"A very decent hotel for the price. Right across from the Yenikapı metro station, so you can easily get from the airport to the hotel by metro, avoiding Istanbul's traffic jams. The rooms are quiet, despite the street noise. They have everything you need. It's very clean, newly renovated, so you won't see any mold or cockroaches here. The manager is very polite and helpful. He resolved any issues promptly. I definitely recommend it!"

TTanuja TatiA wonderful, new hotel with a convenient location. The street is quite quiet, the Bosphorus is nearby, and so is the Galata Tower. There are many cafes and cozy restaurants around, plus a pharmacy and a fruit shop within walking distance. The staff are simply amazing – check-in was fast, they were friendly, and room cleaning was top-notch. The rooms are bright with good soundproofing. They had everything except bathrobes: a garment steamer, kettle, cups (though no teaspoons), a fridge, safe, slippers, and so on. The toiletries were of good quality and had a pleasant scent. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserPerfect location for everything we walked everywhere as the main attractions and bazaars were within 5 mins walking. Left was Hagia Sofia. Palace etc, right were bazaars...straight down was the sea. The hotel was lovely, and breakfast had everything I liked and more. The view from the top was amazing; you could see all across Istanbul. Our room was very clean, and we even had soothing music in the bathroom, which was a really nice touch. I gave 4 stars for amenities because although the hotel has a spa, I was really hoping for a hammam experience and unfortunately it was mixed. If they offered an hour or even part of the day for ladies only, this hotel would be an absolute winner. One small downside was that our taxi couldn’t drop us off or pick us up directly outside the hotel, so we had to walk about 3 minutes. That said, the area felt very safe we walked out at 10pm as two women and felt completely comfortable. There’s even a police station right opposite the hotel! Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

XXiaowen31Pros: 1. The breakfast offers a mix of traditional Turkish breakfast and Western options, with a great variety of cheeses and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. 2. Although the room is small, it's very tidy and clean. It gets cleaned daily, and the bed sheets are changed every day. 3. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Yedikule Fortress and Marble Tower, and only an 8-minute walk to the sea. 4. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood with schools, making it very quiet. 5. The hotel's Wi-Fi is super fast and never lags. Areas for improvement: 1. It would be great if there was an airport shuttle service.

The hotel view was also beautiful, especially from the breakfast restaurant, in the innermost corner, where you can see the strait – truly a delightful breakfast experience. If I had to pick a downside, it would be the surprisingly strict security check to enter The Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul, where both people and bags have to be scanned! I later found out that many diplomats stay here… so… you get it. The hotel provided various chocolates, as shown in the picture. The toiletries cost 45 Euros per bottle if you take them home, but you can use them freely inside the hotel. There were many old maps of Istanbul in the hallway, and my child spent a long time studying them with great interest.

GGuest UserThis is our second time staying at this hotel. We chose it for its location (the Galata area is our favorite) and stylish design. The first time, the hotel made an excellent impression. This time, we didn't book in advance; we made the reservation directly at the hotel, which might be why the room was cleaned in a hurry. Upon entering, we found a clump of hair on the floor. The toilet flush button was cracked. And when I looked up, I saw a dead fly inside the lamp shade. But these minor issues didn't spoil our stay. Last time, we had breakfast – it was quite varied and everything was fresh.

IIrylechkaThis is a good chain hotel, and the price perfectly matches the quality of services provided. My room was quiet, and I slept wonderfully! The linens were clean, new, and white, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, the towels were also good, and the hot water was genuinely hot. As for toiletries, there was only shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper. The air conditioning worked perfectly; I set it to heat since it was cold in February 2026, and the room warmed up in about 10 minutes. There was also tea, coffee, and two bottles of water. I recommend this hotel; it's ideal for layovers between flights.

AA.Twiceit was fantastic weekend. We came for concert, but found this district very cute: a lot of specialty caffès, local cousine, friendly people. Waiter helped us to schedule our last day – we left our bag on reception and went for lovely walk before went to the airport. Place is nice, restaurant on 5th floor where we had a good breakfast, also has a nice view. Will be back ;)

GGuest UserGreat appartments, wonderful facilities around the hotel compound. Found the cleaning staff in particular to be very helpful and friendly, specifically Sebahat and Nurgyl. When I noticed that the bedroom window was a little dusty they very cheerfully went and got everything needed to clean the windows there and then and they did it with a smile. Lovely to see and thank you!

AAkif.My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim .
