"I had a last-minute reservation the day before, but the check-in process was smooth. Plus, I was able to communicate with the staff, who seemed concerned about other guests who had also had last-minute bookings due to bad weather (perhaps their flights were cancelled?), which made me feel a little relieved. Although it's in Waikiki, it's a little off the beaten path, requiring a 5-10 minute walk. There's an ABC Mart (like a convenience store) on the other side of the main street, behind the building, which was convenient. The kitchen was spacious, there were many types of glasses, and the closet was large, including a chest of drawers, making it a very convenient hotel for business trips or long-term stays."

"I stayed here two years ago, and I'm back again because it's in a great location and more affordable than other places. I really like the atmosphere, and the front desk staff were very kind. I took a ukulele lesson, which was included in the resort fee, and it was a lot of fun. I'd love to stay here again next time!"

The position is perfect as are the phenomenal views. We had an ocean view so sat on our balcony every night to watch beautiful Waikiki sunsets We were provided access to the longboard room which provided a great breakfast and in the evenings drinks cheese and dips snacks and pasta the service here was fantastic Amenities are fantastic. Great gym and included yoga and plates sessions. Activities also available but we ran out of time for this I highly recommend this amazing resort"

"Terrible service! When we arrived, no one on the hotel staff took our luggage. They didn't clean the room or change the towels. The breakfast was unappetizing and very expensive. It cost $210, but they charged us $270! And when I checked out, when I asked why, the hotel staff told me to go and sort it out myself at the breakfast location! And this was in the hotel! I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I'm asking customer service to contact the hotel and sort this out."
