"This hotel in Granada is truly charming and rustic. Tucked away in a narrow alley, walking on the cobblestone streets felt like stepping back into medieval Spain. The chandeliers in the lobby, the antique cabinets, and the paintings on the walls all whispered tales of times gone by. The hotel's ambiance gave us a taste of old-world European elegance. The room size was perfectly adequate; we could easily open two suitcases. The small balcony with its floor-to-ceiling window allowed the sunlight to stream in, and the white curtains gently swayed in the breeze, adding a touch of sophistication. Although the bathroom had a bathtub and the facilities felt a bit dated, experiencing such a distinctly European hotel made these minor imperfections fade into the background. Being close to the street, there could be some noise, but earplugs easily solved that. The only thing I found a bit unusual was that the duvet insert was placed between two sheets. I heard many hotels in Europe do this; I even encountered this bedding style in a 5-star hotel in Barcelona. Despite these small quirks, I still fondly remember this historic hotel."

"The hotel's location is great, quite close to all the attractions and the train station. However, the standard room was a bit small, and the window faced an air shaft, so all we could see was the opposite building and the sky. We basically never opened the window. GGuest UserOur stay at the hotel was fantastic! The service, especially from Maria, Cristina, Ricki, and another helpful gentleman whose name I didn't catch, made us feel completely at home. Our room was new, clean, and spacious, providing a peaceful retreat. Just a short 5-minute walk to the Alhambra Palace, the location is ideal. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and serene environment!

SSandyduuuWe loved the apartment in the heart of Granada's Old Town; the decor was lovely, the facilities were new, and parking was conveniently located nearby in their own private parking space. We were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming blonde woman who followed us to the parking lot, concerned about parking. She also provided a very detailed explanation of the room. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the cathedral and not far from the Alhambra Palace, which we walked to.

GGuest UserIf you don’t want to ruin your mood during your trip, don’t stay here.
I chose several Meliá hotels during my Spain trip to experience a trusted Spanish brand. But after staying here, I canceled all my other Meliá bookings. The reason was simple — the reception was shockingly rude, especially a staff member named Elda.
Everything else about the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean, the lounge was great, and the location was convenient. But the reception completely ruined the experience.
Elda never greeted me. She didn’t confirm my booking details or explain anything about the room or hotel services. The first thing she said was that I needed to provide another credit card if I wanted to check in. Only after I asked did she mention it was for a deposit.
Afterward, I checked Google reviews and saw that this issue has been mentioned for years, yet nothing has changed. It’s disappointing because all other staff members were kind and professional — except the reception.

GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Granada train station. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and it's easy to get to the main attractions from here. There's a rooftop pool with city views. The staff are friendly and can communicate in English. The hotel also provides complimentary bottled water, and there's free lemon-infused water in the lobby. Overall, it offers good value for money. The shower facilities are also excellent.

GGuest UserIt was really amazing to be accommodated at the Palace Hotel just adjacent to (with a less than 5-minute walk) the entrance (the Gate of Justice) of the Alhambra Palace. The decoration of the hotel is classic and glamorous. Besides, we did enjoy the luxurious breakfast at the hotel with a stunningly beautiful city view.

GGuest UserThis is a beautiful old hotel in the centre of Granada. The entrance and public areas are decorated with the traditional colourful tiles of the region. My room was a small single in the interior of the building. It was basic but very cosy. The bathroom was large and even had a bath. The area is perfect with lots of restaurants and bars and it is just across the road from the cathedral and an easy bus ride or uphill walk to either the Alhambra or the Albaicin area.

GGuest UserThis Aparthotel was in an absolutely perfect location and easily accessible to the main sites of Granada. The communication with the customer support was excellent and it was easy to check in and out or get an early check in for an additional cost. The app was really useful as I could check in that way and had a note of my entrance key in case I forgot the number. The facilities, cleanliness and little extras provided such as water, coffee and crisps were really appreciated after a day of travel. The studio I was in was absolutely gorgeous, modern, clean and whilst in the centre of the town, quiet, so I could get a good night's sleep. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that I booked the apartment thinking I would be getting a view of the town/square, but I did have balcony views over the balconies and into the apartments of the identical building directly in front of me. So, no view to speak of, but I didn't spend much time in the apartment as there was plenty to do in Granada. Overall, 4/5 for the experience and will be staying in the Libere again when next travelling to Spain.
