辦理入住時值班經理和前廳部額陳夢潔服務熱情有耐心。禮賓部的周應祕一直幫我們拿着行李，服務到位。 入住的尊貴大床房，很給力，大大的落地窗正對景觀，天氣好景色很美。酒店公區設計很出彩，就是部分設施還在完善中，例如小童樂園還沒開放。 房間衞浴是科勒的，智能馬桶是toto的，備品和靜安洲際是同款，床頭燈很好看，裝修風格偏奢，咖啡膠囊機沒有但有掛耳咖啡，提供小童床圍欄，總體很不錯，房間很喜歡。 泳池方面，很大很乾凈，更衣室有桑拿，這點不錯，要用的話工作人員會提前開好，男更衣室是幹蒸。 服務方面很不錯，工作人員都很有禮貌，前台幾人，迎賓小哥和客房部小哥還有泳池小哥印象深刻服務很好，特別感謝禮賓部主管simon帶我們介紹了酒店的外環境，非常適合帶娃逛。 位置方面，距離西天目山景區開車十多分鐘，酒店邊上有摩天輪和大型水上樂園，就是都還沒有建造好。 早餐種類挺多的，粥鋪面檔都有，現做的軟蛋餅煎餃也有，麪檔的澆頭鹵牛肉挺好吃的，牛肉腸也不錯，還有西瓜汁和黃瓜汁，全日餐廳環境也不錯。 東西落在酒店，yuki幫忙郵寄到家，感謝
