The hotel is just 10km away from Leshan Railway Station. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Zhanggongqiao Food Street, Daytime Cruise of Leshan Giant Buddha and Riverside Park all nearby. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Leshan hotel offers parking on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

"This hotel is located in Leshan Port, downstairs from various gourmet restaurants in Zhongshun. Across the river is the Leshan Giant Buddha, and the room has a very beautiful view. The hotel lobby and room hygiene are super clean and tidy, so you can stay with peace of mind if you have children. The room is large and fully equipped with bathrobes, shampoo, conditioner, and even facial cleanser. Generally, hotels do not provide facial cleanser. The soundproofing and blackout curtains in the room are very good. The bedding is also very comfortable, allowing people like me with poor sleep quality to sleep very well. The service attitude at the front desk is very good. If you need anything, just tell the front desk. Highly recommended, I will stay here when I return to Leshan in the future❤️"

MM12413****Choosing the Hongzhushan Zen Retreat (also known as Building 7 of Hongzhushan Hotel) for my trip to Mount Emei was the best decision I made, and my parents also had a great stay. We opted for a mountain-view room; the balcony offered a delightful experience with birdsong, though the mountain felt a bit imposing at night. Next time, I might try a pine forest room instead 🤣. The room was spotlessly clean with no hidden corners, and the water pressure was just right. Complimentary mineral water was thoughtfully placed in the hallway for guests to take, which was super convenient. The room also had a capsule coffee machine; enjoying a private hot spring soak daily with a cup of coffee was incredibly comfortable—two days simply weren't enough! Moreover, the butler, a lovely lady, was warm and patient, clearly explaining local dining options and hotel information, and even provided helpful hiking advice that eased my concerns. Our whole family successfully reached the summit and witnessed a breathtaking sea of clouds, making the trip absolutely worthwhile. The breakfast selection was extensive, featuring local Emei Mountain specialties like rice cakes and tofu pudding, which were delicious. Before check-in, a staff member proactively contacted me to inquire if I needed pick-up service. Although I didn't use it, it's a definite plus! Finally, upon departure, I booked a complimentary drop-off service at the front desk. The mini-bus ride to Emei Mountain Station only took 10 minutes. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Mount Emei 😌

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

MM2htmija4****My friends and I chose the Emeishan Orange Tree Hot Spring Hotel (Maluqiao Food Street Branch) for our trip, and we were instantly won over! First, let's talk about the hygiene. Both the guest rooms and public areas were impeccably clean, and the hot spring pools were cleaned in real-time; you could visibly see how clean the water was. The hotel's environment is perfect for a get-together with friends. The hot spring area has beautifully arranged greenery and exclusive rest pavilions. After a soak, sitting in the pavilion with friends, sipping tea, and enjoying the mountain views was incredibly comfortable. The 'Tranquil Slumber' light luxury king room was also tastefully decorated. The minimalist luxury style combined with soft lighting immediately helped us relax. As for the service, the staff were enthusiastic throughout our stay. When we asked for recommendations for nearby food, the front desk even drew us a navigation map for the food street, which was incredibly thoughtful. In terms of facilities, the hot spring amenities were comprehensive. Both the bath towels and bathrobes were disposable, and the mattress and pillows in the room were high-quality. Even the hairdryer was high-powered; the attention to detail was evident everywhere. My friends and I both felt this stay was fantastic, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Emeishan!

MM61063****Booked this hotel for a business trip and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! The front desk attendant was incredibly patient and check-in was super fast. Since I had to catch an early train, the front desk even thoughtfully packed breakfast for me to go. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept really well at night. Next time I'm in this city, I'll definitely choose this place again!

MM329903****The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 5-10 minute taxi ride from Emeishan Station. The Christmas vibe was amazing! I checked in on Christmas Eve, and the whole hotel was decked out in Christmas decorations with festive music playing. It felt incredibly festive! The service attitude was excellent throughout my stay: • Concierge: From the moment I arrived, staff were there to open the car door, and they did the same when I left by taxi. Very warm and welcoming~ • Front Desk: The lady at the front desk was meticulous in handling everything, spoke softly, and even upgraded my room for free 🏠 • Coffee Bar: The manager on duty was also very kind and enthusiastically offered recommendations ☕ • Housekeeping: The cleaning aunties would always greet me with a smile in the morning 🙋‍♀️ Overall, the atmosphere felt very warm and welcoming 🧸. Every staff member was friendly. Yesterday, I encountered a minor issue midway through my stay, and the staff stayed with me throughout the process, making me feel supported. It was a great experience. 💕 Dining Experience: • Breakfast: The small noodles with bamboo shoots and beef brisket were especially delicious! 🍜 • Chinese Restaurant: The food was generally okay, but I personally found some dishes a bit oily. The sweet skin duck I ordered had a slight fishy taste, but it was acceptable. • Afternoon Tea: The staff were very thoughtful, even offering takeout and packing services 📦. In the evening, I had some cocktails and ordered snacks like fries. The overall ambiance was great 🍸. • In-room Welcome Gift: In the evening, they prepared welcome fruits, which were local Emei Mountain specialties 🍊, and croissants 🥐. Very thoughtful. Room Amenities: The room was equipped with a bathtub, and the view outside the window was beautiful. The heating was excellent, and the mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable. They even thoughtfully provided two pillow heights (one high, one low). The only minor drawback was the lack of disposable bathtub liners and bath salts. Hot Springs and Pool: Guests can enjoy the hot springs and there's also a swimming pool. The hot springs are split into indoor and outdoor sections. The outdoor section is a large pool without much decorative design, but the water temperature and quality were both excellent. Travel Photography Service: The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photography service, including 3 free photos. The photographer was very professional and patiently guided me on poses; the retoucher was also very skilled, and the photos turned out beautifully! Value for Money: The price was very reasonable, and the facilities and services were definitely worth it. Little Highlight: I noticed a small detail: even the sand-filled receptacles for cigarette butts had the hotel's logo on them, showing great attention to detail. Minor Flaw: Yesterday, I requested turn-down service, but it wasn't carried out. However, the front desk lady promptly prepared a small gift as compensation 🎁, and her handling of the situation was very good. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Emeishan~ 🎀

HHannauroraStaying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us. The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef. Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

MM298009****Our trip to Mount Emei was incredibly lucky, mainly because we chose the perfect hotel. From check-in to check-out, every detail was a delightful surprise, far exceeding our expectations. The king-sized room was incredibly reassuring, spacious, and bright, never feeling cramped. The room was decorated in warm, soft tones with gentle lighting. The bathroom featured a bathtub, and the vanity was wide and spotless, stocked with a full range of toiletries. The breakfast deserves a special mention – it was simply a concentrated feast of Emei Mountain flavors! No more run-of-the-mill dishes; instead, it was packed with local specialties: spicy and savory DIY tofu pudding, soft and non-sticky Ye'er粑 (leaf-wrapped sticky rice cakes), Bobo Chicken, and smoked duck. Beyond these delights, there was a complete spread of hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and drinks. The variety was dazzling, satisfying every palate, ensuring we were well-fed and energized before heading up the mountain. The hotel's food village was another wonderful surprise. Its courtyard design offered beautiful scenery at every turn, with small bridges and flowing water creating an immersive atmosphere. It was tranquil and elegant, a peaceful escape from the outside hustle. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was also excellent. The staff were warm and genuine, never pushy. For example, the two of us ordered one portion of Emei eel shreds and one 'Three Delicacies' dish, which was perfectly satisfying. The hot spring area was well-equipped with towels and lockers, and the service was attentive, making for a superb experience. This hotel truly stands out as a thoughtful choice within the scenic area.

GGuest UserGreat service from all the staff here, who took good care of our needs during our stay. The free transfer from train station to the hotel is convenient. Special mention to Mr Li, the manager of the hotel, who was easy to deal with, and he tried his best to resolve issues during our stay. The hotel is renovated within last few years, looks good, is clean, but the functionality of the rooms is not as well designed as it could have been. Having said that, it was overall a pleasant stay. Location of the hotel is within a short walking distance to the Tourist Centre to enter Emeishan, and is situated right next to the river. Restaurant options nearby are limited however, and many not opened, perhaps due to current low season for tourists. Hotel breakfast is descent with reasonable range of food to choose from.

11367100****During the Golden Week holiday, we chose this hotel for our trip to Mount Emei, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel felt very established and comfortable. We were so satisfied that we'd definitely choose a Zhizhu hotel again, whether in Emei or another city. We booked a Deluxe Lake View Twin Room: The room was spacious, the bedding was very comfortable, and the private hot tub on the balcony with a beautiful lake view was a highlight. From the balcony, you could also see the Pavilion of Ten Thousand Buddhas on Mount Emei in the distance, and if the weather was clear, you could even catch the sunrise. Upon entering, we were greeted with a generous welcome fruit platter. The 9th-floor restaurant offered a complimentary afternoon tea (which could also be delivered to the room) with stunning lake views, adding a nice touch to the experience. The room's decor really set a perfect vacation mood. The only minor drawback was the hotel breakfast, which was quite ordinary, with too many pre-made items, such as the main dishes and noodle toppings.

__WeChat286595****Visited during the off-season, so the herbal medicine hot springs weren't open. That's a major letdown. Overall, the service was excellent. They even offer free pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station, and bring milk to your room in the evening – really thoughtful touches. We received unlimited hot spring access for the entire day. It wasn't crowded in the afternoon or evening, though two soaks in one day felt a bit much. If you're looking for value for money, staying nearby and just doing an afternoon or evening session would be great and perfectly sufficient. The hotel's internal facilities are very good, but the bathroom was quite damp and had an odor. Breakfast was excellent, with a standard good variety of options. They even had Emei Mountain's special tofu pudding, though the flavor was a bit mild to suit a wider palate. I'd recommend adding your own salt and MSG; it would taste much better.
