They said I could keep my phone at the reception but could not lend me a single cable. - Poor wifi connection in my room, asked for help at the reception. The receptionist said if the phone is working in the room, then they could not do anything. The problem remained unresolved.

there were some services I was amazed of like a person coming with you with a signaling stick when you want to cross the street in front of the resort so that cars would be aware and reduce the speed in time and providing refreshing towels at the pool. Everything else was amazing, nice people with a good attitude. What they can do as improvement is to replace the slower gel and the shampoo as the current products are not suitable for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is located in Soma Bay on the Red Sea, more than 40 kilometers from Hurghada Airport, not the majority of people living in Hurghada and Marti Bay. The Westin’s beach is far from the hotel and the hotel will be transported with the shuttle bus, so it is inconvenient to play with the sea. But we went to the Westin golf course, which was great. When checking in in the lobby, the attitude of the front desk was polite on the surface, but the room for us was particularly bad. I specially booked the golf sea view room and gave it to the far side. Since Soma Bay has not been fully developed, it is now undergoing major construction, giving me only 200 meters of work space in the room, which seriously affects the landscape and rest.
