It is a very nice hotel. The Executive Lounge and the Rooftop Bar are on the highest Floor where you have a fantastic View of the Bosphorus and can enjoy delicious Food. Our Room was very large and very clean. When we arrived there was a Fruit Basket, different Variations of Chocolate and a Bottle of Wine served on our Table even though we don't drink Alcohol i found it very accommodating. The Breakfast is wonderful and there are many different flavors. The Coffee was unfortunately not good so I drank Çay. You can walk 10-15 Minutes and then you will pass various small Cafés, Supermarktes and Restaurants. I recommend this Hotel because it’s worth a Visit !

The check-in process was seamless, with friendly staff ready to assist us. Our apartment was spacious and beautifully designed, providing all the comforts of home. It was spotlessly clean, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The hotel facilities were impressive, and we particularly enjoyed the dining options available on-site. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. What truly stood out was the staff's attentiveness. They were always willing to help and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Everything about rixos tersane hotel is just exceptional. The staff is so polite helpful and welcoming. They made our stay exceptional staying at the hotel was just like a dream. We love how they arranged work shop for the kids for the whole day. i really can not describe how much we loved every minute of our stay in the hotel and how we loved the everyone in the staff espically Mr.Volkan who was really helpful with our stay if we decide to stay again in the hotel it is beacuse of Mr.Volkan, he’s so welcoming thoughtful and kind person thank you very much for your service. And thank you to the lovely amazing wonderful Ms. Kayan and Ms. Shayma thank you for being so kind and wonderful with our baby and the recommendation for kids activities. The property is beautiful and the service was impeccable. Appreciated their focus on safety and comfort. restaurants were terrific and offered different experiences. Spa facilities are exceptional with great service. Definitely recommend the hotel 2000%

Located near to Taksim Square. Easy access to metro. During 7 nights of stays they only changed towels 2 times, and full cleaning one time. The bottled water, tea & coffee need to request at the front desk. The room was spacious and view was nice. But the bathroom quite smelly. The front desk said there are construction beside the hotel. You can cook at the room too. They provide all the pan and cooking utensils there. Good for traveller that on a tight budget. So there are good and bad staying here. But i would say overall is ok and bearable.

Loft airport hotel This hotel is beautiful we were completely in shock at how nice the room is - Has a huge mirror which converts to a TV. The room has little fridge with free drinks - coffee kettle. It has beautiful furnishings the bathroom is fabulous I would totally recommend staying at this hotel Has a large mirror which turns into a TV. All upgraded - & exceptional When you get a taxi from the airport be sure the taxi man puts on the meter…. If you don’t see the meter running by the time you’re leaving the airport tell him to pull over and put the meter on I have noticed several Turkish taxi drivers don’t put on the meter coming or going from the airport why because they want to rip off tourists Do not pay any more than 200 Turkish lira max You can even get an Uber for maximum of 165 from the airport to the hotel Unfortunately you cannot get an Uber back to the airport. We did get a taxi from hotel back to the airport. 160 lira The hotel says it’s 5 miles away (that’s as the Crow flies) its actuality 8 1/2 miles by road. 15 mins max All the girls & Guys at the front desk were exceptional & really sweet - they spoke English they ordered us food to be delivered in the evening for us. They also recommended restaurants. We ordered a Turkish breakfast for €5 Our flight wasn’t until 530 so we asked if we could check out at 1 and they said yes no problem which we thought was very nice of them. There is a hotel at IST Airport but it’s very expensive (& not on Expedia) We would Definitely stay at this hotel again and have marked it as one of my favorites. I don’t very often give 5 star reviews but the staff were so nice and lovely and the hotel was soo fabulous I gave it a 5*. I did book the hotel 7 months out and got an amazing price so that helped…

Impera hotel is in a very safe and quiet street, even though it is in the middle of nightlife and entertainment. Breakfast presentations are very nice, the staff is attentive and kind. You can get good advice about the region. They have a huge wine selection and menus with good pizza and good pasta. If you want to stay away from the chaos of Taksim, I highly recommend it. I stayed in a standard room, it is a city hotel with very stylish architectural touches, there is great effort and vision in the entire building, I cannot say that the rooms are big but they are useful. The room I stayed in did not have a view, but I did not feel that this was a deficiency, after all, I did not want to pay exorbitant prices to different hotels just for the view.

I stayed in this unique hotel with my mom for a week, the hotel was very, very good, the staff were very kind and lovely, great gym, unique and professional reformer machines. The breakfast was unique and very delicious, the hotel's access to the metro and metrobus station was very good, overall we were very satisfied and we will choose this hotel for our next trips.

Absolutely great place to stay! The hotel is placed on the heart of the city, all main sightseeing’s in walking distance, a lot of restaurants around so it’s easy to find nice place for lunch or dinner or just for cup of Turkish tea. The hotel is not big, with very stylish local design and absolutely warm atmosphere inside: a lot of respect and care about the guests. The rooms are clean and have nice design, small balconies with street view or sea view on other side. In nice cafe on the first floor good breakfast are served. Especially would like to thank Kenan from reception for his hospitality, help in every question we had, stories and recommendations about the city. It was pleasant stay :) Thank you

Being a vegetarian I was a bit sceptical abt getting good food in Istanbul. But chef Oguz and Emraan Erkon as well as chef Serkan made sure I tasted delicious Turkish vegetarian meals as well as delights which was so lovingly served by their team Selcuk, Bekay, Umat and Aleena . Super super kitchen team backed by happy motivated servers and supervisors. Cansin from front office team also was very helpful. The hotel is so close to taksim square and all tram, metro and boat stations for tourist attraction spots . Elegant hotel with super comfortable rooms and a great home away from home !!! Nice concierge who guides you well abt various tourist attractions.

Sometimes it takes one interaction to ruin something and well my experience at this hotel took same turn. I had booked a corner room facing the Bosphorus through American Express. When I arrived, I asked for a room with two twin beds and the receptionist very rudely said he was certain my booking came through Expedia and that he was certain Expedia explains those rooms don’t have twin bed options and “it is your responsibility to pay attention!” I explained to him that American Express might book through Expedia but regardless the American Express booking page did not say king beds were the only option. He kept insisting that I booked through Expedia and the only option I had was to go with a room facing the city or pay extra for an upgrade. Even though I payed for the more expensive view, I ended up with the view facing the city. I later checked with booking.com and as a matter of fact they do offer corner room with twin beds facing the Bosphorus! You know so many times you check in hotels and out of curtesy they offer you an upgrade when a mistake is made but not here! The guy had to prove he was right and was very rude about it!
