The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the high-speed train station! The front desk staff are also very friendly, and the hotel offers both above-ground and underground parking. There's a good variety of breakfast options, and it's not far from the commercial district either!

What an excellent hotel. It appears to be relatively new, so it was a real treat to sleep in fresh, crisp sheets, and I loved the supportive, firmer mattress. The blackout curtains and double-glazed windows were excellent too, making it easy to get a great night's sleep off the plane. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but the Italian drip coffee bags provided in the room were more than enough to get me caffeinated and ready for my meetings. Room service being delivered by a robot was an unexpected novelty and definitely added a bit of fun to the stay. The front desk staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to help me order takeaway and organise a DiDi to the nearby train station, making everything effortless despite the language barrier. The weather outside was hot and humid, but it never affected my comfort inside. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, cooling the room with a natural feel and without the usual noisy rattling that many hotel units have. The DIY laundry was another unexpected bonus. With the humid weather requiring more outfit changes than I'd anticipated, being able to wash and dry my clothes was incredibly convenient. The gym was also well equipped and a great alternative to running outside in the heat or getting lost. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on future trips.

The overall ambiance of the hotel is very comfortable. As soon as I entered the room, there was no stuffy smell, indicating that the housekeeping did a very thorough job. The front desk staff are efficient and patiently answer any questions or requests. There's a convenience store very close by downstairs, which can meet all daily needs.

Wonderful check-in experience! I arrived at the hotel late at night due to a late flight, yet from the moment I walked in, the front desk service remained warm and professional. They even provided a travel guide to Jieyang~ I was upgraded to a room with curved floor-to-ceiling windows, which was clean and tidy with a stunning river view, and the room was very quiet. Special thanks to Anna in Guest Relations for her attentive and thoughtful service. The hotel is close to Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The quality is top-notch, and I will definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Jieyang! I ordered a lot of takeout during my stay, and the delivery robots were super fast~ The value for money is simply unbeatable!

I came to Chaoshan with my friends. I wanted to stay in Puning for two days to eat and go shopping. I asked to help arrange a clean room with a larger space. The front desk said that we could upgrade for free. The service was good and we took the initiative to upgrade. I also enthusiastically helped find the location and introduced some fun and delicious places. Takeaway can also let the robot help to the door, the good feeling is full ☺️ The service is good and the mood is good. The room is well lit and ventilated. There is no smell. The floor is higher and you can see some night scenes at night. I heard that the night life here is rich. It is really lively to go shopping at night. Hahaha. It is recommended to go to the food stalls and snack streets. Fresh and delicious. Chicken stew ate beef hot pot ate sausage powder ate fried bean dried steamed vegetables ate, it was a little less to play, then long meat hahaha relax, two days leisurely live happy eat happy have fun ～

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the Confucius Temple and the ancient city. The food festivals on both sides are open late, so you'll never go hungry. The staff are also very enthusiastic and provide excellent service. The room was clean, tidy, and featured smart controls. Overall, a great stay.

Passing through Jiexi for one night, the hotel is close to the county government for convenient travel, there is a parking space at the door for self-driving, the price during the Spring Festival is less than double the usual price, the price is not good, the front desk beauty is warm and welcoming, the room standard facilities are dry and wet separation without windows (when booking, I know that there is no window), The shortcoming is that the floor drain deodorizes the ventilation fan in the two rooms is not strong enough, of course, the price cannot be too high.
