GGuest Userproperty, but service and logistics need improvement I have mixed feelings about our stay. On the positive side, the hotel is new and very well-designed. The restaurant is spacious with great indoor and outdoor seating, and the breakfast was decent. The beach is stunning—very quiet with crystal clear water—but be careful entering the sea as there are many rocks at the shoreline. However, there are several drawbacks: Service: The staff seems very inexperienced. We were charged to upgrade from a single to a double room even though the website listed them at the same price. At breakfast, we had to ask for coffee multiple times before it actually arrived. Facilities: Surprisingly, the main pool is not heated, and there is no elevator, which is worth noting if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. Location: You are quite isolated here. You definitely need a car or a shuttle to get anywhere. Overall, it’s a nice physical space, but the management needs to better train the staff to match the ”new” feel of the resort.

GGuest UserThis place has the worst and most unskilled guest relations manager I have ever met. We went to him with 2 complaints, the first was that we found what looked like BLOOD STAINS on our bed sheets, he didn’t take any action, just apologized, chatted with us briefly, then left us and went to other guests. What happened in handling the second complaint though left us FURIOUS. We were woken up by a call at 12 am from Mr. Tamer at the reception asking a casual question that he could have asked any time earlier. We went to Mr. Michael, the guest relations manager, the next morning to file a complaint and he literally left us even more shocked and upset. He kept making excuses for the receptionist behavior, we asked him what would happen next now that we had submitted a complaint and he literally didn’t have an answer or simply didn’t want to give us one. He kept bluffing in poor English that we couldn’t make sense of, then hours later he sent me a message saying that Mr. Tamer (the receptionist) will “provide all the necessary information”. Mr. Tamer was the one who handled our check-out, and unsurprisingly he acted like nothing happened. Up until that point we liked the place and service and were even ready to overlook the sheets situation and leave a good review, the food was really nice and the restaurant workers were amazing. But safe to say that the guest relations experience ruined the whole thing for us.

GGuest UserGreat location, the old town with shops and restaurants is within walking distance, the Zeytona beach island is nearby, you can get there by boat or walk 10 minutes, there is a restaurant on this island with a bar. Great breakfasts. Excellent service everywhere, the guys try very hard, and not under pressure, but from the heart. The hotel is, of course, to put it mildly, ”tired”, it needs renovation, but the efforts of the staff and the location compensate for this))). I will be happy to come back.
