve delicious steak! The salmon, various breads, yogurts, and fruits were all fantastic. The kids' club, water park, family entertainment center, and spa are all conveniently located next door at the Holiday Inn. You can get there by taking the hotel's buggies, riding a free bicycle, or even just walking, as it's not far. The hotel offers complimentary ferry terminal transfers and a free shuttle to the nearby Plaza Lagoi. All the staff greeted us with smiles and provided excellent service. A big thank you to Manager Dian and Ria from the kids' club. We had a very satisfying stay.

GGuest UserWe had a tremendous vacation even for short ones. We booked for 2 nights but the experience was awesome. They arranged my son's birthday with decorating the room.We got to tour the engine rooms and the entire ship hotel Tuti the staff hotel was very helpful . And the restaurant staff too.. And managed to meet the owner of the hotel Mr Eric as we were recommended by his son Daryl. Will definitely come again . Thank you for the experience.

AAnonymous UserWe had wonderful weekend at HOMM Laguna Bintan. The manager, Mr Kris and staff - Benny warmly welcomed us during the check -in, making us feel at home right away.
The FO team was very helpful in arranging our dinner reservations at Saffron and Cove Restaurant at Banyan Tree Bintan, which we truly appreciated.
The view was absolutely stunning. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay

GGuest UserEverything was great but please learn to delivery ”no” message to your customer instead of stalling tactic.
We requested for early checkin as the ferry disembarked at close to 12pm. The concierge told us it was subjected to availability. They will try to clean up room quickly. We waited close to 3hrs, 15mins before official check in time to get the room.
But we noticed neighboring units were empty.. and due to low occupancy, the breakfast was ala-carte instead of buffet.

GGuest UserNear the beach and have multiple things to do including volleyball cycling kayaking. The room my family stayed in looked to be one of the older rooms. It is decently clean enough.
Service wise was good as the staff strived to assist my family for our requests.
Snacks provided in room are free which is nice.

DdreamerinsummerBiru is the villa area of Nawan Garden. The environment is very good. The waiter sent us to the door of the room with great enthusiasm. The single bed in the bedroom is a bit small and can only sleep one adult. If there are many people, you can put the two single beds together. The bathroom is a bit simplistic, if you need a comb toothbrush you can call. The overall feeling in Bintan is that people are very good. Even if the communication is not too smooth, they will not bother to explain. My request is to know one or two keywords. The only regret is that I saw a mini zoo in Nawan, I wanted to take the children to the waiter and told me that I was gone.

If I lose my bag, I can't even go back to China. Thanks to the two employees who are not ignorant of the money. This is my luckiest trip 👍👍👍
