A special thank you to Christine from Beach Customer Relations, who was always attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The animation team deserves huge praise — Arwa, Mariam, and Bika were simply amazing. They made a special effort to warmly welcome and actively engage my daughters, Jana (16 years) and Malak (15 years), making them feel included, happy, and excited to participate in the activities. Their energy, kindness, and enthusiasm created beautiful memories for the girls. The hotel offers plenty of daily activities, a lively atmosphere, and a very enjoyable vibe. The food was very good, with nice variety and quality, and the availability of two à la carte restaurants was an added bonus. What truly stands out — and deserves to be highlighted — is that Egyptian guests are treated with the same respect, warmth, and quality of service as foreign guests, which sadly is not always common in Hurghada. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable and heartwarming stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend JAZ Soma Beach Hotel to anyone looking for genuine hospitality, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere."

"I am writing a very honest review. Our second time visiting and sadly our very last time. Pools are amazing hair rides great although weighing teens is wrong and telling them too big it’s cruel and doesn’t happen anywhere else. Currently staying in the 7000 family suit can not fault the room what so ever big and spacious although dated. Sadly a bird was dead outside our room 10 days later many requested to clean the blood up and it’s still there meaning flies now on everyone. We was never informed there would be building works with road closures meaning your waiting an hour for a bus as they are packed. Metal being grounded from morning to night I don’t go to places with building works. Something very concerning is they have children working on the buildings yes children around the age 10!! I appreciate it’s a poor country but child labour is very wrong. Food places closed because everything has been organised at the far end of resort which is crammed full to capacity. What is a huge let down here is no ice creams only on a night and very limited snack bars have gone this year from the jungle aqua park so no pancakes which means the children at least had something.. you’ve to walk 5 mins every time you need a drink. 5 members of our group has fallen one was because of no lighting what so ever on the door getting into the room, others because the floors are like glass and this is on an evening time, who wears swim shoes for an evening meal? Even wearing them children falling and getting hurt.this could never be a 5* resort the focus is on the animation side only. Very disappointed and I will be requesting some refund back from the company o booked with as this is a nails holiday."

"Tawila Island was pure magic for our honeymoon! Honestly from the second we arrived everything was just so easy and stress free. Every single detail was taken care of and the whole resort is super clean. We stayed in one of the water bungalows and it was absolutely incredible. The room was spotless, the view was unbelievable every morning, and we had so much privacy which was really important for us. Reception was always super responsive whenever we needed anything and the service overall was top tier. The staff here are so well trained, genuine, polite and welcoming, they truly made us feel special. If you are planning a honeymoon I really cannot recommend this place enough, we definitely want to come back!"
