When I came to this Dong village for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised. The houses here are well-organized, the weather is beautiful, and the local people are warm and hospitable. I compared a few online and finally chose this one. Because the boss didn’t have a battery car to pick us up at the drop-off point, but he patiently answered questions and gave us directions. We walked to the place the boss said: Shiqiao (Rural Credit Cooperative) to meet us, and then took us into the Drum Tower of the Ceremony Group and then passed. We arrived at our destination only after passing the Flower Bridge of the Ceremony Group. There is a pond at the entrance of the hotel, and there is quite a large space for activities next to it. The first time I came here it really felt ”far away” and remote. In fact, it is not. It is only two or three minutes away from the main street. Compared with the hotels facing the street, this is really a good place to stay in the middle of the hustle and bustle. You can also stay in the hotel at night. It's very pleasant to sit in front of the door and have a drink. The room is clean, the mattress is quite soft, there is air conditioning and hot water, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. In addition, the children like her little puppy very much😄. The shop owner’s family are all locals who are warm and honest. I will recommend your store to friends who want to go there. I was very moved when I saw this castle in the sky by accident, so I decided to go to Dong Village. I can only say that what you see is what you get. What I must evaluate is the service, which exceeded my expectations. As soon as Ctrip was booked, a housekeeper added WeChat and continued to track and inform me of the weather and the May Day activities in the village for half a month before the holiday. Because I arrived in Congyang early in the morning from the Guiyang high-speed rail, the housekeeper arranged a car to pick me up, and the driver was also very considerate. The locals were simple and honest. While waiting for the room in the lobby, juice and coffee were available, and all the staff were enthusiastic and meticulous. The homestay is the best location in the central area of Dong Village, quiet in the bustling city. The two of us booked the 520 castle in the sky that we saw at first sight. It occupies the best viewing position, overlooking the mountains, and feeling relaxed and happy. The room is clean, comfortable, and smart, which should be the top configuration in Dong Village. Yaoyu in the evening, rice noodles for breakfast, considerate greetings, I feel that the management team has a positive and upward career enthusiasm, which makes me and my teammates quite unforgettable. What I want to say is that now all kinds of homestays are springing up like mushrooms after rain. In addition to hardware, the software can also impress people's hearts. Open the window and you will see the beautiful scenery of the Dong village. Morning and evening have their own characteristics. The homestay is located in the front part of the village and it is very quiet to sleep at night. The room was also very clean.

I really like this B&B~ The room I stayed in is on the second floor, but from the balcony it looks as high as the 4.5th floor. The scenery outside the balcony is very beautiful (I guess in spring, the greenery will be more attractive~), and the facilities and equipment are relatively complete. , the housekeeper service is very good, the B&B also provides pick-up and drop-off service, which is really great👍. There is also a Bian Mu (called Bian Bian) + 2 cats in the B&B, which are very cute! ! It will also sit on your feet, so nice!
The scenery in the Dong Village is very beautiful. I watched the grand ceremony and felt the fireworks up close. It was perfect🤗I’ll come back if I have the chance~

Breakfast was amazing. Prepared lovingly by a local lady with guilin noodles, yoghurt and fruit.

I like Huanggang Dong Village very much. The whole village is quiet and peaceful, has not been polluted by commercialization, and retains the original local ecology.
Hecang is the B&B with the best conditions in the village. It is located halfway up the mountain. The living conditions are very good. The decoration style combines simple modernity with local characteristic houses, so that guests who come can feel the ethnic characteristics of the residence and get the benefits. A very comfortable living experience.
There are no photos of the room. Attached are two photos of Huanggang Village taken from the middle of the hotel. The viewing angle is very good, and you can have a wide viewing angle even in the room. The pictures in the hotel's detailed introduction are all real, what you see is what you get, and even exceed expectations.

The boss is very good, contact one day in advance, arrange luggage and pick-up, very intimate. We lived in Tang'an on the first day, because the stockade could not be opened to traffic in the Dragon Boat Festival these days, the boss rode an electric car to pick up and drop off, there is no need to worry about the inconvenience of carrying the box.
The hotel is located next to the Lilou, which is a punching point. The stairs are 2 minutes up, the room has a good view, facing the mountain, you can see the Drum Tower.
Poor sound insulation is a common problem in all cabins, but the boss prepared earplugs very intimately. The precautions are also reminded very clearly before check-in.

The B&B is located near the entrance of the village, very close to the parking lot and health center, and not far from the main street and observation deck, but it is very quiet and there is gurgling water at the door. If you don’t want to drag your suitcase far away, this is a great choice!
The boss and his family were very enthusiastic. As soon as they arrived at the store, they introduced some places to play and visit in the village, recommended restaurants and places to take photos, and also helped with carrying suitcases, booking sunrise carpools, pick-up stations, and even had something to eat before leaving. IIng YungCalled the night before for pick up from train station. Critically rectified destination to Congjiang instead of originally booked Rongjiang courtesy Google and affiliate which seriously misplaced Zhaoxing Dong Village. The han dsoome young Dong housekeeper personally met us at the rail station, handle all our baggage and explain all essentials for visit to the Dong Village. The room overlooking the village was fantastic and breakfast was adequate but good. Massage chair on the balcony was unexpected but welcomed. All in all, lived up to expectatation.

GGuest UserGreat B&B. They added WeChat in advance to introduce the pick-up service. After we arrived, there were brothers and sisters to help with the luggage. Although the B&B is located at the end of the village, it is not far to walk. It also has the advantage of being at the end of the village, that is, it is very quiet at night and very close to the bus stop to Tang'an Terraces. The facilities, hygiene and breakfast of the B&B are very good. The scenery outside the window is beautiful. There is a large farmland outside the window. GGuest UserWe are super pleased with our stay here! Our room was nice and clean with a beautiful view of the field. It’s such a blessing to wake up to this view everyday. The owner coupe is also super lovely! He picked us up and dropped us off at the beginning of the village so we didn’t have to drag our luggage across town. Breakfast was amazing! I could literally eat it everyday. They also give us recommendations on restaurants and hiking trail near by. Staying here was the highlight of our China trip. I can’t wait to be back.

Consider the hotel was located near the entrance gate and need some vehicle before entering the village, thumb up to the service, it save up your money travel. The hotel is located behind another hotel but its fine, they provide a single use of disposable towel, if u need like the regular absorbent cotton towel need to request the aunty, they also run a restaurant just across the road so u can have some meals over there also. The hot water need to wait for 20 minutes prior heating so need to wait a bit ya. One of the things that need for improvement is the laundry service, during my trip i was told the machine was not working so i need to went across the road whereby the laundry is locating beside their restaurant, no dryer available ,only regular washing and hang up at their balcony after spin. But the response by the owner by wechat was 👍🏻, any problem just reach up to them.

There is a sofa at the front desk of the inn, which is very nice for taking pictures. The inns are all made of wooden boards, so the soundproofing requirements cannot be too high, but I didn't hear anything too noisy except for the chirping of insects the day I stayed. The stairs are also made of wooden boards and are extremely narrow, so be careful when carrying luggage.
It was the rainy season when I went there, so the room would be relatively humid, which is understandable.
The bathroom will be relatively small, but the hygiene is okay.
The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and introduced us to the location, route and food of the village.

The view from the room is so gorgeous and the room interior has lovely homely decor as well. The breakfast was simple and hearty. But above all, the owner and staff running the place were really kind and hospitable. The owner contacted me prior to my stay and showed me videos of the available rooms so I could choose which room I preferred. And knowing that I'm a lone girl travelling by myself and reaching the station at night, he kindly borrowed a car to drive me from the station to the hotel so that I wouldn't be left to my own devices in the dark and waived the transport fee for me too. I'm really so grateful for their hospitality!!

After I placed the order, the store contacted me and informed me of all the details of my visit. When they learned that I was bringing a child with me, they also thoughtfully provided me with the weather conditions during our stay and let me know what clothes to bring. After checking in, I was impressed by the details of the inn. Each room is carefully designed with a strong Dong style. You can admire the beautiful Dong architecture and feel the cultural charm of this ancient nation.

GGuest UserHotel is close to the center of the village, so very convenient for exploring. Hotel room was clean and the hotel very new and modern. External breakfast was offered in the hotel, so you get a voucher to have a breakfast in a small restaurant which is close to the hotel. Staff very helpful, even they didn't speak englisch, but Google Translater helped. Parking for all tourists is outside of the village, so you have to walk to the hotel or you ask for a pick up. Would use this hotel again.

The carpet should be tattered and dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned. The first sight of entering the room is okay, close the window and turn on the air conditioner, and found that the window and the surrounding area are full of spider webs and insects. Pull the curtains, suddenly a spider 🕷️ that has been slapping the size of a palm jumped onto the bed, it scared me! Immediately ask the front desk to arrange a replacement. The lady at the front desk is okay, but the cleaning lady waited for half an hour and didn't come to change it! There is a chandelier with cobwebs on the top of the bed, I was afraid it would fall... I didn't know there was a bar nearby when I ordered it, and the singing kept ringing all night. Couldn't sleep at all this night. Thinking about returning the next day, let’s just pass by in one night... I will definitely not come again next time! !
