Amazing
AAnonymous UserAmazing five stars hotel with a very attentive staff. The location is perfect, close to Haggia Sophia, in a old ottoman houses, each house having only a few rooms making the stay feel very private. The cleaning lady had prepared a surprise everyday and was very thorough. On my birthday, the staff prepared a cake. High class service and high class hotel. Would definitely go again!

MMohamed ElghanaeMola İstanbul is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made our family feel right at home. The atmosphere is inviting, cozy, and perfectly suited for families—whether you’re looking to relax, enjoy a meal, or simply unwind after exploring Istanbul’s bustling streets. What truly stood out was the staff. Polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless. From offering thoughtful recommendations to accommodating our needs with a smile, their kindness added so much to our visit. I’m thrilled to have discovered Mola İstanbul—it’s a haven of comfort and joy in this vibrant city. If you’re looking for a place where quality service meets a family-friendly vibe, look no further. We left with full hearts (and stomachs!) and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended! Also thank you very much Ms. Rahma and Nisanur for your patience, guidance and kindness for all time we stay..

LLibukaidechenghuaThe rooms were, as always, very comfortable, and the bathroom system was excellent. The hotel view was also beautiful, especially from the breakfast restaurant, in the innermost corner, where you can see the strait – truly a delightful breakfast experience. If I had to pick a downside, it would be the surprisingly strict security check to enter The Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul, where both people and bags have to be scanned! I later found out that many diplomats stay here… so… you get it. The hotel provided various chocolates, as shown in the picture. The toiletries cost 45 Euros per bottle if you take them home, but you can use them freely inside the hotel. There were many old maps of Istanbul in the hallway, and my child spent a long time studying them with great interest.

QQuestPKOverall, for a 5-star hotel and for Turkey, it's an average hotel. You book a room with a view of the Bosphorus and get a cramped room on a low floor. The receptionist wasn't particularly kind to us, as we wanted to upgrade to a high floor since we were paying for a room with a view, and they asked for a shower instead of a bathtub. The rooms are relatively small – I understand it's located near Taksim Square, but they're still a bit cramped. The spa area with a pool and pool bar is okay – a nice view of the Bosphorus and a pleasant wellness area. The food isn't bad, but it's nothing special either. The location is good, right by Taksim Square, from where you can walk to one of the main streets with cafes, restaurants, and shops in two minutes. Overall, an average experience compared to other 5-star hotels in Istanbul.

MMCUZZAOverall, my stay at the Istanbul Medikal Termal Hotel was very good. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant environment to relax in. I especially appreciated the late check-out option, which allowed me to enjoy a more leisurely departure. One downside was that guests are charged to use the pool, which I found disappointing. It would have been better if this was included in the room fee, as it felt like an unnecessary extra cost. Despite this, the hotel offers a convenient location and a generally positive experience. It’s a good choice if you're looking for a comfortable stay in Istanbul.

GGuest UserGLK Hotel & Suites Acropol is 100% the best hotel in whole Istanbul! First of all, the location is prime and right next to major sights of the city: 5 minute walk from Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, German Fountain, and Hippodrome; 15 minute walk to the Grand Bazaar; 5 minute walk to the tramway line T1; 15 minute walk to 2 nearby subway lines; 8 minute walk to Bosporus Strait; 5 minute walk to airport shuttle bus stop. The hotel staff are the best people I’ve met in Turkey: kind, helpful, and very hardworking. My room was cleaned every day, and cleaned really well. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and had many options to choose from. I, a vegetarian, never had a problem of choosing what to get. The hotel’s hamam is so amazing and personally used one booking per time, not like saunas in many hotels. I’ve also tried the massage, which was professional and the masseuse was kind to adjust it to my needs, paying attention to the areas I’ve pointed out. The room was great and the furniture nice and comfortable. I’ve had the best view of Bosporus Strait from my window with breathtaking sunrises and seagulls always posing for a shot. I also highly enjoyed the bathtub in my room, with all the toiletries. The hotel WiFi is fast and works well too. There’s an elevator in the hotel. The outdoor and indoor design is very attractive and Turkish style. I’ve worked out in the gym one morning, 6-7am, which was blissfully empty. There are various restaurants and shops to buy clothes, bags, jewelry, tea, sweets etc right next to the hotel. There are also 2 convenience stores with a wide range of fresh fruit, baklava, dairy and meat products, water and drinks 15 meters from the hotel. The receptionists, who are more than happy to help and available 24/7, called a taxi for me which arrived within 2 minutes. All in all, you can’t find a better place to stay at in the whole city!!

GGuest UserNot bad, not far from the old airport, not far from istanbul expo center, there is a university nearby, just like in the back door food street of the university, the whole street is a restaurant. Eat a lot. The hotel itself is not bad. The restaurant is on the first floor and has a garden.

The location is very good, very close to the blue halal color, we can't find it at night, we have to get in. The staff was very welcoming, and we arrived in the early hours of the morning! However, there are not many English speakers. Give you a bag, help plan to go out to play, find rental and so on. feels good! However, the hotel is not big, the infrastructure is average! The 4th floor platform overlooks the sea, the Sophia church and the mosque. Seagulls are always visible. Recommended, recommended! ! !
