Even though I have a home in Puning, this time I returned for a business trip. It was my first time staying at Atour, and I had a really good overall experience. The front desk staff was friendly and patient. I hope to see further upgrades to the facilities over time.

What an excellent hotel. It appears to be relatively new, so it was a real treat to sleep in fresh, crisp sheets, and I loved the supportive, firmer mattress. The blackout curtains and double-glazed windows were excellent too, making it easy to get a great night's sleep off the plane. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but the Italian drip coffee bags provided in the room were more than enough to get me caffeinated and ready for my meetings. Room service being delivered by a robot was an unexpected novelty and definitely added a bit of fun to the stay. The front desk staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to help me order takeaway and organise a DiDi to the nearby train station, making everything effortless despite the language barrier. The weather outside was hot and humid, but it never affected my comfort inside. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, cooling the room with a natural feel and without the usual noisy rattling that many hotel units have. The DIY laundry was another unexpected bonus. With the humid weather requiring more outfit changes than I'd anticipated, being able to wash and dry my clothes was incredibly convenient. The gym was also well equipped and a great alternative to running outside in the heat or getting lost. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on future trips.

Staying here for a visit, the transportation is very convenient. The room is tidy, the lighting is soft and not harsh, all facilities are working properly, and the service attitude is friendly.

This was my first time in Jieyang, and I chose this hotel. When I checked in, I happened to catch an Yingge Dance performance, and the atmosphere was incredibly lively! The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was very clean, clearly indicating it's a relatively new hotel. This time, I booked a room with an extra bed, but unfortunately, with my 196cm height, I ended up having to sleep on it, sigh 😑. Heavy rain that evening changed all our plans, so we had to order takeout. A suggestion: perhaps a takeout locker could be provided so guests can pick up their food themselves. One of the milk teas and pineapple buns I ordered was missing. The hotel facilities are very new, and the design is well-thought-out. In my room, 3115, after showering, some water leaked into the adjacent toilet. It's possible this was due to the four of us showering one after another. The hotel breakfast was a pleasant surprise. I'm a foodie, and this hotel still managed to offer unique dishes. They had freshly made pork offal congee and beef rice noodles, which were excellent. For the Western options, they even had Eggs Benedict, which many hotels don't offer in their Western breakfast section, so it was a pleasant surprise to find it here. Very good, very good. In the morning, all the restaurant staff, including the kitchen chefs, were women, and they all had excellent attitudes. Hahaha, is that a Chaoshan characteristic!

I came to Chaoshan with my friends. I wanted to stay in Puning for two days to eat and go shopping. I asked to help arrange a clean room with a larger space. The front desk said that we could upgrade for free. The service was good and we took the initiative to upgrade. I also enthusiastically helped find the location and introduced some fun and delicious places. Takeaway can also let the robot help to the door, the good feeling is full ☺️ The service is good and the mood is good. The room is well lit and ventilated. There is no smell. The floor is higher and you can see some night scenes at night. I heard that the night life here is rich. It is really lively to go shopping at night. Hahaha. It is recommended to go to the food stalls and snack streets. Fresh and delicious. Chicken stew ate beef hot pot ate sausage powder ate fried bean dried steamed vegetables ate, it was a little less to play, then long meat hahaha relax, two days leisurely live happy eat happy have fun ～

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the Confucius Temple and the ancient city. The food festivals on both sides are open late, so you'll never go hungry. The staff are also very enthusiastic and provide excellent service. The room was clean, tidy, and featured smart controls. Overall, a great stay.

Passing through Jiexi for one night, the hotel is close to the county government for convenient travel, there is a parking space at the door for self-driving, the price during the Spring Festival is less than double the usual price, the price is not good, the front desk beauty is warm and welcoming, the room standard facilities are dry and wet separation without windows (when booking, I know that there is no window), The shortcoming is that the floor drain deodorizes the ventilation fan in the two rooms is not strong enough, of course, the price cannot be too high.

Our stay at this hotel was quite good. The decor was nice, the room was clean with no strange odors, and it had great natural light. In the evenings, they even brought fresh fruit and snacks, which was a lovely touch. The service was very attentive; anything we needed was just a phone call away. The hotel's location is easy to find and convenient for getting around, with a commercial food street right nearby. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I bring my parents to visit.

My husband lives here every time he goes back to his hometown. The room is clean and tidy. It is very convenient to put luggage and put things. There are many snacks in cotton lake, red-footed oysters, tree vegetables, and fried birds next to the telecommunications bureau, all delicious!
