It is close to the subway and can reach the East Station quickly. There is a KFC downstairs and a commercial plaza a few steps away. The only drawback is that the window faces the corridor

I had an excellent stay at IBIS Hangzhou. The hotel is conveniently located near Hangzhou West Lake Jiefang Road and a short walk from the Metro. A Starbucks on the first floor and numerous nearby Asian restaurants added to the convenience. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were extremely clean and fitted with smart devices. Overall, a fantastic experience. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The staff were polite and professional. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. I appreciated the entertainment system on the television as I spent some time in the room relaxing. Very good service, and the most comfortable slippers I’ve seen at a hotel. I’ll come back again!
