GGuest UserOur first time at this resort. Very family friendly, kids club was one of the best I've seen. It was a bit too crowded for our liking, that's just our preference, not saying that its bad by any means. Some of the service maybe a bit slow, like asking for ice, bell boy, front desk, but only because of the amount of people there, the service was good. Good new clean rooms.

2206228****I was very satisfied with this hotel, and there are a few key points.
First, the hotel's location is excellent. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach. Right outside, there's a large shopping mall, Starbucks, all sorts of restaurants, hotels, cafes, food, drinks, entertainment, and shopping, all within a 5-minute walk. There's also a large Carrefour and a Beauty Street where you can get salon services, SPA treatments, massages, and manicures. It's an incredibly convenient location.
Second, the hotel itself offers excellent service. From the window, you can see the Ain Dubai Ferris wheel and the sea. Enjoying a drink on the balcony is quite relaxing.
Third, the hotel includes two meals a day, either breakfast and dinner or breakfast and lunch. And the food for both meals is fantastic. Dinner offers a seafood buffet with a wide variety of seafood and fish. Lunch is also great, with two restaurant options: an Italian restaurant and a Greek restaurant, both included in the room rate. I tried the Greek restaurant, and the squid ink risotto and seafood soup were delicious. I didn't expect the hotel-included meals to be this good, which was a pleasant surprise.
I also need to mention a drawback: when looking at the hotel's room rates, you absolutely must consider the taxes and fees. Generally, the tax in the UAE is 20 dirhams per night, but the taxes at this hotel, or rather at all hotels in JBR, are actually quite high. After you see the room rate, pay special attention to the total amount payable, as it might be significantly higher than the room rate alone; the taxes could add up to nearly 1000 AED. I didn't notice the taxes initially and just booked directly. Then, when I paid, I wondered why it was over 1000 AED more than the room rate. I called Trip.com and found out there were substantial taxes, so this is something to be aware of. Everyone should pay more attention to this.
Aside from the issue with taxes, there are no other problems with this hotel. Starbucks is right next door. For women, there's a street nearby with many small perfume shops. I initially thought the perfumes would be mediocre, but I bought some and found their scents to be quite pleasant.

GGuest UserThis is a massive resort, located at the very tip of the Palm Jumeirah. The architecture is grand, stately, and very well-designed. There are pools, a beach, a water park, various activities like ping pong and a golf practice range, and an abundance of facilities for children. Our room was a high-floor, sea-view room, and standing by the window, the view outside was simply breathtaking.
Even though the resort has been operating for 18 years, it's incredibly well-maintained. Despite the large number of guests, especially children, everything runs smoothly and is very well-managed. All the glass doors and windows are immaculately clean, not a single fingerprint, because staff are constantly wiping them down. We discreetly counted several swimming pools, and one of them alone had eight lifeguards on duty.
There's a great variety of dining options, including Michelin three-star and one-star restaurants, as well as two buffets. Breakfast was generally good. A special shout-out to our dinner at the Michelin one-star Hakkasan – the food was delicious, the quality was excellent, and the ambiance was very elegant and upscale.
Next door, the new Atlantis The Royal has opened, and guests staying here can take a shuttle to visit it.
The staff are all incredibly proactive, enthusiastic, and super patient. They always make sure to diligently complete whatever you ask of them before moving on.

GGuest UserLoved this hotel - service is wonderful and staff couldn't do more for you. We received a free upgrade for my birthday without informing them of the date which was a lovely touch.
All on site restaurants are lovely - we had the dine around option.

Location is right on the palm next to royal Atlantis but taxis are cheap enough to get on and off the palm

SSAGITTARIUS ♐️My stay at Mövenpick was honestly amazing and one of the experiences I truly enjoyed from start to finish 😍✨
The hotel is right in the heart of JBR which makes everything so easy and convenient. There is a great selection of restaurants all around 🍽️✨ and the whole area is full of life. The beach is only a short walk away 🌊☀️ and the view of Dubai Eye from there is just beautiful 😍🎡 It adds such a special feeling to the whole place.
The room was spacious and very clean 🛏️💛
Everything felt comfortable and relaxing and it really gave me that proper holiday mood.

They were so cooperative and pleasant to deal with. Their kindness and professionalism made the stay even better. They handled every request with a smile and made sure everything went smoothly.

However, my room have something like cockroach and fly and the Japan restaurant tori is bad. Don’t go. I can taste the freeze of the sashimi and little bit fishy.
