"It is a capsule hotel, so it is less private than a regular hotel, but more so than a hostel. You have a partition, so other guests can't easily see you when sleeping. Now, this is on the 14th floor, and the view is pretty good from the lounge. It's pretty easy to book, and has a decent bed, charger and tv. I didn't see AC controls in the pod, but it cooled down at night. Also, bring earmuffs and sleeping aides if you are easily bothered by other people making loud noises when you sleep."

"3泊4日で泊まりました。 午前に飛行機が到着したので早めに休みたいと思い、予定よりも早めのチェックインをしましたが、追加料金はありませんでした。受付の方はとても親切に説明していただきました。 客室の良い点ですが、ベッドはとても綺麗にメイキングされておりとてもフカフカでした。またバルコニーもついており、ビーチ側の客室だととても心地が良いです。 ホテルの立地はとてもよく、ビーチや市内巡回バス停も近く観光をするにはとても良い立地です。鶏が外にいて、たまに彼らの音で目が覚めました。 客室のマイナス点ですが、客室のドアがとても重い上にうまく閉まらない時が何度かありました。また、シャワーの扉が完全に閉まらなく、シャワー中外に水が漏れてしまうことが多々ありました。 また、コーヒーメーカーのコーヒーがとても古く酸化していました。 ホテルの立地のマイナス点ですが、夜のクラブのような音、周囲の治安（公園の住人がウロついてる）が少しありました。 We stayed this hotel for 3days. Our airplane was arrived early so we wanted to rest. We did early check in, but there was no extra fee. Positive point • Bed making was great, clean • All room have balcony • location was very nice, near the beach, shopping area, high brand shops ex • On every Friday, we can see a fireworks at the beach • In the morning, rosters? hens? shout their noise, so it made me wake up easier. Negative point • Our room’s door was so heavy and sometimes we can’t close it very well. • Shower room’s door can’t close perfectly, so sometimes the floor got little bit wet. • the coffee maker’s coffee powder was very old and included oxygen, so taste was not really good. • Sometimes, noise of the clubhouse was so loud and it made me uncomfortable to sleep."

"After almost a decade, I found myself back on Oahu and checking into the Hilton once more. This time, I was very fortunate to encounter a Chinese-speaking front desk agent who enabled us to check in early, a little after 1 PM. We also upgraded to the Tapa Tower for an additional $30 per day. Upon checking in, I realized it was the same tower I'd stayed in years ago. It's only slightly set back from the Rainbow Tower but is significantly more affordable, and elevator wait times were brief, usually under a minute. A big thank you to that Chinese-speaking front desk agent, who clearly outlined the room options and availability across the different towers. Just a friendly reminder: make sure to sign up for a free Hilton Honors membership; otherwise, check-in is not until 4 PM! However, not all staff members embodied the aloha spirit. Specifically, there was an older, somewhat heavy-set male baggage handler who was incredibly rude and dismissive, with a perpetually grumpy expression. He was the sole reason for any negative impression and instantly put a damper on our mood right after checking in."

"This was my first time at this hotel. I guess it can't be helped considering the location, but I chose a corner deluxe room, which was a little different from the photos on the website, and the ocean was visible between the buildings. I chose this hotel because it included breakfast, but the breakfast was average. The building felt old and dark."

"Loved this hotel so much we extended our stay. The accommodations were great and the hotel is centrally located. The staff is superb and the lobby always smelled amazing. The water dispenser was great for our trip as we were able to refill our canteen."

"As incredible affordable budget hotel, I have everything I need, kitchen to prepare simple meal, so easy to access too bus right on Kūhiō street, most importantly, easy to access budget rental car and able to drop car after hour easily with no parking charge. Most importantly, close to so many great restaurant right beside hotel on international market. Finally, it is not too far to walk to beach in 2 blocks. Hotel itself is old; it is great for budget stay if one do not want to spend too much on hotel"

"It was a very good experience. This is my second time staying here; the last time was over nine years ago. I must say, Japanese hotels are quite attentive. Other hotels in the area didn't provide bottled water or indoor slippers, but the Prince Hotel did. The rooms also seemed to have been renovated and were very comfortable. It's super close to Ala Moana Center, making shopping very convenient. They also offer discounts or even free activities; we used a discount on Green Line trolley tickets. I think I'll definitely come back."

The pools were clean and inviting, the fitness center was modern and well-maintained, and the spa offered truly relaxing treatments. Dining on-site was a delight—the breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, and the beachfront restaurants made every meal feel like a special occasion. What really stood out was the warm aloha spirit from the staff. Every team member I met was friendly, attentive, and eager to make my stay perfect. This resort combines luxury, comfort, and the magic of Hawaii in the best possible way. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy this slice of paradise again!"

"I usually book with the Marriott down the street whenever I’m in Waikiki but I opted to try the Hyatt for the first time; it was also a little cheaper than the Marriott the day that I went. I got a King room with a city view on the 7th floor. The room was large, clean and one of the corners of the tower so it had a curving layout. Overall the room was clean, bed was comfortable, A/C was cold. My only little gripe was in the bathroom, there weren’t any shampoos or conditioners or body wash in the tub like other hotels. Can’t say much for service since I was only there for a day but the employees I did interact with were friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay there again."

"For our recent trip to Hawaii, we chose the Poolside Suite at Wayfinder Waikiki — and it was such a great choice. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated in a tropical, laid-back style, and had direct access to the pool right from the terrace. It honestly felt like our own private villa! The pool area is small but super stylish and peaceful — perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee. ☕️ The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the whole vibe of the hotel felt very local and welcoming. One thing to note: it’s a little bit of a walk from the main strip of Waikiki, but that also means it’s quieter and more relaxing. If you’re looking to enjoy both the beach and a cool hotel experience, this is a great place to stay!"
