"The hotel is a 6-minute drive from the airport. It's difficult to get there on foot as you have to cross a multi-lane road with no pedestrian crossings. Pros: Quick and hassle-free check-in at 3:00 AM for a booking made the previous day. Spacious rooms (the suite features 2 separate bedrooms with balconies, a living room, and a kitchen). And that's where the pros end. The rooms are very dirty; it seems a deep clean hasn't been done since the hotel first opened. To be fair, the bed linen was clean and a quick inspection didn't reveal any bugs in the beds. However, all surfaces in the room were dirty, covered in stains and streaks."

Yasser Arafat is a good receptionist His English is impecable On first day I felt unsure certain things and he was very patient and reassuring 2 Hassany is very kind helped us to find the right room He was very patient, friendly and helpful He made sure we had everything we needed I did enjoy practice my french with him 😁 3 Hassan is very nice too First day we were a bit lost didn't know where to buy water and fruits and he helped us with that 4 Owner of the Sun and sea hotel such a gentleman made us feel very welcome to his hotel He was often near restaurant greeting us personally What can I say good people always make a huge difference! To be honest there were some small issues but they did resolve them quickly enough so I have no complains about this hotel only good memories!!! Lovely people who make you feel like a family If I would recommend this place Absolutely! It's close to the sea has its small but private beach Very close to the shops We had a room with the sea view Amazing! Special thank you for that 🙏❤️ Good quality beds with a good power water cold/hot in a shower room The breakfast was the same every day more variation dinner time We did always find something to eat so no complains here either The only thing we didn't like was the coffee/tea in the hotel but that can be easily resolved as next door cafeteria makes very tasty coffee and tea that cost about 1$ very reasonable price Overall we had a very pleasant holiday thanks to all those lovely people mentioned above and the rest of the staff was nice too With love, Svetlana"

"We have just returned from a weeks holiday at Cascades Golf & SPar. Hotel was lovely, All the staff were superb apart from the Reception ones. Syed in the Restaurant looked after us extremely well making sure we had drinks and a lovely table outside everday. Buffet food was good. Spikes bar staff were good, food was nice although it would have been nice to have more snacks rather than big meals during the day. Had to ask several times for our mini bar to be refilled. Golf Course was amazing and the views onto the sea were spectacular. Downside we checked out at 12, and our transfer wasnt arriving until 8pm. All inclusive meals and drinks are stopped once you check out. We explained to reception we hadnt arrived until 1am in the morning so had lost 1 day of our holiday. The explanation we got was its company policy, and there was a place of food in your room. I Feel its petty and with this we would not return to the hotel. We were looking to rebook next year but we will stay at the Steigenberger Golf in Makadi and travel to the golf course."

From the moment we arrived, the reception team exceeded expectations by offering early check-in, welcoming us with genuine smiles, especially Donia at the reception, whose warm attitude made us feel instantly at home. We were also kindly allowed a late checkout, which made our departure relaxed and stress-free: a gesture that truly reflects excellent hospitality. A special thank you to Christine from Beach Customer Relations, who was always attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The animation team deserves huge praise — Arwa, Mariam, and Bika were simply amazing. They made a special effort to warmly welcome and actively engage my daughters, Jana (16 years) and Malak (15 years), making them feel included, happy, and excited to participate in the activities. Their energy, kindness, and enthusiasm created beautiful memories for the girls. The hotel offers plenty of daily activities, a lively atmosphere, and a very enjoyable vibe. The food was very good, with nice variety and quality, and the availability of two à la carte restaurants was an added bonus. What truly stands out — and deserves to be highlighted — is that Egyptian guests are treated with the same respect, warmth, and quality of service as foreign guests, which sadly is not always common in Hurghada. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable and heartwarming stay. "I was traveling alone, and the front desk wouldn't provide me with a double bed on the first night, only a twin room, so I slept very poorly. There was a tall, bespectacled man at the front desk who was... well, let's just say he was rude; don't go with him for check-in, his attitude was extremely poor. The front desk staff member, Mustafa, was very nice and friendly. The hotel has its own private beach; you can use a beach card to sunbathe on the beach chairs. The sea near the beach is very clear and shallow, suitable for swimming."
