"fantastic view from our corner room 718. day time and evening was amazing. clean, quiet. and comfortable. close to everything we needed. the only negative was workmen below renovating the park which was noisy at times. at the rate theyre working they will finish soon. and the toilet is in close proximity to the sleeping area little privacy."

"First off, the hotel's location is excellent, right near the North Gate of the Leshan Scenic Area, and they even have an electric shuttle service. Secondly, the rooms are decorated in a very Zen-like style; you can practice calligraphy in the afternoon and Eight-Section Brocade in the morning. Every plant and tree within the hotel is a beautiful sight, making it a truly relaxing experience. Lastly, Tangtang and Linlin at the front desk were incredibly nice and provided a lot of help. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Leshan, and I'll stay for a few extra days, as the food in Leshan is simply delicious."

DDustinoMy stay here was short, and I wish I could have stayed longer, but I already had a train booked for Zhangjiajie. The room was just incredible and lovely, and the service was superb. I accidentally left my ear buds in my room and they were extremely quick in getting them back to me before I called for a Didi to head to my train. Thank you for everything!

TTuoleisigangStaying at the Le Méridien Emei Mountain was truly a 'stress-free family vacation' experience. The meticulous attention to detail from the hotel staff was incredibly impressive – they thoughtfully reminded us of the pool opening hours and provided warm, professional service with a constant smile. The breakfast restaurant was a paradise for families: the buffet spread was extensive, featuring not only classic Western dishes but also authentic Sichuan flavors like spicy mapo tofu pudding, 'boboji' (skewered dishes), and beef noodles, which even the kids loved. What's more, they offered dedicated high chairs and even breakfast to-go, making it easy for families heading out early for a mountain hike. The parent-child entertainment facilities were excellent: the indoor heated pool had professional lifeguards and child-friendly swim rings, with comfortable water temperatures allowing kids to swim freely without a worry. The outdoor starry sky-themed children's playground, complete with slides, a ball pit, and climbing nets, had kids running around excitedly the moment they entered, leaving parents completely at ease. The hot spring area allowed us to soak while enjoying distant views of the Golden Summit, letting family time flow naturally amidst the mountains and waters. From small details to the overall experience, the hotel truly embodied 'family-centric' values – it wasn't just a slogan, but a genuine response seen in every smile, every meal, and every warm pool. This will definitely be our top choice for our next family trip!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

MMiwudou-E.O.G.HThe room environment was fantastic, and it even had a large terrace. It's a shame there was a big table in the middle of the terrace that couldn't be moved; it would have been perfect if there was an outdoor sofa instead. The service from the hotel was absolutely five-star. Breakfast was delivered to the room, and any requests were handled immediately. Plus, there was complimentary afternoon tea.

GGuest UserThe hotel was a pleasant surprise during our trip; the kids and our dog were very happy with it, as it had a large bathtub and a small garden. Since we were leaving very early the next day, our butler, Jiqing, thoughtfully packed breakfast and provided a lot of information on sightseeing and dining options. Leshan is a treasure trove of a city; besides the Giant Buddha, there are many other fun places to visit. I would definitely choose to cycle solo for a thousand miles again next time.

MM355679****We got a free room upgrade, and the owner is super nice and beautiful! The room was very clean, spacious, and unique, with a separate toilet and shower. Breakfast was also included and delicious. It's really close to the Emei Mountain Tourist Center, just a 5-minute walk away. It was a bit rainy that day, and the owner was incredibly helpful, reminding us to buy shoe covers. We were also able to store our luggage, and the owner even drove us to the station! It was just fantastic, and I highly recommend everyone stay here. There's no need to pick a place near Leidongping because private cars can't even go past the Zero Kilometer parking lot anyway. You still have to take the scenic bus to go up the mountain. From the Tourist Center, it's a two-hour bus ride to Leidongping. Then you can hike up (to the monkey area).

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is located in a resort community, just 2 kilometers from Mount Emei, essentially right at the foot of the mountain. The location offers great value for money. The environment is very tranquil, and the rooms are decorated with a strong Chinese flair and are very spacious. From the higher floors and rooms with good views, you can even see Mount Emei from the balcony! Although the room facilities are a bit dated, they are very clean, and the staff are very enthusiastic. It's a really good choice.

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied with our trip! This hotel offers incredible value for money. We originally booked a Roman-themed room, but we arrived quite early, and our room wasn't ready yet. A staff member at the front desk named Wu Yujia kindly upgraded us to a balcony king room in the main building. She even added us on WeChat to keep us informed about the hotel's activity schedule and other details. The room was quite spacious. Although the hotel facilities looked a bit dated, they paid great attention to details; even the toothbrushes were of good quality, not the cheap kind. Just a heads-up: the outdoor hot springs only open after 1:30 PM. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to and from the high-speed rail station, which is very convenient. From 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM, the restaurant also offers a late-night snack service – very thoughtful! We accidentally left our child's swimsuit in the changing room, and they were kind enough to keep it safe for us. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir. Overall, a very satisfying stay. The breakfast also featured Leshan's local specialties like tofu pudding and 'ka bing' (a type of flatbread).

My friends and I came to Mount Emei for a self-driving trip, but cars can only go as far as the Zero Kilometer parking lot, from where you have to take a shuttle bus up Mount Emei.

GGuest UserThe accommodation at Leidongping was rather basic. It was good that our upstairs room had an external window, so it wasn't damp and didn't have any musty smell. However, the facilities were definitely old and outdated, but it was tolerable for just one night. The main drawbacks were the poor sound insulation and the inconsistent water temperature, which kept fluctuating between hot and cold. I hope the owner invests in some much-needed upgrades!
