"My main purpose for this trip to Linhai was to visit Xin Rong Ji, so I looked for hotels close to it. Initially, I considered a few B&Bs, but ultimately decided on a star-rated hotel. After staying for two nights, I realized it was a very wise decision. First, the hotel's location is excellent, not only close to Xin Rong Ji but also to the train station. My room was on the 26th floor with a great view and over 50 square meters of space. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub, and the toilet was fully smart, automatically opening when approached and closing after a certain time (though I'd recommend unplugging it or closing the door at night, as it sometimes opens inexplicably). The bed was quite comfortable, the TV was huge, and the room's layout was very well-designed. Both layers of curtains were fully automated and very convenient to use. We received a fruit plate when we returned to the room in the evening. The staff were all very enthusiastic and greeted us proactively, even offering thoughtful reminders to bring an umbrella if the weather was bad. We opted for the hotel's breakfast one morning; it was rather average, with limited variety and a mediocre taste. However, for a four-star hotel, the overall experience was very good.

"They sent me the location in advance, and someone was there to pick me up when I arrived. Check-in was very quick, and someone helped me with my luggage. The breakfast was exquisite. You step right out onto the old street, which is both quiet and convenient. The ancient city wall is beautiful."

"This was my first time booking a B&B, and I decided to try it on a whim. What a pleasant surprise it turned out to be! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were super helpful, even letting us borrow an electric scooter from the owner to ferry our luggage from the parking lot – truly above and beyond! Our room was spotlessly clean, and despite being on the first floor, there wasn't a hint of a musty smell. It was a scorching hot day, so we were really impressed and touched to find the air conditioning already running when we checked in. It was incredibly powerful! The bathroom facilities were also top-notch, featuring a smart branded toilet and a lovely rain showerhead. A huge bonus for anyone particular about hygiene (like me!) – both the bath towels and mouthwash cups were disposable! Loved that. Oh, and the clothes drying area was fantastic too, bathed in glorious sunshine. My child is already asking to come back next time!"

"The guesthouse is close to Ziyang Street, and the free parking is very convenient.
The guesthouse opened in August 2025. The room design and decoration are quite thoughtful, the bedding and cleanliness are good, and it's pet-friendly. The owner was especially welcoming, upgrading our room and providing reliable recommendations for local specialties. Breakfast was freshly made and steamed, and delicious.
When checking out, I forgot my iPad, and the owner proactively contacted me to retrieve it.
A big thank you to the owner; this wonderful stay made us truly appreciate the warmth and kindness of the people of Linhai."

"📍 Fantastic Ambiance: The 539-year-old camphor tree in the hotel's courtyard is an absolute ”treasure of the house.” Its lush green stature gives the hotel a unique historical charm. A morning stroll under the tree makes time feel like it slows down.
💁 Top-Notch Service: The butler service deserves a huge shout-out! Their response time was incredibly fast, truly ”answering every question.” They not only offered great travel advice but also meticulously arranged our daily needs, which was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming.
🥣 Dining Experience: Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, featuring all local specialties. We didn't need to search for guides to enjoy authentic Linhai flavors, starting the day off with great energy. The evening bar service was also good, with well-made cocktails. The reading room had a wonderful, quiet, and elegant atmosphere, perfect for unwinding.
📝 Minor Drawback: Just a small suggestion – while the bar's service and drinks are excellent, there isn't a non-smoking section. This slightly detracts from the experience for non-smoking guests.
Overall, the minor flaw doesn't overshadow the positives. It's a hotel with warmth and style, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Linhai!"

The boss communicated in advance and helped us carry our luggage. He was very considerate. The environment is indeed very quiet and suitable for relaxing. , the boss and his wife knew that we had a baby and helped us upgrade the room for free. They were so loving~ It is worth mentioning that the cooking skills of the boss's wife yyds! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all delicious🤤. I communicated with the boss for a while in the evening. The boss’ craftsmanship is admirable. The carpentry in the room was all done by the boss himself, and the bedding was so comfortable ~ I couldn’t bear to leave until I left🥹 The boss also gave me handmade brown sugar as a gift. If I have another chance in the future, I will definitely come back~

Rre****I have been following this place for several years and finally went there during the National Day holiday. It's a pity that I only booked one day, otherwise I would definitely stay a few more days. This is the 20th homestay I stayed in this year, and it is one of the few that I strongly recommend. The food is also great. It's a pity that there is no latte, but the experience housekeeper made two hand-brewed coffees with different beans, which I loved. Thank you housekeeper, I also like all the atmosphere created by the owner and the boss lady. It's very comfortable, I love everything here, I will recommend it to many people, and I will come back to stay a few more days next time if I have the chance

AAnonymous UserThe B&B is located in the core area of Ziyang Street. You can drive directly to the parking lot and take the elevator to the hotel. It takes half an hour by taxi to Linhai Station, and it is a 5-minute walk to Longxing Temple and Fucheng Xingshan Gate. It is very convenient and labor-saving.
After the reservation is successful, the proprietress will contact you on WeChat to send the location and precautions, and will give practical travel suggestions throughout the stay! The B&B has a quiet environment, a tea room and a lobby bar. When you are tired, you will be given coffee, black tea and snacks when you return to the hotel. This is really considerate! The room is very clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the pillow is also a partitioned neck pillow. Good night sweet soup and breakfast will be communicated in advance, and the coffee of the B&B is recommended! Next time I come to Linhai, I will choose to stay in Yushanji, a home-like experience. I wish the boss a prosperous business!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is quite charming—it’s a large, old house that has been nicely converted into several hotel rooms. Our room was very comfortable.
However, a heads-up regarding the bathroom: there was no door on the toilet area, and the shower was an all-glass enclosure. Since I was traveling with my husband, it wasn't an issue for us, but if you are traveling with friends, you might want to be aware of this lack of privacy.
The location is excellent! It’s right next to the City Wall and super close to several great restaurants and cool bars.
We also liked the service; the staff were quite attentive. One thing I found confusing, though, was that they didn't register my address as per the usual government standard for foreign guests, which most hotels in China follow.
As for cleanliness, it was standard for China—there were a few stray hairs in parts of the room (usually women's hair), but I find this happens in practically any hotel here.
Overall, it was a good stay!

GGuest UserThis is a new hotel within walking distance of the great wall and food street. Around the corner there are tons of eateries, you won't have trouble finding dinner here.
Check-in was smooth and the rooms are brand new and super clean. This hotel had the best breakfast I had during my 2-week trip in China. Great coffee, and it included local dishes and snacks (the seaweed filled cookies are so good!).
Staff was attentive, and would help you whenever they can, and you get a small token of appreciation during checkout (cookies!)
I wish I had a bit more time in Linhai, and this hotel was part of the reason!

It takes 30-40 minutes to drive from Linhai Station. There is a lot of peace of mind and the hotel is received. We stayed there for one night on the sixth night of the Chinese New Year. There were four of us in two rooms. On the seventh day, I felt itchy and clicked in to take a look. I felt disappointed. I will try to travel later in the future. Just one day later, housing prices fell sharply starting from the evening of the seventh day of the ***** New Year.

The bathroom is good, with good quality soap and shampoo. The large-screen TV had a wide choice of movies for 15rmb. The hotel is located right beside an old gate to the old town... a short walk to the East Lake. We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast buffet changed in the two days we were there. Good both times. They Have COFFEE! JinJiang has become my go-to choice in hotels when I travel in China.
