MM11682****Had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and spotless, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows letting in the sunshine felt absolutely wonderful. The toiletries in the bathroom were from Guanxia, which I absolutely adore – it really shows how much thought the owner puts into the details for their guests. The greenery-filled cafe on the third floor, the private hot spring on the fourth, and even the stair landings all exude elegance and care. The hotel is right at the Wuxiangang ticket office, making it super convenient for getting to the scenic area. Plus, they offer afternoon tea, pre-bedtime desserts, and even high-speed rail station drop-off service – the service truly is outstanding! Every single staff member was friendly and welcoming; it genuinely felt like a home away from home!

The indoor and outdoor kids' playgrounds and swimming pools are fantastic, and there are plenty of family-friendly activities. The service is attentive, and the breakfast is unique. It's a perfect holiday spot for families with children!

GGuest User🥰 The perfect haven after conquering Golden Summit, a true retreat for mind and body!
Just finished my trip to the Cloud-Kissed Golden Summit, and this hotel provided a comfort far beyond my expectations. The environment is elegant, surrounded by mountains and a lake. Waking up to the misty lake in the morning created a perfectly serene atmosphere.
Dining: The breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious. Saturday's buffet dinner, with its seafood and specialty dishes, felt very thoughtfully put together.
Facilities: The private hot spring was a highlight. The water quality was excellent, and the privacy was superb – truly a godsend for relaxing tired muscles after a hike.
Service: The staff were warm and attentive, handling every detail with great care.
From its location and environment to the service, everything was impeccable. I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it!

BBG1HYYOriginally booked for Building 8, I was upgraded to Building 5, possibly due to low occupancy or another event. The butler helped me find a legitimate tour guide. I had good luck with the weather; it was sunny at the summit, and the scenery on the way back down in the afternoon was absolutely stunning. Along the path, there were women in yoga shorts jogging past, and the hotel entrance had such a great vibe. Being able to stay here and get these unexpected eye-candy benefits made the trip totally worth it! The butler was mild-mannered, always helpful, professional, and warm. The room's cleanliness was top-notch; every corner was spotless, and the facilities were very well-maintained. Nestled in the forest, surrounded by lush greenery, the environment was serene and quiet, far from the city's hustle and bustle. You can also enjoy the lakeside views during a walk. The hotel offers many thoughtful value-added services, enhancing the experience. I genuinely recommend it to everyone! 👍🏻 The off-road race closed the road at 7 AM, so we had to depart at 6:30 AM for our next stop, Luding. I'll see if I have time to come back to Building 8 in winter to enjoy the snow.

The hotel is tucked away in a scenic rural paradise, nestled against mountains, surrounded by a lake and rice fields. The air is so fresh and invigorating. Our room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable – we slept like babies until we woke up naturally. The resort offers a fantastic array of family activities, like feeding the black swans and exploring the fields. The kids loved it so much they didn't want to leave! The adorable animals made for such a therapeutic nature experience. The food was also excellent; breakfast was plentiful, and the main meals were authentic and fresh. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, truly enhancing the vacation feel. I highly recommend it! It's perfect for families with children to connect with nature and enjoy a unique experience.

GGuest UserThis resort is an absolute gem! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was captivated by the wonderful ambiance. The view from our booked room was incredible, and sitting on the balcony in the evening, enjoying the breeze, was simply delightful. The hotel's pool had a perfect temperature and crystal-clear water, with professional lifeguards always on duty. Breakfast was also very extensive, featuring many local specialties. The ingredients were fresh, the presentation was exquisite, and the taste was just as good as any restaurant outside. The hotel is also very close to the high-speed train station and offers a shuttle service. The staff were friendly and natural, providing excellent service without being intrusive. My experience was perfect, and I've already recommended it to all my friends!

I rarely leave reviews for hotels or B&Bs I book, but this one deeply moved me. After staying here, we truly believe it's a hotel with warmth that understands its guests:
1. Unlike other high-end hotels, there's no arrogance here. The lobby space is dedicated to guests, and the front desk isn't large but perfectly functional. The lobby features a kids' play area, a relaxing tea room, and very affordable arcade games. It's also pet-friendly (for those who worry guests might find pets dirty, are humans really cleaner? Or less prone to illness?).
2. Most importantly, the environment is excellent – clean and hygienic, showing a real responsibility to guests. The facilities are comprehensive, and the water in the heated swimming pool is changed entirely every day.
3. The detailed design is fantastic. It features smart controls; when you select 'sleep mode,' the annoying light from the switch panel also turns off, helping you sleep better. And surprisingly, the electric kettle can keep water warm continuously!

The front desk staff, Ms. Gou, was very enthusiastic and helpful; she upgraded my room and the hotel also provided complimentary afternoon tea and fruit. It's definitely worth coming back again.

JJaclinsFantastic stay! The room was spacious and airy, with smart controls throughout which were very convenient. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and the amenities were comprehensive, including a Dyson hairdryer and a full range of toiletries. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and the private hot spring courtyard offered great privacy. It was meticulously cleaned with no corners missed, and the room layout was well-designed, feeling both cozy and luxurious. After hiking, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and I had an amazing night's sleep. Both the facilities and comfort far exceeded my expectations. Very satisfied! 👍👍👍👍👍

MM255329****This was our second stay, and my child absolutely loves it! The hotel grounds are huge, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend with kids. There are plenty of family-friendly activities every day, and we even caught a bonfire party on Saturday during the winter, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed! The service was very responsive, and the butler even upgraded our room, which made us so happy!
