MMohamed ElghanaeMola İstanbul is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made our family feel right at home. The atmosphere is inviting, cozy, and perfectly suited for families—whether you’re looking to relax, enjoy a meal, or simply unwind after exploring Istanbul’s bustling streets. What truly stood out was the staff. Polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless. From offering thoughtful recommendations to accommodating our needs with a smile, their kindness added so much to our visit. I’m thrilled to have discovered Mola İstanbul—it’s a haven of comfort and joy in this vibrant city. If you’re looking for a place where quality service meets a family-friendly vibe, look no further. We left with full hearts (and stomachs!) and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended! Also thank you very much Ms. Rahma and Nisanur for your patience, guidance and kindness for all time we stay..

MM257848****This hotel boasts a distinctive Turkish design throughout. The building we stayed in had a small inner garden with a bar, which was lovely. Unfortunately, we visited in winter when it was too cold, so we couldn't truly enjoy the garden's ambiance. I imagine it would be very pleasant to sit there in the summer or when the weather is milder. The hotel's location is absolutely superb. It's about a 2-minute walk to Hagia Sophia, 2-3 minutes to the Blue Mosque, and 5-10 minutes to the Basilica Cistern. Most of the main attractions are concentrated nearby. We did almost all our sightseeing on foot: Hagia Sophia in the morning, then the Basilica Cistern, back to the hotel for a rest, off to a museum, another break in the room, and then the Blue Mosque. The entire itinerary felt very relaxed and convenient. You can also walk to the Grand Bazaar and Süleymaniye Mosque, so the location is a huge plus. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was quite spacious and comfortable. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: firstly, the ceiling was a bit low, which made it feel a little confining after a while; secondly, while the window could open, it only opened a small amount, and there was an ornate design outside, so the overall natural light and ventilation felt a bit lacking. Additionally, our room was close to a small street below, and the noise was quite noticeable. There were staff activities during the day, and pedestrians passed by in the evenings and early mornings, making it generally quite noisy. This was a significant downside of our stay. I suspect rooms closer to the inner garden would be much quieter. There's a Chinese restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. The food was average, but it's an option for Chinese cuisine when abroad. There are other restaurants nearby, but we didn't try them all this time. It's worth noting that vehicles cannot pull up directly to the hotel entrance; they have to park in a nearby parking lot. Drivers contact the hotel in advance, and the hotel arranges a shuttle service, which was generally well-organized. Overall, the hotel's biggest advantages are its prime location and its distinctive design. It's ideal for those who want to explore the main attractions of the Old City extensively on foot. If you're sensitive to noise, I'd recommend prioritizing rooms facing the inner courtyard or garden.

GGuest UserHotel location is not in the old town but it is still in excellent location as it is next to Levent Subway station (M2) and it has 3 large shopping malls with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. There is also money-changer in one of the 3 malls, which is opened to 8pm. If you want familiar fast food, there is McDonald's and KFC opposite the hotel. Room and toilet are new and modern furnishings. Breakfast is the best amongst the hotels which stayed in our 13 days stay in Turkey. Wide variety of Turkish deserts, sweets, and local food for breakfast. There is mini-bar, safe, slippers, bathrobes, full range of toiletries. Hotel also modern gym. We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Highly recommend.

AAlan AkhmadievI booked non smoking room, however it was the room for smokers with bad smell inside. I wanted to open the window for fresh air, but air conditioners were just outside the window and the noise was annoying. I was asked to pay 100usd deposit only with credit card or cash. I had neither credit card nor cash. So hotel representative came to my room and took everything out from minibar. I checked in at 2 am and had to wake up at 7, so I had no desire to argue or change the room. There is construction right outside the window Room 502. Be aware

LLouisa WallaceThe hotel is really nice and room is so comfortable and clean. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants to try Turkish or Italian food, as well as yummy room service. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the hotel is located in walking distance to a beautiful palace and art gallery, as well as the tram which gives easy access to the attractions of the city. Highly recommend!

MM314113****The location is absolutely unbeatable. All the main attractions in the historic European Old Town are within a 1km walk, and it's also very close to tram stops and ferry terminals, making it super convenient to get to the European New Town and the Asian side. The room facilities are standard but perfectly adequate, and the cleanliness, from what I could see, had no obvious issues. Breakfast is mostly 'white people food' – beyond bread and eggs, there wasn't much else to eat. The service was very warm; I didn't feel any discrimination, and the front desk proactively upgraded our room. Istanbul has so many cats, and they're all so adorable! I definitely want to come back next time!!!

MMCUZZAOverall, my stay at the Istanbul Medikal Termal Hotel was very good. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant environment to relax in. I especially appreciated the late check-out option, which allowed me to enjoy a more leisurely departure. One downside was that guests are charged to use the pool, which I found disappointing. It would have been better if this was included in the room fee, as it felt like an unnecessary extra cost. Despite this, the hotel offers a convenient location and a generally positive experience. It’s a good choice if you're looking for a comfortable stay in Istanbul.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was amazing, a highlight of the trip. It’s located only fifteen minutes from Sultanahmet if you walk. My son liked taking the tram from the Grand Bazaar station right near the hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful organizing a car to the airport when we checked out. If we get a chance to fly through and take a few days stopover in Istanbul again, I’ll almost certainly try booking here again.

GGuest UserHotel is goods, staff is good but very noisy at night, probability windows aren’t noise proof. Also the breakfast was awful, the toaster wasn’t working and for fried eggs they were charging extra despite paying for breakfast. It was just awful breakfast and the area for breakfast was very small as per the crowd,
