Hurghada Beach Hotels

If I can rate this hotel more than 5 stars, I will do so. Those people are hospitality gurus, the way they treated me and my family made us all overwhelmingly happy. Every single detail was taken into consideration and exceeded my expectations. -Once in the restaurant my son was hesitant and in seconds the chef made him a special order that suits his taste. -Snacks and pizzas are so yummy. -The hotel is nice and cozy. -The views are relaxing. -Super clean Rooms, Pools and restaurants. -The main restaurant served seafood several times. However, It was never smelly and this is a plus. -Access was available to Jaz Casa Del Mar's lovely sandy beach. Words won't express my feelings when the hotel sent me a complimentary birthday cake on my birthday and another compliment was sent the next day (fruit platter, nuts and maccarons😋😋) Special thanks to reception team members (Mohamed for his close follow up on any issue, Ibrahim for his complement and Philopater for receiving us). Hotel is really nice and clean. Lots of restaurants with a good choice of food. When checking in Ahmed Mazhar and Mostafa were amazing and made me feel right at home. Sorted my room and managed to get my family close to me as I was here to surprise them. 5⭐️ service and definitely an asset to the hotel. Thank you again to you both. The pool is one of the cleanest pools I’ve ever seen. Entertainment staff really nice and helpful. Lack of things on during the day is the only thing I would say. Mohammed the housekeeper went above and beyond always to make sure we had everything we needed. Whilst all in all the hotel was great there are some things that let it down. In general all staff were helpful and happy, however as always there were a few that weren’t and wouldn’t do anything to help. Soft drinks are all bottles so it’s fine if you order a drink and it’s a fresh bottle but sometimes you get a bottle and it’s flat. Snack bar is poor and not much selection between the hours of 10am-1pm and 3pm-7pm there isn’t anywhere you can get a light bite. The marina serves some things but is very far away and not convenient if you’re at the pool. No chips or french fries anywhere. This was really disappointing, my mum and auntie loves chips so had to order them in the restaurant for $3 per portion. Not what you expect at an all inclusive. As I mentioned all in all we had a very good stay, I would return to this hotel definitely and had the potential to be an outstanding hotel.

I really liked the soft bedding at this hotel, and the room was quite clean, though it's a bit out of the way. You can't really see the sea view. The partition between the bathroom and the bed is a nice touch. However, the downside is that the entire hotel is incredibly massive, with thousands of rooms. Just getting to and from my room takes 6-7 minutes, and there's constant uphill and downhill walking. When I first arrived and wasn't familiar with the surroundings, I couldn't even find my room. It really cut into my plans for sightseeing.

Overall, it was quite good. The location is excellent, and it has its own small private beach. It's an all-inclusive hotel. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all pretty average, but there was always something edible. If you have high standards for food quality, this might not be the place for you. However, it's worth mentioning that the decor is quite old; it definitely isn't a 2023 hotel. Many of the doors were broken, making it very difficult to unlock them. Also, my room didn't receive welcome fruits and drinks, even though all my friends did. I'm not sure why that was.

We stayed in Jaz hotel for 4 days in early April in a deluxe pool-view queen room. Positives: - The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, on the touristic promenade and quite close to the airport.  - The pools are great, the hotels has in total 6 pools and even though we sometimes had difficulty finding an empty spot to sit at the main pool, we could always find a spot on the other pools where the atmosphere was equally amazing and very relaxing. - The restaurant quality is top notch, one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had anywhere, with a big variety across the different days, along with a focus on egyptian food and seafood, which i appreciated. The restaurant’s head chef himself supervised the dinner serving and gave us daily recommendations. Negatives: - The staff is helpful but not as overtly friendly and willing to help as we had experienced in other hotels. Service can sometimes be quite slow. - The room furniture, even though it’s modern, looks a bit used and is not very well maintained. - The rooms are clean, but again not at the same level of cleanliness you would expect at this price level. - Internet speed is quite low (2-3 Mbps), so no streaming possible - There are daily nightly entertainment programs, however, they are not as varied or extensive as other hotels i had experienced. I got the impression that the hotel is more targeted towards older travelers who prefer the peace and quiet and don’t care about nightly activities, but it may be because of the time of the year I visited in. Overall, it was a good experience and the negatives I listed can be considered nitpicky, but honestly, at this price level, I would expect a flawless experience and I have had better experiences at this price level in Hurghada. The only clear positive for Jaz is the quality of the restaurant.

It was a perfect experience for me. Me and my wife had fun so much. I strongly recommend Hotel Pick Albatros Resort Palace. Their services were awesome. There is only one serious issue I had. I wanted to join Orangerr Bay tour with my wife. Hotel Reception suggested me to work with Mr. Ayman Kady and Mr. Kady managed us a boat tour company called ”Ayaa”. I wanted to go diving but there was a misunderstanding. There was a one diving instructor guy of ”Ayaa” boat tour company. He was very rude towards guests. He was giving me attidude because of misunderstanding but also there were another couples who faced organisational issues of Ayaa as well. I asked him why he is giving attidude towards us and suddenly he started to shout at me and other 2 couples. He used many bad words against Germans and Deutschland. He mentioned that we have to act like according to his wishes because we are on his boat and in his country otherwise he would kill us diving insttuctor mentioned. Anyway I called Mr. Ayman Kady immediately when I was on the boat and thanks god there was internet connection eventhough it was too low and he called his boss and we changed boat tour immediately in diving break. Thanksfully he saved my day to be destroyed because my wife so scared and very unhappy. Eventhough It was nice experience but I do not suggest you to work ”Ayaa” boat tour company you can mentione that to Tour guide Me. Ayman Kady of Pick Albatros Resort Palace Hotel.

I recently stayed at Mercure Hotel, and overall I had a really good experience. The food was alright—definitely better than what I’ve had in all-inclusive hotels in Turkey or Tunisia. There was a wide variety of dishes, including lots of tasty options, cakes, tea, coffee (which was actually good), cocktails, and decent beer. The service was excellent. The staff were very polite and always willing to help—you can ask them anything and they’ll do their best. A special mention goes to Ahmed, the kitchen chef, who is an incredibly kind person. He really stood out, and I’d give an extra star just for him. The resort overall is not as busy as many other places in the area, which I really liked. It’s a smaller hotel compared to others nearby, with a simple, nice look—white buildings with brown windows, just like in the photos. It’s not a big aqua park-style resort, but honestly that was a plus for me, as I could relax without too many kids around. The beach is nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing. There are comfortable beds with shades/umbrellas around, so you can always find a good spot. The hotel has three swimming pools—the one next to the main restaurant is very large and usually empty, as most people stay at the smaller pool or by the beach. The sea water was a bit cold for my preference, but it’s beautifully clear and very clean. Many people really enjoy it, especially for snorkeling—there are amazing snorkeling spots right next to the resort. Rooms are cleaned every day, and you get two bottles of water per room daily, which is a nice touch. There are also plenty of activities: you can play tennis (though they only have one set of rackets), mini golf is included in the stay, and there’s a gym which is usually empty. There are snacks available by the pools and the beach, and a bar in the main restaurant. Outside the hotel, taxis are easy to find either at the lobby or on the street. Just make sure to agree on the price beforehand, or use the inDrive app—it’s usually cheaper than Uber or Careem, and you agree on the price upfront. There are a few shops nearby as well. If you need medication, it’s better to order from Self Care Pharmacy (you can find them on Facebook). For example, I ordered Antinal and rehydration salts with delivery for only 250 Egyptian pounds. They can deliver pretty much anything you need, and it’s much cheaper than buying inside the resort—definitely good to be prepared for emergencies. Overall, it’s a clean, more peaceful hotel with good service, plenty of food options, and lots to do. A great place to relax and enjoy the Red Sea.

The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow; I waited over ten minutes, only to be given a room completely different from the sea-view room I booked—it faced a wall! I had to get angry before they finally switched me to a room with a sea view. It’s best to double-check everything at the front desk when checking in, especially since the rooms are quite a distance from the front desk, and the restaurant is across from the front desk, requiring a walk from the beach. This hotel's pool and beach don't prohibit Muslim swimwear, but the cleanliness felt average, and the facilities are a bit old. A particular note for parents: the pool under the children's play area is very deep. Even though there are lifeguards, parents should definitely accompany their children. The food is typical Egyptian quality, with freshly cut fruit and two dishes prepared live daily. The location is quite good, right in the middle of a lively area and very close to the city pier. However, be cautious of the small Egyptian souvenir shops to the left of the main entrance; I don't recommend them. If you really want to shop there, go with a group. The hotel also has its own pier for direct sea excursions, but be sure to choose your boat captain carefully. The hotel's landscaping is well-maintained with many cats, and the beach water is crystal clear, perfect for spotting small fish and water birds. There's morning yoga by the sea and evening entertainment. There are many hotels in this area, so you might consider staying at a few to get a different experience.

泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價

For the third time at this hotel. and every time pleasantly surprise. Despite the fact that the old hotel was always cleaned, the main restaurant was cleaned. They cook deliciously ... especially delicious beef and fish. Variously. Cleaning every day. drinking water in the room. the beach is clean, clean. Nice and polite staff.
