The bathroom was terrible, there was no toilet paper and the guests in the other rooms were screaming and jumping, so you couldn't even sleep.

The access to the airport was good and I was able to catch an early morning flight without any problems. The owner was also very kind and arranged a taxi for me. Although it was a short stay, I had a good time. Thank you very much.

The apartment was superior. It comes with a living room area, kitchen (equipment with all the necessity), there is also washing machine. They also include 1 clothing wash capsule, a new sponge to wash dishes etc.. the apartment is modern and clean.
The location is nearby many point of interests with 10mins walk. It’s directly opposite a train station and bus stops.

VVioletaIn our case, everything was fine, quite clean, comfortable bed, the balcony is huge and the heating worked wonderfully, not to mention the location, which was just 3 minutes from Puerta del Sol.
The girls at the reception of 10, made sure that we have the taxi at the door at 5 in the morning

MMr Nobody Excellent location less than a 10-minute walk from Atocha station.
It is an ideal place to spend the night and continue your trip or if you plan to spend the whole day visiting Madrid and are looking for affordable accommodation near Atocha, Cibeles or Retiro Park, etc.
Our room was very simple with a sink, shower tray and towels. The bathroom was outside the room and shared with other guests, in our opinion the bathroom was quite clean.

- can't lock the room from the inside, it happened to me that somebody entered my room while I was in the bed and it's just mad that you can't close your door when you are inside the room
- they manage this remotely and will not reply to you in any case outside 9am-18pm and in general the provided phone number doesn't work. I forgot my keys inside the room at 10pm and they didn't reply to any call either from me or the platform customer support until morning, so I had to sleep outside and they refused any compensation.
- they charge 10€ per wash to use the washing machine
Many hosts in Madrid leverage the poor housing market of the city to make guests accept insane conditions of stay and service fees. While this place offers quality space and cleanliness the bargain is on how rude and entitled the owners behave because of this.

FF.Inc9Good location, room for 2 people a bit narrow with little space but clean, shame about the towels which were only 2 and they were small.
The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our bags at the reception even after checkout.
All in all a positive experience, recommended for a weekend in Madrid.
