"The environment is great, and most importantly, it's incredibly convenient for getting around, whether it's for enjoying local food or visiting the Grand Buddha. It really made our Leshan trip a fantastic experience. The service was super nice; they provided us with a guide to local food and attractions beforehand, saving us from any bad experiences. The room was clean and tidy, and the lobby areas were well-maintained. All the facilities are quite smart, and the breakfast was especially delicious. I've already recommended it to friends, and it'll definitely be our first choice when we come to Leshan again."

The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, and breakfast is included and quite good. It's very close to the sightseeing bus for the mountain, and about a ten-minute drive to Baoguo Temple and Giant Buddha Temple. There was a minor hiccup during check-in, but it was resolved smoothly with the help of Trip.com customer service and the hotel manager. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."

"Would have liked if they reached out a day in advance to let us know we could call them to pick us up at the carpark area becauae the hotel itself is not accessible by normal cars. But the front desk was friendly and upgraded me to a slightly bigger room. Love that their key is a beaded bracelet, and the room aesthetic and feel is wonderful. The blinds is sometimes stuck, but they are quick to come and help you. It rained the night I was in so leaving the window open allowed cool air to come in, which was great, but the bird sounds in the morning can be piercing that they woke me up haha. Overall lovely place."

Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including many local Leshan specialties. Overall, it's a classy hotel that's definitely worth choosing for a trip to Leshan."

Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk from the Leshan Giant Buddha, which is super convenient."

"The room was quite spacious. We booked a family room with bunk beds and a 1.8-meter king bed. It was comfortably roomy for two adults and two children. The interior facilities were relatively new, and any issues were promptly addressed, so the service was pretty good. The only thing is the layout was a bit unusual for us."

"This hotel is located right inside the scenic area, and the parking lot is very close by. You can even call the hotel to pick you up, which is quite convenient. As soon as you enter, the hotel is very clean and has a certain Zen ambiance. The breakfast is also excellent, and the service attitude is great. The environment is lovely too. However, since it's within a scenic area, there are inevitably some disturbances. There was a child, also a guest, who was making noise outside until almost 11 PM. Eventually, I couldn't take it anymore and complained to the front desk, and then it finally quieted down. I understand that children want to let loose and have fun when they're on vacation; I have kids myself. But at least consider other people's feelings. It was really late. When you're traveling, people should really try to be more considerate. After all, children are a reflection of their parents; they mirror your behavior!"

"When we arrived, we found the river view was good, so we paid the difference to upgrade to a river view room. The room facilities were new and relatively clean, and the owner was able to respond and solve problems in a timely manner. There are also leisure areas such as horse-faced skirts, Red Army culture, and calligraphy on the first floor. You can sit downstairs and enjoy the breeze at night. I will consider booking this hotel again next time I come to Leshan."

"I arrived at 11 AM and they let me check in right away, which was great. However, even though I arrived at 11 AM, the front desk girl assigned me to Building 2! This was the most unsatisfactory part of my stay, so much so that I almost complained about her. I booked a room with a terrace specifically for the view, and instead, I got a view that looked like a cemetery. Thankfully, Little Liu later helped me change rooms, and that was much better. During my stay, both the security guards and the cleaning staff had excellent attitudes. The hot spring was also quite good."

"The hotel room was new and quite spacious, but during my two-night stay, despite requesting cleaning on the second day, no cleaning was done at all, and amenities weren't replenished. Interestingly, staff entered the room to leave welcome fruit when I wasn't there, but still, no cleaning, and no replenishment of amenities or water. For this price point, that's really unacceptable. The shower water was cold: The bathtub water temperature was too low to even use. It's a far cry from the Longxing Temple branch. The shower water itself was inconsistent, going hot and cold. Dinner on the second day was noticeably worse than the first, with dishes like yellow catfish completely missing – clearly a downgrade. Overall, I'm quite disappointed with this hotel stay."

"While traveling in Chengdu, I decided to make a quick trip to Leshan. Since I had a lot of luggage, I booked a hotel very close to the high-speed train station. To get a Citrine Hotel for less than 300 RMB during the summer is truly amazing value for money! The elevator requires a room card to access your floor directly. The room itself was very spacious. The laundry room's dryer gets clothes dry in just half an hour, which is incredibly important for long-term travelers who need to quickly wash and dry their clothes! My parents and I spent 10 days exploring around Chengdu, and my mom said this was the most comfortable hotel we stayed in. By the way, Leshan's food is genuinely so much better than Chengdu's. I'll definitely be back to eat here again!"

"The hotel's location is super convenient, right near the high-speed train station. There's so much good food in Leshan, and the front desk staff (especially Wanwan) gave us tons of recommendations for snack streets. We mainly came to Leshan for the food, and it really lived up to expectations, plus it was great value for money with reasonable prices. We're heading to Mount Emei tomorrow, so we're really happy with our stay! The facilities are new, and the front desk service is excellent!"

"On the first day, I had to call the front desk to open the gate to the hotel parking lot, and no one answered after three calls. The next day, when I was checking out, they called to rush me at a few minutes past 12 PM. We were out eating and it was pouring rain. I asked if we could have a late checkout, saying we'd come back to check out after finishing our meal. The front desk said the latest they could extend was 12:30 PM, and any time beyond that would be charged at 40 yuan per hour. There were so many empty rooms, it was completely inflexible. I had to leave my parents and child at the restaurant mid-meal and take a taxi back to the hotel by myself to check out. The experience was terrible. I've stayed in so many hotels, but this is the first time I'm leaving a negative review."
