"A real find for me. In the heart of Zhaoxing but not on the noisy main road, good price, clean rooms, and excellent hosts. They gave me a free pick up from the Congjiang train station. I ended up staying and extra night and they moved the luggage for me while I was out during the day. What's best about the room is that is has more atmosphere and style than the hotels, a personal touch. Thank you Three Apples."

"Very close to the stage where the performance is held in the morning and museum. Amenities are average but good enough for 1 night stop over. Sound proof need improvement as there're guests from neighbouring hotel talking loudly outdoor till mid night that interrupted our rest. We booked 3 different types of room and there's crockcoach in one of the room."

"Environment: Zhaoxing is now free of charge with ID cards from Guangdong Province. Take the high-speed rail to Congjiang Station, and there is a bus to Zhaoxing next to the bus. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the bus to the B&B. The B&B is in Xiaoxing. On the mountainside, the scenery is really first-class.
Hygiene: It's very quiet. It's really comfortable to sleep. When I get up and open the curtains, I see the scenery of the village and feel that all my worries are thrown away.
Facilities: The hot and cold water in the room is powerful, the hot water comes quickly, and the air conditioner is also very powerful.
Service: Xiage recommended by the boss is well worth a visit."

"On our ninth day of traveling in Guizhou with my mother, we arrived at a Dong village, and it exceeded our expectations. The guesthouse owner was incredibly friendly; from confirming our booking beforehand to providing pick-up and drop-off service at Congjiang High-Speed Railway Station, the unfamiliarity of this new city instantly disappeared. Although the guesthouse isn't on the main street, it's not far away, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle – a perfect choice for those who prefer quiet. The house is very unique, the rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the view from the window is fantastic. If you're returning late, you can contact the owner for a pick-up from a designated spot. We were there quite late after watching a Dong folk song performance, and the owner came to pick us up, saving us a lot of effort. We loved their breakfast – plentiful and delicious! The guesthouse doesn't serve lunch, but I recommended Nongfu Renjia Restaurant, which was excellent; we ate there for lunch two days in a row. Good service is essential for a satisfying stay in a Dong village. I highly recommend Yishanju!"

"The inn is not far from the scenic bus stop. Go up a small slope and cross a bridge and walk a little to reach the main street. There is a sofa at the front desk of the inn, which is very nice for taking pictures. The inns are all made of wooden boards, so the soundproofing requirements cannot be too high, but I didn't hear anything too noisy except for the chirping of insects the day I stayed. The stairs are also made of wooden boards and are extremely narrow, so be careful when carrying luggage.
It was the rainy season when I went there, so the room would be relatively humid, which is understandable.
The bathroom will be relatively small, but the hygiene is okay.
The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and introduced us to the location, route and food of the village."

"The B&B is at the highest point in the village, with an unbeatable view outside the window, basically overlooking the Dong village. The owner is very nice and will pick us up directly at the door of the B&B. He also made dumplings for us on New Year's Eve. The room is very new and very comfortable to live in. The most satisfying thing is the beautiful view outside the window, especially during the New Year's Eve, when you can directly see the fireworks of the village from the window 🎆"

Take a bus from the high-speed rail station into Zhaizi, get off at the health center, and walk to the B&B in 2 minutes. The B&B is not far from the main street, which is why it is quieter than the B&B on the main street. The picture below is the scenery looking out from the window of the room. It is so beautiful that there is no need to go to the observation deck to see the scenery.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bath water was very large. The overall decoration style is very ethnic.

The B&B service is very good. There are very detailed guides telling guests how to get to the B&B, as well as travel guides in and around the village. The hotels and tie-dye shops recommended by the B&B are all great and will not make any mistakes. Every conversation with the staff at the B&B is pleasant, and any problems can be solved in a timely manner. It was a very good stay experience."

"The location of the B&B is very good, the facilities are clean and complete, and there is a projector and a small refrigerator inside. I chose this place mainly for the scenery. The view of the countryside outside the window is very good, and you can have breakfast by the field in the morning. The service of the boss and the boss lady is also very good. After arriving at the entrance of the village, the boss will drive to pick you up. There were not many people on the day of check-in, and I was upgraded to a deluxe room. "During the trip to Zhaoxing Dongzhai, I found a very satisfying homestay. This homestay only opened in 2025, the facilities are very new, and the beds are clean and comfortable. Open the floor-to-ceiling windows and you will see a green rice field with beautiful scenery! The most convenient thing about the homestay is that there is a car directly to the high-speed rail station, or a Mercedes-Benz car, which saves a lot of effort, and there is no need to drag your luggage on the street. The homestay also includes breakfast, a small restaurant, while enjoying the scenery while eating breakfast, so comfortable! I will book this homestay next time!"

GGuest UserAlthough it was a blind selection at first, I was really attracted by the windows of this B&B!
The environment is very clean and comfortable, things are very tidy, and the facilities and equipment take the needs of the guests into consideration. I fully feel that I am a ”traveler” and I enjoy it very much. Since I was traveling alone, I originally booked a king-size bed room. The boss upgraded me to a king-size bed with stairs up and down as shown in the picture, provided that there was a room available. It was so comfortable! Needless to say, the scenery on the rooftop is a sight to behold!
The environment of this B&B is very good. Of course, I have to give a good evaluation of the service. The owner specially provides pick-up and drop-off (I personally think that the owner provides this service sincerely from the heart). He also kindly reminded me that since the B&B is made of wood, there might be noise due to soundproofing, but the owner said to contact us at any time. Everyone cooperated with each other and was very harmonious (of course, there was no sound at all when I went home that night, I slept well, and woke up beautifully in the morning, hahaha). After the boss helped me check in, he also patiently explained the general guide to eating, drinking and having fun here. He mainly told me where to go, fearing that I would get lost. I am a person with poor directions, and the boss's map was very nice and easy to read.

TtracysayI forgot to take pictures of the room. It's very new. It just opened this year. Also, disposable toilet mats and disposable bath towels are prepared, which is particularly good. It was off-season when we went to Dong Village. It was a bit cold in December, but the air conditioner in the room was turned on and it didn’t feel cold at all. There are also kittens on the first floor (very cute). It can be seen that they are well taken care of. They must be caring people. It's very close to the street and not noisy at all.

__FL629459****The hotel has free round-trip high-speed rail transportation and breakfast, and its own bathtub. You can enjoy the scenery while taking a bath. It really doesn't feel too comfortable. What's even more surprising is that there is also afternoon tea and good night desserts. My husband and I originally We booked a Chenglan double room on the first floor. Since we arrived too early and the guests hadn’t checked out yet, the lady at the front desk helped us upgrade to the Yuan Zhi double room on the third floor for free. The scenery is stunning. We can walk directly to the Dong Village from the hotel. The street is very close and convenient, the location is very good, the hotel is quiet at night, the bedding is comfortable, I slept soundly, the whole house is smart home, direct voice control, very suitable for young couples or couples, friends to stay on vacation, strong recommend!

Feels like home when the bed is warm and the toilet seat is warm and even the bathroom come with heater. Will definitely coming back here again if back to zhaoxing.

The pick-up and drop-off arrangements were seamless, and as soon as we arrived, the host helped carry our luggage all the way to the room. The room faces the street and has no view. There is only a small round coffee table in the whole room that can put something on it, but there is no other table to put anything on. In addition, I would like to give a small suggestion to the boss. A full-length mirror can be arranged on the right-hand wall when entering the room, so that it is easier to tidy up clothes when going out.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, it's quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. If you don't like the noisy environment, you can choose this place. You don't have to worry about the smell of barbecue at night. The best thing is that the owner of the B&B picks you up from the high-speed rail station and helps with luggage. The lady owner is very enthusiastic. Highly recommended!

MMonikaFantastic stay at Bula Lakeside Hotel! Clean room with amazing lake view at the beginning of Zhaoxing Dong village. Hot water and heating worked without any problems. WIFI also worked. I would like to thank the staff the most - the girl at the reception who we communicated with via WeChat and a translator. We are foreigners who don't speak Chinese and she didn't speak English, but we managed everything. Also the gentleman who came to the train station to pick us up to make our way to the hotel easier. We also appreciate his cooking skills as he prepared a perfect dinner for us. I absolutely recommend this hotel and if we ever come back, we will stay here again. Thank you again for the nice time.

It is convenient to travel but far away from the noise of the main street. You can only hear the faint sound of the river at night, but the boss also provided earplugs.
The view from the room is very good, you can see the mountains and the stacked roofs.

BBERNARD SCHACKISI came many times in this hotel, his location near the gate and beside the park is very quiet. No noise, no car. The staff don’t speak English but is really helpful and friendly. Hotel can provide tickets for the attractions at lower price, just ask them. Also they will tell you the best places to visit in the village. Breakfast is only local noddles but I found them delicious. Of course, if you have car, you need to park at the gate of the village and take a shuttle bus. This is mandatory. No tourist cars in the village. Hundred of restaurants in the village, so no problem for this.
