Minus.. The area from this hotel is located not in a resort world area. About 3,4 km distance from Sky Avenue, you need to prepare extra cost for transportation to this hotel 🏨 but the cost of the hotel itself is cheaper. So, it's a good 🤝 deal to stay here :)

planned a trip here for my birthday. booked like months ahead. when we got there, they gave us the wrong room. we booked the suite, but we were given a different room catagory. we were upset. contacted the hotel, they said the room we booked is non existent anymore. they have renovated. and that trip.com didn't update their website.
we had to pay additional 600 in our local currency for us to get the room that's equivalent to our booking. like it or not. he had to pay coz we didn't have any room and it was already 7pm.
reported this case to trip.com customer service (booking reference no ***********), took some time for them to investigate the case, but they were nice enough to refund the additional amount we paid the hotel. tq trip.com for your outstanding professionalism. certainly made up for the mess that weekend.

My stay was very enjoyable. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. I found the Reception Staff very friendly 😁

GGuest UserWe truly enjoyed the onsen session especially the Sakura Pool which was a piece of fine art. The uniqueness of the pool increased the pleasure of soaking in the hot water on a cold evening. The other pools were also unique, 1 with nano bubble which we were told was imported from Japan. After soaking, it made our skin smoother. We also enjoyed the other pool near the window which was with the highest temperature. With the cold breezy wind coming in from the window it made us felt so relax and comfortable. Overall, the hotel offered great service. Thanks to their dedicated guests officers. We also had a good sleep on the comfortable bed. For those who wanted a relaxing holiday and not too far away from the buzzing Genting Resorts world of entertainment, The Yanné Onsen Hotel is a great choice.

AAnonymous UserThe lobby registration located at different building (Located at Windmill Apartment, the booking premise is located at Geo38; Just be aware if you are first time coming here). It's guarded gated security apartment.
The room is spacious and clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walkable distance.
Checkout time is at 11.00am. Plenty of visitors during weekend which cause inconvenient during checkout as waiting time for lift to get in is a bit hassle (depend on your luck), so managed your time accordingly.

LLohAmandaThe water pressure from the shower is low, one of us had to shower cold water until we manage to figure out the water pump. The host sent their maintenance guy to fix the water pump the next day at 9am (when we were still sleeping). Couldn't find the AC remote, took us 30 minutes to final find it next to one of the beds. The kitchen sink was clogged and making noise. Parking is a hassle as it's open air and you need to park quite a distance if you get back late. It was raining when we arrived, so we were all soaked due to the open air parking.
We called the host at 12am to ask about the water pressure, he was responsive and helped us (over the phone) to sort it out. Water pressure is still low, but I guess that's the ”normal” pressure. Room can fit 6 adults comfortably. Good sound proofing.

1. The response from the admin was great—super fast and kept me updated.
2. The unit is spacious and perfect for my family of 4 adults and 3 kids.
3. The basic necessities were all good!
Not so great:
1. There was a slight foul smell when we first walked in.
2. Overall cleanliness could be better. Both toilets had clogged shower areas, and there were stains here and there in the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms.
I also want to thank the team for handling an urgent situation during my stay. My 2-year-old got locked in the bedroom, so I asked if they could come help. It took a while, and eventually, I asked if I could just break the door. They gave the green light, and we ended up only breaking the door knob. About 30 minutes later, the door was finally open. Thanks to the team! And sorry for breaking your door knob!
