Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place is cozy and lovely especially during winter season. Free flow of Furano wines from afternoon to night. I strongly recommend and we will revisit again.

Room is nice and clean, very comfortable and location ease to find. Very nice hotel. Breakfast is valuable as well only 2000yen per pax. I like the drinks area and got free wine to drink from 3pm-9pm. Nice and quiet environment. Will come again. Good facilities for hot bath. Nice customer service

Hotel has plenty of parking spaces, room is clear with air purifier, great Onsen. Free flow of Furano Wine, coffee, tea and snack. Service is great too

Excellent stay! The environment was peaceful and comfortable. Parking is conveniently available near the hotel, and breakfast is provided. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very polite. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It's truly great!
