The front desk lady was super nice, proactively asking about my needs and even upgrading my room directly, which was a real surprise. The new room was huge, well-laid out, and had a great view—it was simply comfortable to stay in. The overall service was really on point; from check-in to check-out, all the little details were handled very well. The staff were friendly, and any requests were met super quickly, whether it was calling for room service or asking for directions, everything was arranged perfectly. The room was spotless, the facilities were well-maintained, and the bedding was soft, so I slept soundly. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and good transport links. Sunshine Hotel not only has excellent facilities, but all the service details are also spot-on, making it feel just like coming home.

The check in experience was great. 小徐was there to help as I reached 3 hours earlier but the room i booked was not ready so 小徐upgraded my room to 1 tier higher and enable me to checked in earlier. Very professional in her job. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. The 小姐姐(forgot her name) at the counter was always there to welcome us with a smile. Very good experience. Will recommend friends to stay here.

Very Pleasant stay and good hotel to stay if you like to spend more time exploring Dongmen pedestrian streets, is about 10 mins walk.. other malls in Futian are also accessible in 15-20 mins ride by Didi. Special thanks to an amazing reception manager, Anna, always helpful and nice room arrangement, thank you for your help in directions and providing me nice recommendations. Special thanks to housekeeping team too, for helping in keeping rooms clean, and evening housekeeping team is very helpful. Thank you.

The location is excellent, with easy access to Metro Lines 1 and 5, which was perfect for my business trip, and it's also very close to Luohu Port. Overall, getting around was super convenient. There are tons of great food options nearby, and both MixC and King Glory Plaza are not far, making it easy to grab whatever you need. The hotel entrance itself is grand, located within a larger building. There's elevator control, and security guards at the entrance, ensuring good safety and security. The front desk staff were all very professional and had great attitudes. Kerry, in particular, was extremely nice and patient. I want to give a special shout-out to the cleaning auntie. I stayed for several days, and she cleaned my room impeccably every day, always understanding my needs and preferences perfectly. She's truly one of the best cleaning staff I've encountered, haha. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shenzhen. It offers incredible value for money.
