Luxury Hotels in Istanbul

Being a vegetarian I was a bit sceptical abt getting good food in Istanbul. But chef Oguz and Emraan Erkon as well as chef Serkan made sure I tasted delicious Turkish vegetarian meals as well as delights which was so lovingly served by their team Selcuk, Bekay, Umat and Aleena . Super super kitchen team backed by happy motivated servers and supervisors. Cansin from front office team also was very helpful. The hotel is so close to taksim square and all tram, metro and boat stations for tourist attraction spots . Elegant hotel with super comfortable rooms and a great home away from home !!! Nice concierge who guides you well abt various tourist attractions.

We had a very unpleasant experience with stuff at the lobby , being there for Christmas Eve , me & my sister decide to eat inside the hotel rather to go out so at 10 pm we came down to the lobby where there is lounge area , for almost 15 minutes we saw that the lounge staff is passing us without asking if we want to order so I called one of the waitress and she came toward us with furious gestures before I start asking she said to me do you have a room in the hotel and I said yes , she continues what’s your room number and I replied , again with the cold face and rude behavior she continues ‘ under the name ?’ And I replied, she turned back to her desk without asking us what we would like to order and From her desk she went straight to reception to verify my information!!! My jaws dropped when I saw this , really rude & unprofessional behavior I was in complete shock that she even went to reception to verify the information, but the worst part was that after she verified and actually saw that we are the guest of the hotel she turned back to her desk and continued ignoring us , I never ever seen in my entire life a waitress permits herself to act like this with 5 star hotel guests, at this point we asked another waitress that if she can took our order , we then asked her if the hotel have another restaurant and she replied yes but the kitchen is closed after 10:30 pm , I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to enjoy the hotel facility, the staff are not guest friendly, the dining section is in some floor but for person like me that wants more easy snacks and chill area wasn’t really good option, not to mention that when we came back to our room we really felt so heavy and frustrated by this behavior, we were supposed to go today to lounge before departing but as for yesterday experience we just decide to check out soon and leave the hotel because we didn’t like to tolerate the attitude of this waitress ( she is the short women with short brown hair ) I suggest the general manager to see the video of yesterday and review their staff!

Amazing is all I can say! Location, staff, room facilities and the Gym is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Skip all the other hotels, this is where you went to be

The sea view is beautiful, and the room decoration is old-fashioned. When we checked in, they happened to be decorating the main hall. You can choose if you like retro culture! Overall it's good, but I like the modern style.

Location is not very convenient. Room service food is average at best. Several times the bed sheets and cover was still wet when they replaced them. Room is very small. Rooftop bar plays good music. Breakfast is the same everyday. The best experience we had with this hotel was the doorman. Overall experience was below average.

The stay at the Bosphorus Four seasons was awesome, particularly the service at the hotel’s restaurant and the arranged tour. The concierge was really friendly too! The below is a photo of the food at aqua (hotel’s restaurant)

Hotel staff are professional and helpful. Location is also superb. Nonetheless we are disappointed that certain facilities, like the terrace, are closed “in preparation for high season”. There is no swimming pool at this establishment either - while the hotel provides shuttle transport to their other location on the Bosphorus it is at least half an hour bus ride away. This makes it not the best value for the money in our opinion. The famous view of the Blue Mosque is also fully blocked by a taller Seven Hills cafe nearby. You can find better value elsewhere. And don’t go if scenic views or swimming pool are important to you.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to the seaside and there is a food street. It is very convenient. It is very close to the pier and it is also very convenient to go to the old town and the Asian area. The service staff are very knowledgeable. From the time you get off the taxi, there are service staff chatting with you until you check in at the front desk. My English is also very good and communication is very comfortable. There is a room tour and the right links are very good. As long as the service staff are in and out, they will basically say hello. The only regret is that the variety of breakfast is relatively small. Overall, I feel good. If I come to Istanbul next time, I will stay here.

Luxury accommodation, details are the real thing - but be careful about pet management This luxury hotel undoubtedly provides guests with a feast for the eyes and senses. However, in terms of dining experience, breakfast and dinner performance is a bit bland and failed to fully meet the expectations of matching the overall level of the hotel. In addition, a small issue worth noting is that there are cats walking around in the restaurant from time to time. Although these cats add a bit of vitality and fun to the hotel, they also raise concerns about hygiene and safety for guests. This concern is especially evident when cats may come into contact with tables, cutlery and food. In general, this luxury hotel has done a great job in many aspects and provided guests with an unforgettable accommodation experience. However, in order to ensure the hygiene and safety of the dining environment, it is recommended that the hotel make more stringent and detailed regulations on pet management. I believe that after solving this problem, the hotel will surely become the perfect accommodation choice in the minds of more people.
