The B&B is a few minutes' drive from Furano. The B&B has a clean environment, clean sheets, and basically complete facilities. Just add a dishwasher and it's perfect.
Fenix Furano was a quaint little hotel with little frills, but it suited us fine... we understood the green policy behind minimising housekeeping, and we are totally fine with in.
One downside is that they didn't have non-slip mats for the bathtub when you used it to shower. The body soap was very soapy and with the tub surface; making it a potential safety concern... and indeed, my elderly mum-in-law fell and hit her head.. she had a bump and some bleeding. We hope that the management looks into this for the safety of all guests.
Apart from this, we enjoyed the tranquillity of the vacinity and drove out to wherever we wanted from there. We would recommend this place if you have a rental car.
We had a very pleasant stay in Felix West.
I had to specially give compliment to the hotel staff and service team. They are very helpful, friendly, patient and professional. Their service and attitude impressed us a lot and that would be the reason for staying at this hotel upon our next visit to Furano.
We were a group of 6 and staying at 3-bedroom suite was incredibly nice and comfortable. We had certain privacy by having 3 rooms in the suite and we could also gather in the dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped. Rooms are tidy and neat with amenities. Beds are very comfy and the whole environment was very quiet, so we slept very well. There is also a cafe downstairs.
We travelled by car, so quite easy to get to the hotel and there is hotel carpark. If no car, reaching the hotel would be a bit challenging.
Overall, we loved and enjoyed a lot our stay in the hotel.

This air bnb-style apartment is simple and clean. Although the place is small, it is comfortable and cheaper than the new apartment hotel nearby. The location is actually quite good. Open the door and you will find the ski trail, which is very suitable for friends who love skiing. When we came to Furano in summer, we did not ski or take a car, but there is a bus stop outside the accommodation, from which we can take a bus to Nakafurano and Upper Furano to see lavender, which is very convenient. We go out by bus at 10:49 every day, and return to the hotel at 20:06 in the evening. You can buy wagyu, bread, etc. in the supermarket near the scenic spot and cook for yourself in the apartment, which is very convenient!

This is a private accommodation. It consists of a tatami room, an in-room, a living room and kitchen, and a bathroom (a separate bath and toilet room) yard. The interior is very large with a 30-pyeong feel, and a sliding door is installed for each space. There's a bathtub and a washing machine, and there's tableware, cooking tools, and air conditioning.
Check-in arrives before 22 o'clock on the day and calls the host, and you will drive close to you within 5 minutes and check in in the living room. It seems that the couple manages it, and they speak very basic English, so it would be nice to memorize the Japanese that arrived by phone.
Shampoo, body wash, towels, etc. are provided in the room as a basic, and if you need toothbrushes and toothpaste, you can ask for them. There is no WiFi, because it is in the countryside, the eggs (WiFi lunch boxes) prepared are also weak, but even if you go out a little on the main road, the radio will be very good, so there is no difficulty in operating the navigation system. Very quiet, clean and comfortable, very satisfied! Ninggu terrace, wind garden, Morinotoke cafe are very close. If you live here, you must go! Highly recommended!

GGuest UserOur stay at Nozo Hotel in Furano was nothing short of spectacular. This boutique hotel, nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Furano, offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Japanese hospitality.
Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the hotel's charming architecture, which beautifully marries contemporary design with rustic elements. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. They were incredibly helpful, offering us a map of the area and tips on local attractions.
Our room was a cozy haven, featuring minimalist décor that exuded a sense of calm and relaxation. The large windows provided stunning views of the surrounding mountains and fields, creating a serene atmosphere. The room was well-equipped with all the modern amenities we could need, including a comfortable bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a spacious bathroom with luxurious toiletries.
Dining at Nozo Hotel was a highlight of our stay. The on-site restaurant serves a delightful array of local and international dishes, all made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Breakfast each morning was a feast, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly, always ready with a recommendation or a cheerful greeting.
The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Furano. We were just a short drive from the famous flower fields and several excellent wineries. The staff at the concierge desk were always eager to help us plan our day, offering insider tips on the best times to visit the attractions to avoid crowds.
One of the standout features of Nozo Hotel is its onsen, a traditional Japanese hot spring bath. After a day of sightseeing, relaxing in the onsen with its stunning views of the natural surroundings was a perfect way to unwind.
In summary, Nozo Hotel in Furano offers an exceptional experience. The combination of beautiful design, excellent service, and ideal location makes it a top choice for anyone visiting this enchanting part of Japan. Whether you're here for the flowers, the wine, or simply to relax, Nozo Hotel provides a memorable and delightful stay. The photo features a delightful ramen place nearby
WwideeyesHostel is comfortable and clean. Sufficient amenities. Location is okay. Enjoyed the stay there for such a low price. Not recommended for light sleepers as there will definitely be someone snoring in the mixed bunk.
AAnonymous UserRoom was great, decent size and we're able to get a good night's sleep. However, note that they turned on centralized heater when we were there around late Sep. The room was hot so we opened the window, which they had netted to prevent insects from flying in (which is great). I can see it will be quite popular during winter, they have a heating room for skiing gears and their sauna is decent too. I love that they have make-your-own tea and coffee station in the lounge area (the famous lavender tea and momo oolong tea is highly recommended!).
คคนสวยมาแล้วจ้าHotel is clean and nice. Locate nearby Furano JR station and convenience stores. Outdoor onsen is superb! If you go to this hotel, don’t missed it! They’re a lot of amenities and ice cream, yogurt, massage chairs and ramen for all guests. They’re also have private onsen 3 rooms for hotel guests.
However, there are many of visitors who are not comply with rules of public bath and violated some rules ie. throw snow during bath or playing phone in dressing room.
VVaganovaGreat location and service, couldn’t fault that. Helpful staff and literally across the road from the gondola. Great inclusions like afternoon tea with desert bar with nice selection of tasty deserts, ice cream and drinks in the evenings. Breakfast could be improved, great for those that like seafood, but not so great for more western food options. I am sure even in winter there are apples, bananas and other options rather than frozen fruits and pastry that comes in packages that lasts a few weeks or at least that is how pastry tasted. One of the kids only eats toast and eggs or pastry and milk for breakfast and couldn’t find anything to eat there. But my husband loved the buffet. Rooms are pretty outdated, so be mindful. Bathrooms haven’t had anything done to them since probably 80-90th, but it was clean and public bath was good. Restaurant was booked out for dinners for a week in advance (at least) when we checked in but it seemed like there is only one seating in general for dinner.
TTharunKlA Perfect Winter Retreat – Highly Recommended!
Our stay at this hotel in a breathtaking snowy destination was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, making us feel instantly welcome. The hotel itself was spotless, with a cozy yet elegant ambiance that perfectly complemented the winter landscape outside.
One of the standout aspects of our stay was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with any request. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly set this hotel apart.
The convenience of the airport shuttle service was another major plus. It was punctual, well-maintained, and made our arrival and departure seamless. Traveling can sometimes be stressful, especially in winter conditions, but this service made it effortless.
For families, this hotel is an absolute gem. Our kids had an incredible time, from enjoying the cozy common areas to indulging in the delicious food. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of well-prepared dishes that catered to both adults and children. Every meal felt like a treat, with fresh ingredients and great flavors.
Beyond the hotel itself, the snowy surroundings added to the magic of our trip. Whether it was waking up to beautiful snow-covered views or simply enjoying the warm and inviting atmosphere indoors, it was a truly memorable experience.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Everything—from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the friendly service and convenient amenities—was outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway in a winter wonderland, and we can’t wait to return!
GGuest UserInside, it feels like a forest cabin
The boss is very enthusiastic. Although he can't speak Chinese, there are staff who can speak English to introduce the facilities. The boss lives in the next room. After checking out, he just packs up his luggage and knocks on his door to see if anything is missing.
fully equipped
JR took the bus and got off the bus and walked a few hundred meters.
Bathroom is a bit small
When you live in the upper bunk, you should pay attention to the head when you get confused.
Overall, I feel that the various decoration details are very delicate
Very happy and enjoy the stay
CCharlingStayed for 2 days, and we do not require the room cleaning service for the next day.
On the 2nd day, after a long day of wonderful sightseeing and visiting beautiful fruits farm, my husband was tired and looking for a cup of coffee when back to the hote to rest.
As he had driven for the whole day, it was definitely a cup of drip coffee that would be a good booster for him.
I'm very surprised that when I asked for a packet of coffee at the front desk, the receptionist told me the drip coffee was out of stock.
Thought out my 30 years of tourism. This was my first time experiencing that the hotel room's coffee supply is out of stock. And I can't believe it happened in Japan.
AAnonymous UserGreat hotel for its price, nearby the Furano Prince ropeway and ski areas only 5 minutes by taxi or their daily shuttle bus that only service once 8.30am and back 6pm to and from the prince ropeway ski area. For dinner, it was close when we're there so I had to walk 15 mins to the nearest Lawson convince store in the snow. Recommend to get your lunch or dinner prepared before coming here. Room was clean and complete. Thanks for the hotel for a great stay
EEng Teck TanCant find my fault with the hotel. Service was good except the language part but they were helpful in most things you ask. Only the shuttle bus driver seem a bit impatient but overall good... Facilities are good as well... Room is a decent size compared to many other hotels that we have been to in Japan. Able to handle the whole family and still has space for 4 luggages.... The hotel even has an onsen which is great in winter..... Hotel breakfast is good although the whole 5 days we were there, there is no change in the menu at all but enough variety to last us for a few days - western, japanese etc.... Amenities are also good in the hotel.... Responsive concierge and housekeeping
