"Traveling to Granada alone, I originally went to the homestay. Later, I chose this hotel on Trip.com for convenience. I didn't expect it, but I was very satisfied with the actual stay. The service was very good, I arrived at 11 o'clock, and the front desk said that there was a room for me to stay first. This was the only time this trip to Spain happened. The room was really small but clean enough. The location is very good and convenient."
"Muy buen servicio, es la segunda vez que vamos y genial como la primera vez. Volveremos siempre que vayamos a Granada."

The Hotel Montecarlo is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Granada will find that the Hotel Montecarlo is a fantastic accommodation choice. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 2km from Granada Railway Station and 22km from Federico Garcia Lorca Granada Airport. There's plenty to do nearby, with Archaeological Museum of Granada, Royal Chapel of Granada and Hammam Banos Arabes all within a short distance. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. When it comes to Granada hotels, the Hotel Montecarlo is highly regarded for its excellent facilities.
"One room is a balcony room, and the other is an inner courtyard room. The window opens to the patio area in the center of the hotel, and below is the hotel lobby. The sound insulation is definitely not good, but it’s okay if no one is chatting down there. People usually leave after meeting. .
The room is still very clean, and it is easier to walk after the suitcases are spread out."
"Location close to the center, convenient for sightseeing. There is no problem with front desk support. The room had a shower, bathtub and desk, so I was able to spend a comfortable time during my stay."
"Because it is located inside the Alhambra, it is okay even if you get tired from walking around. The historic interior was very beautiful. The air conditioner in our room was broken, and no matter how much we turned down the temperature, it never got cold. As a result, it was hot at night and difficult to sleep. Dinner at the restaurant was very delicious."
"We stayed several times in this hotel for a single night on the way to another destination, to enjoy the wonders of Granada. The location is good for us, the ease of parking at the door of the hotel in the blue zone, although there is a large paid parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel is very quiet, the price is very good but it is true that it needs some improvements in the facilities."
"Location was fantastic, within the limits of the city centre and walking distance to everything including the Alhambra. Logistically it was just a bit too far for the long distance buses or train station but that's more to do with the layout of the city. The room was amazing - very generous sizing, quiet, light and comfortable. The bathroom itself was bigger than a hotel room for the same price in e.g. Paris. Check-in was a bit of a hassle as the place was not staffed round the clock but it was only a 5 min wait."
"Location — On the hill, 10 min walk to the Alhambra Palace. If you fancy a short morning stroll in the same natural environment that surrounds the monumental complex, it should serve the purpose. Rooms on the city side have good views overlooking the Granada landscape, but prices are also much higher.
Service — Staff are very well trained and carry with them the old English-style professionalism and dignity, being polite but not condescending or ingratiating.
Amenities — Probably once modern during the first half of the 20th century, they are very old and out of date by today’s standard for a 5-star hotel. For example, the toilet is flushed by pulling (instead of pushing) the plug on the lid, something I’ve never seen in real life, but only in movies. Also the toilet had a bit of smell, not sure if it’s due to cleaning or in the pipes.
Overall, this hotel should suit visitors who look for classy service and/or an immersive experience of living in close proximity to the cultural complex and overlooking the Granada city as the emirs and kings did in the past."

Amazing
CCameo19I arrived early, but the welcome from the check-in staff was very warm, and the one lady with the green dress, whose name I can’t recall, was super helpful and friendly, making the overall experience much more enjoyable. The hotel was wonderful, located opposite the Alhambra, and perfect for visiting the prime tourist attraction. It’s 12-15 minutes walk into the centre, so not far, however the walk back is slightly uphill and may prove challenging for some, fortunately buses regularly pass through so not an issue. Breakfast was lovely with some really good options. Room was a good size, modern and very comfortable. Additionally, each evening staff drop off a small pack of candy, which is nice. Many pros, but couple of cons: not many restaurants near by, as most are located in the centre, and as a lone female, walking back through the park from the centre feels a little eerie after dark, so best to get taxi/bus back.
Pool is small and not heated, not an issue for me though. Overall, an excellent choice.

Amazing
GGuest UserWhile waiting to check in, I was given a large glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. The room facilities were also very modern, and the toilet had a washlet for the first time. After returning from the trip, a plate of ginkgo biloba, cheese, diced ham and biscuits were given to the room to replenish energy. There is food everywhere when you go out, especially the seafood restaurant recommended by the hotel, where you can enjoy delicious and affordable tapas. Breakfast was ordered from the menu and was very delicious.
The only drawback is that there is no body lotion in the room, and the area is very dry, but after informing the front desk, a small bottle of L'Occitane body lotion was delivered - the shampoo and other toiletries are all from L'Occitane.

Great
GGuest UserIts style is contemporary. Good location. But I had some sort of bug bites on the back of my neck and my upper right arm. I told the front desk and mentioned that those bites were not itching. He told house keepers right away and said they will come and check. It was 2nd day midday and before I checked out on the fourth day, no one came check. Bed was sinking in the middle, like most of the hostels, and it is smaller and lower than usual.

Great
GGuest UserThe overall experience, from check-in and parking to checkout, was excellent—everything was well-organized, clean, friendly, and prompt. However, the breakfast left much to be desired. The coffee was disappointing, possibly due to sweetened or powdered milk in the coffee machine, making it undrinkable. The selection of vegetables was limited to sliced tomatoes, and the mushrooms didn’t seem freshly cooked. The traditional potato egg omelet was overly salty, and there were no soups or porridge or salad or fish available. We were glad we didn’t book breakfast for the entire stay. It is not a 4 * Hotel breakfast. The staff at the breakfast was very attentive though

AAira CharisDidn't expect this hotel is just a stone away from the main train station. Bus stops outside the hotel, surrounded with cafes, restaurants and easy to get taxi service. Free buffet breakfast was okay, same menu daily. Strictly 12nn check out no extensions not even 30mins or even if we are willing to pay extra they did not allow us even if the hotel ia not fully booked. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
GGuest UserThe English accent of the room brother is very interesting, and gave us a better room. At the top of the hotel, it is a room with a loft. There is a big bed upstairs and downstairs. The six-man star symbol can be seen everywhere in the hotel, maybe the store is Jewish. The rooms are clean and the decoration is simple and tasteful.
Most importantly, the hotel is located in the bustling new square of the city, next to the Albaising District, you can see the flow of people downstairs, and you can see the Alhambra Palace from afar. The location is excellent. Provided a wonderful end to our trip.

GGuest UserMy favorite hotel of the whole trip, the room is big and clean, the balcony room is on the 6th floor, you can have a drink and watch the Agong. However, the view of the balcony room is not the view of the Agong, which is different from the picture. It is the street view. Locals drink until at least 3 o'clock on weekends, which is a bit noisy. In addition, the breakfast does not match the positioning of this hotel, and there are too few choices. Despite this, I still love this hotel~

GGuest UserThis Aparthotel was in an absolutely perfect location and easily accessible to the main sites of Granada. The communication with the customer support was excellent and it was easy to check in and out or get an early check in for an additional cost. The app was really useful as I could check in that way and had a note of my entrance key in case I forgot the number. The facilities, cleanliness and little extras provided such as water, coffee and crisps were really appreciated after a day of travel. The studio I was in was absolutely gorgeous, modern, clean and whilst in the centre of the town, quiet, so I could get a good night's sleep. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that I booked the apartment thinking I would be getting a view of the town/square, but I did have balcony views over the balconies and into the apartments of the identical building directly in front of me. So, no view to speak of, but I didn't spend much time in the apartment as there was plenty to do in Granada. Overall, 4/5 for the experience and will be staying in the Libere again when next travelling to Spain.

OOLIVIER- Hey,
Ok, overall, 6/10 is the ideal note ...joints in the shower that departs, traces of aging and black humidity in the shower, overall quite clean, high-tech facilities are well but also aging, e.g.: The beuk TV, as well as the ”intelligent” toilet that opens, closes, cleanses alone at night, and especially a very bad bed where, you push, as soon as you are going to bed! That's the worst thing!
Overall, well, you have also for your money, when booking, you know you will not go even in a 4 or 5 stars !!!
Sorry for the staff who is really super nice, and there 10/10!
A + also, we arrived after midnight, after official time of registration, we have called warning of our delay, and gently one person at the reception has stayed to receive us !! Thank you
