GGuest User⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and offered breathtaking views of the sea and Burj Al Arab. The facilities are world-class – the private beach, swimming pools, and restaurants all exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet had an incredible variety, and every meal we had was delicious. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine warmth of the team, which made the experience truly memorable. This hotel is perfect for families as well as couples, with plenty of activities and entertainment for all ages. I would highly recommend Jumeirah Beach Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and will definitely return on my next trip.

CCai deReiWe had a fantastic stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable hotel experiences ever. At first glance, the property may look a bit “old school” in design — and yes, some modernization might be needed soon — but once you spend time here, you realize it has something far more valuable: true warmth, character, and heart. In a world of glossy “design hotels” that often feel empty in spirit, I would choose this one any day. A huge compliment goes to the housekeeping team, especially Sachith Karan, who did an outstanding job every day. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and filled with thoughtful touches. Sachith’s professionalism and genuine care made a real difference and truly reflected the Ritz-Carlton spirit. The grounds are breathtaking — lush gardens, peaceful walkways, and multiple pools that even have well-placed shade, which is perfect in the Dubai heat. There are activities and games to enjoy throughout the property, making it ideal for both relaxation and fun. The food here is excellent across the board, but a special mention must go to the Arabic outdoor restaurant on-site — it’s pure magic. The atmosphere, the flavors, the setting under the stars — it captures the essence of Dubai in the most beautiful way. Most of all, the team makes this hotel what it is. Every staff member is kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You never feel like just another guest — you feel truly welcomed and valued. In short: while it may not have the ultra-modern look of some newer hotels, The Ritz-Carlton Dubai shines where it truly matters — heart, hospitality, and unforgettable atmosphere. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended.

GGuest UserUpon arrival, we upgraded to a Palm Island view room. The staff were very attentive. Although our room on the 4th floor was a bit low, it was fine. Our child was thrilled to see the pool. The shuttle service was also very convenient. Just keep in mind that check-in and check-out can take some time, so don't schedule your itinerary too tightly. The only thing worth mentioning is on our last day, while having breakfast at the Saffron restaurant, right as we walked in, under the first counter on the right where the plates are kept, I personally saw a cockroach crawling around, even on several plates that were about to be used. We quickly left with our family and informed the staff about the situation. It's definitely necessary to change those plates. While cockroaches in a restaurant are somewhat inevitable, I hope they can try to avoid guests seeing them, especially on new plates that might be used. Amazing
EEkaterina EThis hotel is clearly a favorite among Russian families, owing to its good location, all-inclusive meals, and low price for three guests in a room. All signs and announcements in the hotel are duplicated in Russian. During our stay, a large group of about 20 Russian teenagers was also there. These were classic teenagers who seem to think that being noisy, smoking covertly in the bushes, and swearing makes them mature. At breakfast, most guests are families with small children, which generally gives the impression of being in a summer camp rather than a Dubai hotel. If you enjoy this kind of atmosphere, or if you have children, then it's worth staying here, as your child won't be bored alone. The hotel has parking. The entrance to the hotel is from the underground parking, which makes the lobby feel a bit uninviting. Check-in was quick. We checked in at 6 PM and missed lunch. We were offered to stay for lunch after check-out the next day and complimentary luggage storage at the reception. The food is buffet style. On one hand, it seems like there's everything: beef, fish, side dishes, fruits, vegetables, soup, desserts. On the other hand, nothing is cooked well: the beef is fatty and tough, and the fish is overly soft. For example, in the photo, the salad has a lot of green and black olives and just a few cucumbers and leaves. The taste is unbalanced, just bitter. If you add vegetables, they are there but chopped into large pieces. In the fruit salad, the melon is so tasteless that you have to pick it out. At breakfast, there's no regular sliced cheese for making sandwiches, only feta with herbs. The croissants are so stale, as if they've been sitting there for three days, even though they are regularly refilled during breakfast. Not a single dish made me want to go back for seconds. In the end, I didn't regret missing lunch and decided not to stay for lunch the next day. The pool officially operates until 8 PM, but at 7:30 PM, we couldn't swim as it was already closed. The spa has a hammam and a sauna. The hammam is quite cold, and while the sauna shows 90 degrees, it feels much cooler. The jacuzzi has no bubbles, either the button doesn't work, or it's designed that way. It's more like a hot water pool. The definite pros are the large room, good zoning into a bedroom and living room, and a spacious bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. Also, there's a beautiful view of the Marina from the window, but no balcony. I stayed for one night and am unlikely to choose this place again. For the same price, there are many better hotels nearby for couples without children.

GGuest UserThe front desk lady was Chinese, and her service was excellent and thoughtful. When I checked in, she knew my English wasn't great, so she specifically took me to the Italian restaurant to book dinner for the next evening. When I checked out, she saw us trying to take our huge suitcases on the shuttle bus and gently and politely told me that the car was too small and couldn't fit the luggage. Hahaha, she put it very tactfully... In reality, I let my kids decide how to be frugal and save money... So, my child let out a sad sigh: ”We didn't even save on the fare.” Hahaha, in the end, we took a taxi to the airport, but the front desk lady's attitude and way of explaining things taught her a lot. What a lovely memory...

SSAGITTARIUS ♐️My stay at Mövenpick was honestly amazing and one of the experiences I truly enjoyed from start to finish 😍✨ The hotel is right in the heart of JBR which makes everything so easy and convenient. There is a great selection of restaurants all around 🍽️✨ and the whole area is full of life. The beach is only a short walk away 🌊☀️ and the view of Dubai Eye from there is just beautiful 😍🎡 It adds such a special feeling to the whole place. The room was spacious and very clean 🛏️💛 Everything felt comfortable and relaxing and it really gave me that proper holiday mood. A very big thank you to Divya and Umaima 🤍✨ They were so cooperative and pleasant to deal with. Their kindness and professionalism made the stay even better. They handled every request with a smile and made sure everything went smoothly. One of the sweetest touches was the birthday cake they placed in the room 🎂🥹💛 It made me so happy and showed how thoughtful the team is. They continued to check on me throughout the stay to make sure everything was up to my standards and that I was enjoying my time 🤗✨ I truly had such a wonderful stay 🙌💛 From the location to the service to the warm hospitality every detail added something special to the experience. I definitely recommend it ⭐️ And I will for sure be coming back because the whole stay was simply unforgettable 😍🌟✨

GGuest UserAs a regular Accor guest globally, I was extremely disappointed by my recent stay at Rixos. This was a birthday suprise for my GF and there there were issues throughout the one night stay: • Valet arrival experience was poor. We waited around 10 minutes for someone to take the car and assist with luggage. • Check-in took almost one hour to be seen, which is unacceptable for this category of hotel. • No one escorted us to the room. • Luggage took approximately 45 minutes to arrive after multiple follow-ups. • Pool service was extremely slow, with around one hour waiting time for drinks and only one staff member serving guests. • Restaurants were closed, only the buffet or 4 dish options in a pool restaurant or an Italian at night that we was informed only when booked its exclusive to guests with 4 days or more so don’t be fooled by the marketing claims online, you will only access a buffet. • Breakfast buffet is like something you would see in Benidorm. Disorganized, tables not cleaned or ready for the breakfast rush and many empty display trays so you are left to find scraps (see photos taken at 9.30am) • On departure for our evening at Atlantis Royal, we waited approximately 25 minutes for valet to bring the car, causing us to arrive late. • On return to the hotel, there was again no valet team present, only security, and we waited another 10 minutes for a driver to attend. Overall, the stay felt badly understaffed, poorly coordinated, and nowhere near the standards expected of a premium luxury property under the Accor brand. This experience honestly made me regret choosing the hotel for a special occasion. I genuinely believe the property should be reviewed directly by Accor’s central management team in France, because in its current form it does not reflect the standards associated with Rixos Ultra or Accor luxury positioning. There are many nice hotels in Dubai, please do yourself a huge favor, spend your money in any other but this one.

GGuest UserDuring my two-day stay, the master bedroom's bathtub and shower were unusable. The water temperature was too low, reaching a maximum of 39 degrees Celsius even when turned up all the way, and it wouldn't maintain that temperature. Hotel staff came to check and discuss three times, each time claiming the equipment was working fine and advising that the bathtub shouldn't be filled more than halfway with hot water. However, in reality, the hot water in the tub only lasted for 2-3 minutes before turning lukewarm. The entire bathing experience cooled down within 5 minutes, leaving not even enough lukewarm water for a shower. The second bedroom had the same issue; after the first person used it, even waiting over half an hour wasn't enough for the next person to have a complete hot shower. This is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel and doesn't meet its service standards. The entire communication process severely disrupted our travel plans. Furthermore, from the night of check-in until the next morning, all four phones in our suite were unable to connect to the front desk for assistance. Eventually, we had to rely on Trip.com to contact staff to come to our standalone building for repairs. On the positive side, the suite had good views. At the breakfast buffet, when we asked if they had Spanish coffee, they initially said no, but then directly brought us a prepared cup, which was a nice touch and made us feel a bit touched.

GGuest UserWe booked for one night while passing through. The room was a huge two-room suite. One room had a living area with a mini-kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, and microwave. There was also a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV area. Everything felt very spacious. There was one toilet with a commode and a sink, and a second bathroom with a bathtub and a commode. The bedroom was also spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with such soft linens that I didn't want to get out of bed. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, soap, cotton swabs, and cotton pads, but no disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste. There were also no slippers or bathrobes. In the kitchen, there were two bottles of water, about eight coffee sachets, and just one tea bag… a very odd quantity. There was also disposable sugar. The room had a tobacco smell, as if someone had smoked in it, even though we were asked upon check-in if we preferred a smoking or non-smoking room, and we chose non-smoking. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the metro, which was very convenient for getting to the airport as we did. Nearby, there's also the Marina Mall, where you can easily exchange money and grab a bite on the top floor. Plus, there's a supermarket on the first floor. Overall, the Dubai Marina promenade is a nice place for a walk. The room offered a wonderful view. In short, we liked the hotel, but it's not a 5-star experience. It has its drawbacks. For 7500 rubles a night, we expected better conditions. Also, be aware that they charge a 20-dirham tourist tax upon check-in.
