Also, a big thanks to the Room Service Team for their professionalism, quick response, and always welcoming smiles, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The only challenge I faced was with the customer service hotline and official emails, as I had a booking issue through Trip.com. To be fair, Trip.com were very responsive and answered all my inquiries, but unfortunately, they could not reach the hotel’s customer service directly. Despite this, my overall experience at the hotel was unforgettable, and I definitely look forward to coming back soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect vacation in Hurghada."

"Hotel is huge, everything is little bit older but in good condition and simple Mediterranean style. Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. We had room cleaning every day. Service is good, all stuff is very friendly. However 90 percent of the guest are Russians and food is adapted for their taste, which means very plain taste, very often without any solt and spices at all. We stayed for 8 days and after 5 I really had it enough of that kind of food. Hotel is full of unattended kids all around, which was very irritating. This hotel definitely isn't 4 star hotel. Huge minus is WiFi. They don't provide it, so we were forced to pay extra 20 dollars for internet which was very bad, slow and we had connection in intervals. What hotel don't provide free WiFi today? Also hotel was overcrowded and we were waiting in lines to enter the restaurant."

"I have booked this trip for myself with my two girls. I would definitely recommend this resort. The location, service, I have no complaints. While booking this trip through trip.com, I selected 12 years for my younger daughter and two adults. I was supposed to pay 48 dollars at property for my child, surprisingly the reception asked me to pay some huge amount which is around 170 dollars, saying they will consider my daughter as an adult, as she is 12 years 3 months, we were tired, hungry, after travelling 5 hours by road, had to fight a lot for this, at last the manager considered and I paid the due amount only. If 12/13 years is considered as an adult, why trip is giving the option to select child till 17 years of age? Or I am not sure this is a trick of the hotel to earn more money? I want to make sure before booking with this website again. I always book through ***********, never experienced such an issue."

"First of all, my experience with this hotel was disappointing, perhaps due to my high expectations. This hotel is also located about a 30-minute drive from downtown Hurghada. The check-in experience was excellent; the front desk was very polite and patient, and they provided a brief overview of the hotel's facilities. Each room is a separate building, similar to a townhouse in China. I booked a basic room, which was perfectly adequate and even had a backyard. However, the backyard was quite unused, surrounded by a high wall, with nothing visible. The room was also very poorly maintained. The buttons and microphone on the phone were filthy, and the TV was crooked on the wall; I was afraid it would fall! Furthermore, the room had several large glass windows, and all the blackout curtains had to be raised and lowered manually. Raising them meant people outside could clearly see into the room, but lowering them made the room incredibly dark, and the constant raising and lowering was exhausting. The bathroom had a small soaking tub that backed up, meaning that when you showered, water would flow directly into the tub, which was quite disgusting. My room included breakfast and dinner, but the restaurant staff seemed exhausted, their actions and words acting as if they were eager to leave work. This was the same feeling for both breakfast and dinner. Furthermore, the pool near the ocean was extremely dirty, with everything underwater, making it nauseating. Finally, the sunsets and sunrises at the hotel are beautiful, but don't expect too much when booking this hotel. One more thing to say: the hotel is huge. There's a shuttle bus from the room to the lobby or restaurant, but I had to wait 10 minutes several times. I could walk there, but the heat and the sun were intense with no shade, and it was difficult to get used to. That's all."
