We left our Passport when disembarking the plane and hotel staff help to call the respective airlines and arrange a taxi for us to pick up our passports from the Airport. "I didn't expect much from just staying one night, but it was the cleanest and most organized hotel I've ever stayed at during my 25-day trip to Europe. While the hotel is a bit dated, it's well-maintained, and what I most appreciated was its spotless cleanliness. The location was ideal, with restaurants and the main shopping street within a 5-10-minute walk, and the staff at the desk were friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering accommodations in Granada or those who are sensitive to cleanliness."

"We stayed in a deluxe room. The room was well decorated, but our room smelled of oily smoke, and finally I found that it was the smell of smoke from the vent at the entrance. I told the front desk staff about this, she said that the room was fully booked, the smell of smoke may be the smell of someone who smoked the smoke, in fact, there is no smell of smoke in the corridor. "The hotel room was super clean and the location is just next to the Alhambra palace. The staff was very nice. As the room was not ready when we reached around 11am so they kept our bags. "it’s a really nice place in Granada The reception is super nice,a girl named Claudia offered me a map when was checking in the first day! The place have a super good location,very near from many famous churches,walk around or travel for staying 3-5 days is totally enough! Floor C,where have a perfect view especially from noon to night,it’s really nice staying these 3 days,love here and love Granada"
