Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The rooms were excellent—very comfortable, clean, spacious, and well maintained—but what really made this hotel special was the incredible level of hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel prepared a special welcome dinner for us, and they also organized a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. They went far beyond what we normally expect from a hotel. Transportation was arranged for us to different tourist attractions, as well as to train and bus stations, making it extremely easy to explore the area. The staff also helped us plan our excursions to the different mountains nearby, giving us recommendations and making sure we were properly prepared. For our excursions, they even prepared lunch boxes with food and provided shoe covers, rain protection, umbrellas, and everything else we might need depending on the weather. These small details made a huge difference and allowed us to simply enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics. What impressed us the most was how attentive, kind, and proactive the entire staff was. They didn't just provide accommodation—they genuinely cared about making our whole trip as comfortable, easy, and enjoyable as possible. Whenever we needed something, they were ready to help, often anticipating what we might need before we even asked. The combination of excellent rooms, outstanding service, transportation, excursion assistance, thoughtful meals, and personal attention made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone planning to explore the mountains and attractions in the area. An incredibly satisfying experience! The facilities are beautiful, there are activities every day, and the food is delicious. You can even feed little goats, drink coffee, and play billiards – it's just so comfortable. Service: Full marks! Everyone is so attentive; as soon as you sit down, a staff member immediately brings water. Our dog also received great care and was very happy. There were dogs running on the lawn and elderly people relaxing by the bonfire. Everyone in the family could relax. Especially when we encountered some special circumstances, the staff reacted quickly, which was very reassuring – they didn't just ignore us. Out of all the staycations I've had, this was by far the best overall experience. Facilities: They have moxibustion machines and you can even transcribe scriptures. There's a billiards table and a bonfire setup. The underfloor heating in the room was also very comfortable.

Came here on a friend's recommendation, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! First off, all the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome, especially D., our concierge. She was so thoughtful, checking in beforehand about our stay. When she found out my child was celebrating a birthday soon, she even decorated the room and gifted a small cake! My child was overjoyed and wants to come back again 😊. The hotel offers a variety of activities for kids from morning to night, plus a pool and hot spring. You can also feed koi and see swans, making it perfect for a family trip. The room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with smart voice control – a really nice touch. The only small issue was mosquitoes at night. Just remember to turn on the mosquito repellent before bed to avoid being woken up by them!

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

От ж.д. станции до отеля нужно проехать около 4 км на автобусе № 3: вышли из станции, слева через дорогу здание автовокзала, входите в него, справа от табло выходы на улицу, там останавливаются эти автобусы. Билет стоит 2 юаня, бросить в прозрачный стеклянный ящик, отрывать бумажные. Сдачи не дают, поэтому в Чэнду стоит разменять в метро и вообще запастись мелочью. Остановка через дорогу от отеля. На этом же номере ехать дальше - до огромного Будды, основной городской достопримечательности, езды минут 40. В отеле попросили номер для некурящих, нам в ответ написали, что таких номеров нет ( и это правда, в Китае принято курить в отелях), но нам дадут номер, где вчера никто не жил и там проветривают. Итого запаха особо даже не почувствовали. Номер на 11 этаже с видами. Комната просторная, большая и очень удобная кровать, с 4 подушками. Несмотря на высокий этаж, довольно слышно шум с улицы, помогают только беруши и кондиционер (на тепло). Где-то в отеле идет ремонт (читали об этом в отзывах), сверлить начали в районе 10 утра. Завтраки с 7.30, помещение банкетного зала, с высоченными потолками, отчего там довольно прохладно (китайцы вообще приходят на завтраки в верхней одежде. Выбор сильно беднее, чем в Чэнду, плюс когда пришли не в 7.45, а ровно в 7.30, оказалось, что нет еще большей части еды. За завтраком во всей поездке не было чая - пьют только кофе и молоко. Когда приходят повара, готовят еще лапшу и яичницу. В судках шведского стола - несколько видов овощей на пару, вареные яйца, овощи типа тыквы, несколько видов выпечки.

This hotel is only a 10-minute drive from Emei Mountain High-Speed Rail Station. If you contact them in advance, they can arrange station pick-up and drop-off, which is very convenient. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful natural environment with green hills, clear waters, and surrounded by bamboo forests. The public areas are stunning, and I particularly loved the bamboo forest platform. A stroll along the wooden boardwalk takes about 20 minutes, and listening to the rustling leaves in the wind truly gives you a sense of escaping the world and finding peace amidst nature. All guest rooms are scenic, and each balcony features a private hot tub. If you're traveling with family, you can book a mountain courtyard or a villa. Before check-in, a butler will contact you to provide information on daily activities. Be aware that some activities have limited spots and require advance reservations. You can also choose your preferred essential oil and incense for the room beforehand (though default options are available daily). I especially loved the lemongrass essential oil and bergamot incense. The room itself is quite spacious. We were upgraded to a 'Yangxiu' room, which is nearly 10 square meters larger than the basic 'Guanshang' room. The balcony also came with some yoga equipment. The shower and toilet areas are separate, which is a practical and convenient design. The hotel's Chinese restaurant serves good food, and the breakfast at Mingyue Restaurant offers scenic views from every seat. In the morning, they provide local specialties like Tofu Pudding, Ka Bing (a type of sandwich), Qiaojiao Beef, and Egg Cakes. If you prefer not to leave the hotel, you can order takeout to the hotel's Gate 1, and the concierge staff will deliver it to your room. All the hotel staff are warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Special thanks to our butler Lola and Archie from the concierge team. The Banyan Tree Gallery next to the lobby sells some really nice items, like aromatherapy essential oils. I also loved the toiletries in the room and found that I could purchase them there. Being a newly opened hotel, there's still room for improvement, such as: 1. The variety of breakfast options could be expanded. 2. There are limited entertainment activities. The lobby lounge also closes at 9 PM, and last orders are taken after 8:30 PM.

We stayed in an older part of the hotel which was fine though a bit rundown. The hot springs were quite nice. The water was hot with a range of pools from 33° to 42°. When we first went in at 3:00 in the afternoon the pools were a bit cooler and they got hotter and hotter as the evening went on. The pools were busier after dinner than they were before dinner. The breakfast buffet had a large variety. The indoor pool was closed during our visit in early February.

I stayed here a few years ago when it was newly opened. The facilities and equipment were all very new. We were pleasantly surprised when the TV turned on and our names appeared on the screen as soon as we entered. I have a few complaints this time: 1. They didn't ask if we wanted a non-smoking floor. 2. There were hairs on the towels in the room. 3. The slippers were torn (which was unacceptable). However, the breakfast was okay and quite rich.
