When traveling, I am used to chain five-star hotels. I have never booked a homestay before, so I am inevitably nervous. At first, I did not have a clear destination when planning my trip to Guizhou. I was very moved when I saw this castle in the sky by accident, so I decided to go to Dong Village. I can only say that what you see is what you get. What I must evaluate is the service, which exceeded my expectations. As soon as Ctrip was booked, a housekeeper added WeChat and continued to track and inform me of the weather and the May Day activities in the village for half a month before the holiday. Because I arrived in Congyang early in the morning from the Guiyang high-speed rail, the housekeeper arranged a car to pick me up, and the driver was also very considerate. The locals were simple and honest. While waiting for the room in the lobby, juice and coffee were available, and all the staff were enthusiastic and meticulous. The homestay is the best location in the central area of Dong Village, quiet in the bustling city. The two of us booked the 520 castle in the sky that we saw at first sight. It occupies the best viewing position, overlooking the mountains, and feeling relaxed and happy. The room is clean, comfortable, and smart, which should be the top configuration in Dong Village. Yaoyu in the evening, rice noodles for breakfast, considerate greetings, I feel that the management team has a positive and upward career enthusiasm, which makes me and my teammates quite unforgettable. What I want to say is that now all kinds of homestays are springing up like mushrooms after rain. In addition to hardware, the software can also impress people's hearts. Thank you for the wonderful May Day brought by Sky Castle, and I look forward to coming again next time.

I saw the pictures of Xishe.Shantang on Xiaohongshu before and I decided to stay here. This time when I came to Zhaoxing, I chose this place. Facts have proved that the choice was correct. The environment, location, room layout, and hardware of the B&B are all excellent. I am picky. The boss and staff are very nice. They introduce the surrounding attractions and transportation. Even if you don't go out, it is very comfortable to drink tea in the B&B.

Good location at the edge of town but only 10 minutes walk to the centre. Nearby to the area where there are several musical and dancing performances every day. The view of the bridge from the room was amazing! The staff were very helpful and collected us from the train station and dropped us back. We don't speak Chinese so we communicated through WeChat. They also helped us with how to get the public bus to tang'an terraces. Due to the nature of the old wooden buildings, the room can be a bit noisy but with earplugs you will be fine, it adds to the charm!

Although it was a blind selection at first, I was really attracted by the windows of this B&B!
The environment is very clean and comfortable, things are very tidy, and the facilities and equipment take the needs of the guests into consideration. I fully feel that I am a ”traveler” and I enjoy it very much. Since I was traveling alone, I originally booked a king-size bed room. The boss upgraded me to a king-size bed with stairs up and down as shown in the picture, provided that there was a room available. It was so comfortable! Needless to say, the scenery on the rooftop is a sight to behold!
The environment of this B&B is very good. Of course, I have to give a good evaluation of the service. The owner specially provides pick-up and drop-off (I personally think that the owner provides this service sincerely from the heart). He also kindly reminded me that since the B&B is made of wood, there might be noise due to soundproofing, but the owner said to contact us at any time. Everyone cooperated with each other and was very harmonious (of course, there was no sound at all when I went home that night, I slept well, and woke up beautifully in the morning, hahaha). After the boss helped me check in, he also patiently explained the general guide to eating, drinking and having fun here. He mainly told me where to go, fearing that I would get lost. I am a person with poor directions, and the boss's map was very nice and easy to read.

Probably the best hotel during our trip through China. Great location in Zhaoxing overlooking the historical village in a very quiet area, perfect for who needs rest from the hustle of Chinas big cities. Beautiful, carefully designed and furnished room with wooden floors furniture, very comfortable beds and great bathrooms.
Lots of little extras, like a beautiful reception area with balcony, a generous fruit basket refilled every day, great and healthy breakfast, pick up service from the train station etc.
Young and very friendly hosts, english is hardly spoken but with a translation app communication is easy and the staff are keen on helping you with any questions.
As the house was not fully booked, they surprised us with a free upgrade to a larger room.
Over all, an amazing experience!

After I placed the order, the store contacted me and informed me of all the details of my visit. When they learned that I was bringing a child with me, they also thoughtfully provided me with the weather conditions during our stay and let me know what clothes to bring. You can admire the beautiful Dong architecture and feel the cultural charm of this ancient nation.

A beautiful place overlooking the rice fields of Zhaoxing! Love the atmosphere and vibes of the place. The view from the room is so gorgeous and the room interior has lovely homely decor as well. The breakfast was simple and hearty. But above all, the owner and staff running the place were really kind and hospitable. The owner contacted me prior to my stay and showed me videos of the available rooms so I could choose which room I preferred. And knowing that I'm a lone girl travelling by myself and reaching the station at night, he kindly borrowed a car to drive me from the station to the hotel so that I wouldn't be left to my own devices in the dark and waived the transport fee for me too. I'm really so grateful for their hospitality!!

I like Huanggang Dong Village very much. The whole village is quiet and peaceful, has not been polluted by commercialization, and retains the original local ecology.
Hecang is the B&B with the best conditions in the village. It is located halfway up the mountain. The living conditions are very good. The decoration style combines simple modernity with local characteristic houses, so that guests who come can feel the ethnic characteristics of the residence and get the benefits. A very comfortable living experience.
There are no photos of the room. Attached are two photos of Huanggang Village taken from the middle of the hotel. The viewing angle is very good, and you can have a wide viewing angle even in the room. The pictures in the hotel's detailed introduction are all real, what you see is what you get, and even exceed expectations.
Most of the staff are village residents. They are warm and polite, and brought endless happiness and memories to our short stay. I hope everything is well for everyone, and I hope to have the opportunity to come again!

At the last stop of the trip, my friends and I agreed to find a beautiful homestay and take beautiful photos. OK, we arranged it. The visual effect is stronger when you see it with your own eyes. The undulating valleys and tea plantations all over the mountains. Each room is scattered in the valley. The privacy and fake feeling are full. We didn’t see the sunset, but we saw the sea of stars and the Milky Way in the middle of the night. Only then did we know that the starry sky video taken by the boss is real. The most important thing is the price-performance ratio. More than 2,000 can accommodate 4 people, including three meals. We think it is worth it. And every meal is very delicious. It is not a buffet. They are all home-cooked dishes made by the auntie in the restaurant every day. Our friends ate 2 bowls of rice in one meal, which is enough to show how delicious the dishes are 😋 There are still many details in the service. The experience is completely beyond expectations.

Although the B&B is located at the end of the village, it is not far to walk. It also has the advantage of being at the end of the village, that is, it is very quiet at night and very close to the bus stop to Tang'an Terraces. The facilities, hygiene and breakfast of the B&B are very good. The scenery outside the window is beautiful. There is a large farmland outside the window. --zhangyuxiaowanzi-The large panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super large, and the stay will not be very depressing. The overall design is also combined with local characteristics and simple style.
The sanitation is very clean, and the bedding is very comfortable to use. The curtains and toilets are smart, and they are also equipped with projectors, which is very convenient for overall use~
The boss provides free pick-up and drop-off service, and will send us the guides and programs of Dongzhai, which is convenient for us to plan and arrange. After arriving, we will help us carry our luggage to the room, which is really meticulous.
ps: The boss's sour soup beef and fragrant pork are also super delicious, and the peppers are particularly fragrant! The portion is full, and 3 people have not finished eating! After eating, we also sent us to the scenic spot, the service leverage!

The scenery outside the balcony is very beautiful (I guess in spring, the greenery will be more attractive~), and the facilities and equipment are relatively complete. , the housekeeper service is very good, the B&B also provides pick-up and drop-off service, which is really great👍. There is also a Bian Mu (called Bian Bian) + 2 cats in the B&B, which are very cute! ! It will also sit on your feet, so nice!
The scenery in the Dong Village is very beautiful. I watched the grand ceremony and felt the fireworks up close. It was perfect🤗I’ll come back if I have the chance~

The boss and the lady are warm and thoughtful, fully demonstrating their thoughtful service, actively sharing small tips with us, contacting us in advance to arrange vehicle pick-up, so we don’t have to think about transportation problems, which really saves a lot of trouble. The room decoration is the simple cream style I like, and the room facilities are fully equipped, making people feel convenient and comfortable. I also got three cute cats in the store, and they are very docile. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend this place to friends who come to play! ! YYingyi_YimThe temperature suddenly dropped and there were not many tourists, so the customer service upgraded the room with a view. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows offer a direct view of the lake. The hotel design is very artistic and I like it very much. The service is very good and mineral water is available at your disposal. The breakfast was delicious too. The only downside is that there is no elevator. People with mobility issues need to inform the front desk and request a lower floor.
