"The room is very clean, smell good and hospitality of the reception staff is friendly and nice. We stayed for 3 night in JW Marriot Jie Yang. The room is spacious with double bed with the 1.38m width.
The door man 陈李壮 is so helpful to help me to order the takeaway food while we are hungry in the midnight. The reception staff even could help us to book the rapid train ticket. Well recommended for stay when you visiting Jie Yang."

"The location is easy to find, parking is convenient, and it is very close to Jinxianmen. I went to see the beautiful night view of Shuangfeng Temple at night. The room is spacious and clean. The front desk and room service are very warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is rich. I don’t know what the noodles are called. It should be a local specialty. The ingredients are rich and the soup is very fresh and delicious. Jieyang’s food is well-deserved and I am most satisfied with it."

Facilities: Store A's facilities felt newer. For instance, regarding amenities, Store A provides individually packaged laundry detergent, while Store B uses pump dispensers.
Cleanliness: Both Store A and Store B maintained good hygiene, but Store A's bathroom was noticeably cleaner.

"We booked two rooms. The service was warm and welcoming.
The laundry facilities are fantastic: you can monitor machine availability online, which is super convenient. If you leave a note, the staff will even help transfer your items between the washer and dryer. This feature is ideal for families traveling! The dryer gets clothes perfectly dry in just 30 minutes, and the washing machines also come with a sanitizing function.
Breakfast was extensive, featuring freshly cooked wonton soup and beef noodles. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day.
The airport transfer service was very convenient."

The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it.
I’d also like to give a special thanks to 崔吴彤 as she was nice and helped us out as well to do something that was super important to us

The staff were friendly and helpful. You could make an appointment or send your clothes to the front desk for cleaning. After drying, you could schedule a time to have them returned to your room, which was very convenient. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was okay, though limited in variety and leaned towards Cantonese cuisine. People from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai might not be comfortable with it. The dinner buffet, included in the room rate, was surprisingly good, with a decent variety and good taste. The waiters were also very friendly. The hotel is located in the old city, close to attractions and restaurants, and is highly recommended. I was a bit annoyed by the TV projection fee, which is the cheapest in Chaoshan at 5.99 per day and 7.99 for two days. The shower room was also quite small. While there was a folding clothes hanger, it was still inconvenient to store towels and a change of clothes.

GGuest UserThis hotel was just newly built last year. Their cleaniless, ambience, orange scented, their staff were very friendly and approachable. I was served by both Xiao Ting (小婷) & Xiao Yang (小杨), their service was prompt, warm and friendly. They even allowed me to delay my checkout timing as my high speed rail was in the late afternoon.
The hotel room is clean, without weird odours, clean simple and minimalistic design. The bed and pillows provided allowed me to have a good peaceful rest. Toilet and shower room is well clean, provided orange scented bath gel, shampoo and hair conditioner.
Free mineral water is also provided, tea bags and orange flavoured snacks. Wifi connection is strong. There are a lot of television channels to watch, the smart television is big and allowed me to connect my phone for a smart view. The room soundproofing is acceptable as well.
Overall, this hotel is new, clean, and allowed me to rest well.

I like the decoration style of the hotel very much, and the hotel is relatively new. Xiao Zhang at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, and quickly helped me arrange the room. JJenson HiahIt’s near to Puning Station, located near to 商品城（20min walking) near to 老二肠粉, this hotel do cater mahjong room for customer on Lvl 12 & 13, sometime they also allow them to play in their own room, you will hear them dragging their chair and slamming the door quite often, other than that the hotel also provide simple Chinese breakfast..and lastly they have a team of excellent customers service reception, that’s really a plus point for the hotel! Thank you very much for the service rendered! Kudos to the hotel who had such a great team!

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite new, clean and sanitary, the bed is very soft, there is a smart toilet, and the staff are warm and thoughtful. The kids liked the projection screen very much and said watching movies on it was so cool that they wanted to stay in the hotel without going out. The hotel is very close to Linjiang Avenue, which is nice for a walk or a tea break by the river in the evening. The key is that the price is affordable and very cost-effective.

Hygiene: I don’t see any problems ~ everything is within the normal range.
Facilities: Very complete! The curtains can be opened and closed by voice control, which is very good. You can basically watch various TV channels and variety shows!

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is good, the room is very clean, and there is a healthy hot soup delivered to the door on the night of check-in, which is very heartwarming. There is a KTV next to the hotel but it is not noisy and very quiet when sleeping at night. The front desk lady provided great service, was responsive and solved any problems quickly. A little episode: I forgot to take my things when I checked out. Thanks to the front desk for reminding me in time. Thumbs up 👍
