Great house, with all amenities we need. Easy check-in, instructions were clear. The staff has turned on the AC before we checked in the house after a hot day out. It’s very sweet and detail-minded. The house is nicely kept, very clean, tidy and neat. We really appreciate the owner equipped the house well and great amenities. This is a hidden gem in Furano. We really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend to the others. I hope we will come back during the ski season.

We were here scouting a bit for the coming winter and really liked the location very close to the slopes and also a few restaurants a short walk away. Downside perhaps that no Lawson or similar in the immediate surroundings but maybe there was some other minimart around the lift station. Just spent a night here so not much time to drift around the area. Easy parking in front, fast check in and a kind offering to help haul the suitcases upstairs. Hotel is in super good shape, felt almost brand new. Nice public area with couches and a fireplace. Room was good size and comfortable for 3 but especially for a ski resort it really lacked storage for clothes. Could easily have fit something under the bunk bed. Also in the bath theres no place to hang towels or clothes, just a really tiny foldable drying rack. Room fridge was not cooling either and pretty small. Breakfast was set menu and nice for this stay but for winter I would rather have a buffet to load up for a day on the mountain. Might be though they change for winter and i realize that buffet may not be a sustainable option for low season and few guests. All in all it was a good stay and we will definitely keep this in mind for the next visit to Furano 👍🏼

2nd time staying at this hotel. Location is a few km from town centre, but not an issue if you are driving as it takes only a few minutes. Room is spacious and clean. Lounge service provided for all staying guests, which included manual DIY grinding coffee and local wine. A pity this time round, breakfast does not serve Dutch Baby (pancake with DIY toppings), which we truly enjoyed during the last visit.

I booked this hotel last minute and was pleasantly surprised. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious; the beef at dinner was great and the fish was exquisite. What I didn't expect was the all-you-can-eat melon for breakfast – no need to go to a farm for it! The whole hotel has a very relaxing vibe. The only downside is that it's a bit old, but that's precisely the kind of hotel that offers an authentic Japanese feel.

The accommodation was very clean, new, and modern. It was well-maintained and I slept really comfortably! ✨ The location is great, close to tourist attractions, making travel convenient. Plus, there's plenty of easy parking. 🚗 The only minor downside is that there might be a few too few plates if you're cooking for a large group, but there are so many glasses you can pick and choose as you like! 😂🥂 Overall, I was very impressed. If I have the chance to be in this area again, I would definitely want to come back and stay here.

The hotel is a bit remote, located on a mountain, so it's more convenient if you're driving. I booked two nights, but for some reason, the reservation stated we had to switch rooms halfway through our stay. I asked the front desk if they could arrange for us to stay in the same room type so we wouldn't have to move, but the hotel refused. The room type was good and quite spacious, with a lovely view of the lavender garden. During our stay, the hotel announced that the restaurant would be closed for dinner in the evenings, so we had no choice but to eat out. Fortunately, the hotel's breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of choices – definitely a plus!

I had a wonderful two-night stay at this guesthouse and really enjoyed my time here. The service was exceptionally thoughtful and went far beyond my expectations. Apart from the usual amenities such as towels, toothbrushes, shower gel and shampoo, the guesthouse even thoughtfully provided facial cleansing and skincare products. I was genuinely surprised and impressed by how much attention was given to the guests’ comfort. It really made me feel well taken care of. The guesthouse also has a very convenient car park located very close to the property, which was especially helpful for us travelling by car. The washing machine is also new and very convenient to use. The shower deserves a special mention too, the water pressure is fantastic, and the hot water supply is excellent. It made showering after a long day especially enjoyable. The only downside was that the bed and pillows were a little too soft for my preference, so I didn’t sleep as comfortably as I would have liked. I hope the guesthouse could consider providing firmer pillows in the future. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated the warm, thoughtful and attentive hospitality. I would definitely be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend this guesthouse to others.

Spent a lovely holiday surrounded by birdsong and flowers. I initially thought the hotel would be very old-fashioned, but after checking in, I realized that wasn't the case. While the style might be a bit older, it's incredibly well-maintained! Truly impressive.

The staff and service were very nice. They planned my taxi trip from the hotel to Farm Tomita and then to the airport so I could spend time in the lavender fields. Another great thing to mention is their excellent English skills, and they also speak German, Korean, and Chinese. This is just what I observed personally. They booked a great dinner for me and contacted me via WhatsApp. Thanks! The room was clean, modern, and comfy. Nothing more to say. I am pretty picky (having always stayed in 5-star hotels only), but I can say that this one is probably the best in this geographically remote area, as there are no 5-star options that would satisfy my taste

First, Trip.com needs an update. This hotel doesn't have bathtubs in all rooms, even though the website says they do. However, I wasn't planning on checking out when I arrived, so I stayed and ended up using the large baths both nights. This is a very old-fashioned inn, so the price is quite reasonable. It's just a little dated. I saw a lot of Japanese people staying there, and it's actually quite down-to-earth. 😂 I highly recommend it for those traveling by car. There aren't many accommodation options in Furano, and there aren't many shopping malls or convenience stores nearby. It's recommended to buy something and then take it home.
