"We had a wonderful stay at the Huatai Wyndham during our family vacation to Leshan. The hotel is conveniently located next to a commercial area, making it easy to get around. Our room was spacious and quiet, and our kids absolutely loved the children's facilities and the heated pool. The breakfast spread was extensive, and even our little ones enjoyed the local Leshan snacks. A special shoutout to Angela, who went above and beyond! During check-in, she proactively offered kids' toiletries, thoughtfully informed us about the park's opening hours, and patiently helped us plan our sightseeing route for the Leshan Giant Buddha. She was incredibly gentle, friendly, and provided attentive service throughout our stay. The hotel is clean, the service is warm and inviting, making it perfect for family trips. We'd definitely come back!"

"The hotel was comfortable. However, I'm not good at parking, and I always confirm parking availability before checking in. They told me there was underground parking, but when I arrived around 5 PM, they told me to park above ground, and the spaces were incredibly short—I couldn't fit in normally. They didn't come to direct me for several minutes. Then the next day, because of electric bikes parked outside the supermarket across the street, the space was even shorter. I had to call and politely ask someone to back me up, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get out at all. Their mechanic came to check but wouldn't help me get out. Unbelievable. In the end, the hotel refunded me eight yuan, which I refused. The Zhanggongqiao branch is 1.9 kilometers from Zhanggongqiao. I was shocked and asked the front desk, who told me it was only 1.9 kilometers."
