This hotel is a real gem. We arrived 8:00 in the morning, way way before the official check-in time which was around 15:00. Regardless, the hotel staff greeted us incredibly warmly and offered us a different (and bigger, might I add) room, because the one that was dedicated to us wasnt ready. The room was spacious, very clean and modern. We were highly satisfied. The staff, as mentioned before, was very friendly, very professional and highly forthcoming. Every time one of us passed a staff employee on our way out they kept standing up from their chair and smiling warmly/greeting us. Never seen anything like his before. I cannot emphasise enough how good this hotel is. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommended.

The hotel is super comfortable. If it is not for another itinerary, I want to stay for two more days. The hotel butler is very intimate and informs me what fun and delicious places are. Afternoon tea is also delicious, a little regret is that I didn't have time to taste the dinner of Xiaomeng's house, and I will go there if I have a chance. Convenient to get to train station, about 10-15 min taxi ride. Automatic flushing toilet, however bathroom still felt a bit old, part of wall tile in lower corner of room had fallen out and shower fixtures seemed to show some signs of light mildew. Sofa also seemed old.

前台的服務實在是太好了！辦理入住的時候看我們帶了個孩子自動給我們升級了房型，給了我們更大的空間，還別説升級的智能房型真不錯，房間寬敞明亮，衞生特別好，熱水很給力，每個房間都有消毒，床單被套都很乾凈，隔音效果也很好，天貓精靈可以播放電視、開電視、開空調、播放音樂、講笑話等等，真的挺不錯的，保安大哥還幫我們把行李送上樓，走的時候也有幫忙把行李送上了車。辦理入住的時候前台主動告知入住酒店期間如有任何疑問或者任何需要隨時撥打酒店前台電話，真的很少有酒店這樣，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。另外平時進出酒店遇到的每一位工作人員都會熱情的向你打招呼，特別是我落下了東西前台小姐姐專門致電告知並幫忙寄回，真的有種特別温暖的感覺，值得推薦。
