"Everything was good overall. This was my second stay here, but it didn’t match the experience of my first visit. The room shown in the photos featured an open bathtub, but the one I received had it closed off. I was informed this was due to renovation, but the finishing quality was not up to standard. While the stay was generally comfortable, the difference in the room provided and the poor quality of the renovation work were disappointing, especially for a star-rated hotel."

"The staff were all incredibly friendly and proactive, always ready to help with any small issues. 😁 The restaurant had a very quiet ambiance, and the dishes, as always, were exquisite and generously portioned – highly recommend! First and foremost, the room was clean and tidy with excellent privacy, making for a fantastic stay. This platform consistently delivers; I've always been satisfied with the establishments here. A little research beforehand really saves a lot of hassle! This place is absolutely a safe bet, everyone can come with confidence, it's exactly as described. I had to comment right after my visit – the staff were very responsive, and the environment was visually appealing. The whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable."

"Im a resident in Dubai and been to different hotel global brands! But this western hotel creek was not good. The reception hall is not good its like a motel. No interior design no chandelier the tv on the reception is not even on. The food is not good for international guests. Its like Indian food or african food. The swimming pool is dirty!! I didnt swim i just saw and observed the area Many problems, i got king instead of twin that i booked online. Had to go down. And then i received the same room key and other guests! Had to go down again to tell the receptionist. The good thing is only the creek view and dubai skyline burjkhalifa view. This is a 4 star hotel rating but it deserves a 3 star only."

"My friend and I had some issues with our return flight, so we ended up being stranded in Dubai for a day. I honestly didn't have high hopes for a good experience, especially with the prices in a wealthy Middle Eastern country like Dubai, thinking that as long as the hygiene and environment were decent, it would be fine. But to my surprise, everything exceeded my expectations! There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, making shopping very convenient. The hotel's dining area is great, and the food isn't overpriced. Plus, there's a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Definitely recommend it!"

"Booked a 2-bedroom suite and was given a room on the 32nd floor, which is the highest floor. The view was amazing, with direct sight of the Burj Khalifa and the evening fountain show. The room was spacious and felt quite new. Room service was excellent. There were complimentary Arabic tea and dates available at the entrance. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Dubai Mall. There's a shuttle service to the mall, metro station, and the beach. However, only the beach shuttle has a return trip; the others are one-way."

"Location: 15 mins walk from business bay metro station (red line), 40min walk to Burj Khalifa. The location is fine. There are two 24hr supermarkets next door so very convenient  All of Dubai has new buildings going up, so no matter where you stay you will be around building work.  Clean: Room is clean, however on one day we found the towels were not placed tidy and there was sand on the floor that was not cleaned.  Room: We got upgraded to a Deluxe room, it's big. Room has fridge also which is a plus. Large wardrobe, desk area and large shower / bathroom.  Breakfast Much variety of breakfast, including a chef who will cook for you. Really good choices for Asian (Chinese) pallet, Arab food and Western food.  Gym: Great gym, some cardio machines but a full weight stack on machines and a full dumbbell rack which is rare for hotel gyms.  They have a pool, but we didnt try it. There is also a Sauna room also.  Good Things: It's nearby enough to the station so it's easy to get to.  The room is large and clean and quiet  The AC is great, very quiet but still can make the room super cold if you want it. Bad things: It's what I describe as USA service, everyone is warm, friendly and available, but all seem to only do it if they expect a tip. I guess thats common Overall: The value of the hotel is good, the location is reasonable, the food is good and the service is acceptable. There is nothing wrong with the Hotel, but also nothing that screams Outstanding. "

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at the Pearl Swiss Hotel from February 21 until March 12, and overall the hotel itself is very nice and deserving of its 4-star rating. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are good, and the staff are generally welcoming. However, what truly made our stay incredible during a very difficult time was one person from the housekeeping department — Ajmer. Ajmer was extremely professional, friendly, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Despite the chaotic circumstances around us due to the war, he consistently went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. His kindness and dedication made the situation much more bearable for us. Employees like Ajmer make a huge difference in the guest experience. The hotel management should truly recognize and promote him for the outstanding service he provides. Thank you, Ajmer, for your kindness and professionalism. You made a difficult time much easier for us"

"The service was excellent, especially the baggage handlers who were really friendly and always greeted us warmly. The breakfast had a great variety, the 19th-floor view was amazing, and the fitness center had good equipment."

"I really enjoyed the breakfast here on my previous visit, especially the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon — it was beautifully prepared and delicious. However, this morning the same order looked and tasted quite different, with only the poached eggs and smoked salmon served, without the bread, sauce, or garnish. I wanted to share this feedback because I truly appreciate the quality I experienced before, and I hope it can be consistent. Thank you for your attention. More touristes more service for respect."
