The only drawbacks are the lack of other facilities and activities within the complex besides the swimming pool. The pool water wasn't sufficiently heated in winter. Also, the hotel is a 12-minute drive from El Gouna city center, and waiting for a tuk-tuk can be quite time-consuming. If I were to choose again, I would prefer to stay in El Gouna city center."

"We had an amazing holiday at this hotel definitely a 5* The hotel and grounds public areas, pools, bars. restaurants and toilets were immaculate.The hotel had everything you need lots of things to do day time activities kids clubs and. evening entertainment. The rooms and bathroom were a little dated but the soft furnishing were good and the rooms kept very clean by the cleaning staff, with adequate supplies of toiletries, bottled water soft drinks and tea and coffee making facilities All the staff were so friendly, polite, and nothing was too much trouble. What really stood out was they did not hang around for tips but we tipped them all as the service was so good. Every single member of staff worked so hard. Some staff went above and beyond. A special mention to our waiter in the restaurant he so looked after us. A fair choice of food suitable for all nationalities in the restaurant there was always some main that I could find to eat. There were so many salad, bread and desert choices and plenty of drink choices too soft drinks, local spirits and cocktails. Everyday there was a snack , ice-creams drinks by the pool. We were able to eat in one of the speciality restaurants as part of our all inclusive, We chose the Italian restaurant we sat out to eat in lovely surroundings over looking the fish pond the food and the staff and the service were all excellent. All the pools were clean and nice to have a choice, the only tiny negative thing I have to say was the water was absolutely freezing at this time of year it should have been heated. There were plenty of life guards around the pools and the others waited on you by fetching towels laying them out looking after you by putting the sun umbrella up. The bar staff waited on you fetching drinks both at the pool and in the hotel. The location was perfect for a relaxing holiday. A safe promenade which takes you to some restaurants and shops and a small marina. You can go for a lovely walk or hire a golf cart approximately €15 Euros per hour which is good fun. There are a few piers where you can either stroll along or you can snorkel and here you see some beautiful tropical fish. We did book a taxi through a Limousine and taxi booking desk in the hotel we had a bad experience we reported it to the Guest Relations team Karen and Riri in the hotel. They were so efficient professional and helpful they resolved it for us. A big thank you to them and thank you so much to Riri for checking on us several times and making us feel like valued guests."
