Triada Hotel Taksim - Special Category
"I’m writing this to alert the entire global human visiting this page. I booked an Executive Suite at Triada with King Size bed, but was instead given a much cheaper Superior Room queen size bed. Despite clear differences, the hotel manager, Farhad, insisted that the room provided was correct, which was simply not true.We had a heated argument over the phone and both ended up hanging up on each other. I hanged up first and then he called me back to hang up my call. My first quarrel with a Turkish. Let me warn you, his look is very fierce ( senza smile), it actually took me a huge courage to fight back. I lost at last, unfortunately... X X X Fortunately, Trip.com acknowledged the issue, apologised, and refunded my entire stay. However, I want to warn fellow travellers from around the world to be cautious when dealing with this hotel and its management. - the SLY MANAGER FARHAD. Goodbye Farhad! .
