"We booked this hotel for a one-night stay during a 20-hour layover between two flights, specifically during the designated ceasefire. We felt safe at the hotel, which is located near Dubai Mall. A shuttle bus took us there punctually, and there were several time slots to choose from. We were given a room on the 20th floor instead of the 3rd, and we could watch the fountains from our window. The cleanliness and amenities of the studio were perfect. Due to our short stay and early departure, I can't comment on the meals or the swimming pool, as we didn't use those services."

The reception was often very crowded, and it seemed understaffed, resulting in longer waiting times during busy hours. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a convenient location and clean accommodations, but the hotel could benefit from better maintenance and additional front desk staff."

"The location is super convenient. You can dial '0' every day for free coffee. Right across from the hotel is an exhibition center, which is incredibly handy. The bed is a bit small (comparable to Hong Kong), but for a business trip, it's acceptable. As for breakfast, for my Chinese palate, it was pretty average. Hope they can improve it. The location is great, close to the subway and also near the Burj Khalifa."
