Great
GGuest UserI told them it was my parents' wedding anniversary, and they gave me welcome champagne and chocolate strawberries as a happy anniversary. I asked for additional towels and water, and they brought them right away. There were no participants for the 6:30 a.m. yoga class, so I took the class alone twice. Although it cost an additional $20, it was not a waste at all. I want to come again next time.

GGuest UserThe room of 5,000 yuan a night didn't even have a welcome fruit plate. I stayed for four nights. On the last night, the landline in the room kept ringing, and it rang six or seven times. People were stupid once in an hour. I didn't sleep well with my child. At six o'clock in the morning, I went to the front desk to find someone to argue. My English was not very good, so I asked the guide for help me and the front desk theory. I asked for a free late check-out and didn't sleep well. The hotel agreed to check-out until 6:00 p.m. Compared with other hotels, this is a better hotel in Oahu. Overall, I can only give 6 points. Maybe my requirements are too high. The service attitude of living in Bulgali hotels at this price in China is still very different. There will be a lot of gifts.

GGuest UserI always use this hotel when I go to Hawaii. The location, service, and pool are all great! This time I didn't order breakfast due to time constraints, but if I had ordered it last time, I would have chosen something from the menu, and I ordered something different every day, and everything was delicious. The bread from the Halekulani Bakery is also very delicious, so I buy it every time♪

DDaisy226The hotel room is ok, but there is basically no sound insulation. The noise downstairs will last until the early morning. Those who have trouble sleeping can look for other hotels. The location is very good. The restaurant downstairs is always lined up and the taste is not bad.

GGuest UserI requested two beds when booking, but when I checked in, I was told that the hotel received a large bed. The front desk first said that I could upgrade to a room with two beds for an additional fee, and then said that I might be able to coordinate a twin room if I waited. Although I missed the time to watch the sunset at the beach, the problem was finally solved, and I appreciated the service of the front desk. In the future, when booking overseas hotels, I think I should write in English directly to avoid translation errors. The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation. There are reminders to keep quiet everywhere, and it is really quiet. The self-service laundry service is very necessary for people who play in the sea every day.

GGuest UserFirst of all, I want to praise Ctrip's customer service. On the day of check-in, the hotel said that the order had not been received. I contacted Ctrip's customer service and it was resolved within 30 minutes. It should have been early morning in China at that time. I really appreciate the speed of the customer service. The hotel is relatively new, and the sea view room I booked has a nice view. Then the front desk is still very friendly, and any problems can be solved quickly. The flight arrived in the morning local time, but I was checked in immediately, and they took the initiative to help me accumulate Marriott points. The biggest problem is housekeeping. On the day of check-in, I felt that the sheets were not new, and I could see a little shoe print and hair at the end of the bed. But I was too tired that day and didn't care. The next day when I was going to take a bath, I found that the wall of the bathtub was covered with mud, and it was obvious that it had not been wiped. When the cleaning lady came in, I asked to change the sheets and wipe the bathtub. The old lady told me that I had to apply to the front desk to change the sheets. So when I went out, I told the front desk about the sheets and bathtub again, but the front desk's response was obviously that the cleaners should change the sheets automatically. . . Then when I came back at night, I found that the sheets had been changed, but the bathtub was still not cleaned!!! Maybe because I wiped it a little the night before, the cleaner thought it was clean. But when I returned to the room, I found that the bathtub was still full of my hair that I had lost that morning. I left a $5 tip. But to be honest, the room you gave me was not clean, so why should I get more tips? Other minor issues were that the shower water pressure was not good. And maybe because of environmental protection, there was no mineral water in the room, and there were no other supplies except two cotton pads. But you can call the front desk to ask for bathrobes and slippers for free. The hotel has been open for less than a year, and the maintenance feels average. At best, it is a business hotel. If you are on vacation, apart from the problem of traffic jams, it is recommended to stay in Waikiki.

SSusannachangAn excellent hotel with good staffs and services, the location is very close to Waikiki beach and it is very convenient to get to shopping malls and restaurants. Although the room is not big, the facilities are enough and it is neat. The only thing is that if u rent a car and wanna park into the hotel, u have to use their valet parking which I feel a bit inconvenient.

GGuest UserGood morning , The facilities and service met our expectations. We would have appreciated having a room with a view of the sea, the mountain, the swimming pool or the gardens, even if it meant paying a little more, coming from France to admire the beauty of the landscapes. We had a room (53) which overlooked the street on one side (with a small terrace) and the parking lot on the other! We wouldn't have stayed for one night but we spent 6... We are therefore very disappointed by TRIP's contribution to this reservation, next time we will contact the hotel directly. Cdt

GGuest UserIt was a room with a view of the diamond head and the sea. I was a little worried about the height because I wanted a clear view of the sea, but I was satisfied with the Lanai overlooking the two without any problems. It is old as a whole, the bathtub is old, and it takes time to get hot water.
