When the application arrived, we had not sent the mail to check in, so we had to call the hostel several times to send it to us. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable, and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The televisor's control is not working. the window has no curtains, so it comes into light and we wake up in the morning. Positive: perfect location, 1 minute away from the hotel.

Excellent location less than a 10-minute walk from Atocha station. It is an ideal place to spend the night and continue your trip or if you plan to spend the whole day visiting Madrid and are looking for affordable accommodation near Atocha, Cibeles or Retiro Park, etc. Our room was very simple with a sink, shower tray and towels. The bathroom was outside the room and shared with other guests, in our opinion the bathroom was quite clean.

It is more than 10 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes walk from the Prado Museum, and close to the Sofia Art Museum. It is very convenient to stay for four consecutive nights. The front desk is on the second floor and simple English can communicate. Madrid's price is cheaper than Barcelona.

The front desk staff was the most professional and helpful I have ever encountered. Mostly the guy that works between 3:00 PM-11:00 PM. He gave me great tips for the purpose of my travel and great recommendations for affordable food and great local parties and bars to hang out, with this he made my stay in Madrid amazing. He might be even be the manager bu the way he handles the fast pace environment of a downtown hotel. Congratulations to the hotel for the great staff. The room and bathroom was nice and the requirements were meet whenever was needed. The only thing i would improve might be the bed mattress. It feels a little outdated since it is jot very confortable to sleep, not bad but not great.

The walls are thin. Conversations of next door could be heard. No kettle, no mineral water and no coffee and tea. The curtain is too thin, and can see through from opposite room. Location is good, just a few minutes walk from Tribunal and Grann Via Stations. From airport, take the metro to Nuevos Ministerios station via line 8 and change to line 10 to get off at Tribunal station. You need to ring the bell at the front gate for the staff to unlock the gate. Then take the lift to the second floor where the hotel reception is. Room Keys are hung at the board at the reception counter for self pick up whenever you return to the hotel. You need to put it back there when you go out.

It was a great hotel to spend a few days! The room was a toilet and glass shower room. You can see YouTube on TV! Access was very good because the tourist spots were right away! It is about 5 minutes from the nearest station. The hotel is lift to the lobby 🛗, and the room has only stairs, so you have to bring your suitcase up by yourself! Please note that you can't leave your luggage for free before check-in time!
