"This was my first time booking a B&B, and I decided to try it on a whim. What a pleasant surprise it turned out to be! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were super helpful, even letting us borrow an electric scooter from the owner to ferry our luggage from the parking lot – truly above and beyond! Our room was spotlessly clean, and despite being on the first floor, there wasn't a hint of a musty smell. It was a scorching hot day, so we were really impressed and touched to find the air conditioning already running when we checked in. It was incredibly powerful! The bathroom facilities were also top-notch, featuring a smart branded toilet and a lovely rain showerhead. A huge bonus for anyone particular about hygiene (like me!) – both the bath towels and mouthwash cups were disposable! Loved that. Oh, and the clothes drying area was fantastic too, bathed in glorious sunshine. My child is already asking to come back next time!"

Hotel facilities are OK, it can be seen that it is newly renovated, there is no small refrigerator, but four bottles of free water are generally two bottles. The bathroom sink is more spacious and there are two mirrors although there is a faucet."

The courtyard is very artistic. There is also a tea room. We were a group of 10 people and borrowed the tea room of the B&B to drink tea and chat in the evening. The transportation is very convenient and the distance is very close. You can reach the scenic spots in just ten minutes on foot. Yes, the accommodation conditions are quite good. "It was a truly wonderful trip. Before I even arrived, I received a call asking if I needed a free upgrade. I explained I needed a desk, which is why I booked a business class room. The desk in this room is incredibly large and comes with a gaming chair, making it perfect for business travelers. The hotel is also conveniently located, with easy access to food and coffee downstairs. There's also a foot massage parlor. For only 128 yuan in the afternoon, I simply went there for lunch. I didn't reserve breakfast, but Linhai offers a wide variety of breakfast options, and I've tried them all. Finally, I have to praise the service; it was excellent. There was no one around when things were going on, but they were always there when needed. Free parking and free laundry were also available."

"We were traveling from Shanghai to Linhai and booked the Orange Boutique Hotel online. The hotel was very nice and clean.
