GGuest UserOur first time at this resort. Very family friendly, kids club was one of the best I've seen. It was a bit too crowded for our liking, that's just our preference, not saying that its bad by any means. Some of the service maybe a bit slow, like asking for ice, bell boy, front desk, but only because of the amount of people there, the service was good. Good new clean rooms.

DDoc BitkeepIf you are looking for King bed thats not for you as they combine two single beds to one with clear separation in between. Room was smelly and while checking out the front desk manager said please check next time before booking. A clear warning as Trip.com didnt mention about two beds made into one king bed which was clearly uncomfortable

TTrav3ll3rA great location with direct access to JBE, the Beach and the Walk. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice seating area giving you more space. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. The pool is small and can get crowded, but it is a nice place to sun and dip.

LlindsayxuHotel Amenities and Environment: The 7-star hotel environment is impeccable, boasting a water park and an aquarium. I saw on Xiaohongshu that beach slippers were complimentary, but unfortunately, they weren't – only a beach bag was provided. The room itself was decent. Dining: The most satisfying part of this trip was the Club Lounge. It's actually a Michelin-starred restaurant! Breakfast starts at 7 AM, and the afternoon tea selection is also very rich. You can even order drinks during happy hour. Choosing a club room that grants access to the lounge is absolutely worth it. Service: The service was very enthusiastic. I arrived at the hotel quite early, and after my third inquiry, they finally arranged a room for me just before 12 PM.

GGuest UserHonestly, it wasn't as bad as some reviews made it sound; everything was pretty good. When I arrived, I ended up booking the only large suite with a balcony overlooking Palm Jumeirah. The in-room facilities felt a bit average, like it hadn't been occupied in a while. However, the other hotel facilities, regular rooms, and service were all excellent. Great value for money overall.

All on site restaurants are lovely - we had the dine around option. Facilities was great Location is right on the palm next to royal Atlantis but taxis are cheap enough to get on and off the palm

SSAGITTARIUS ♐️My stay at Mövenpick was honestly amazing and one of the experiences I truly enjoyed from start to finish 😍✨ The hotel is right in the heart of JBR which makes everything so easy and convenient. There is a great selection of restaurants all around 🍽️✨ and the whole area is full of life. The beach is only a short walk away 🌊☀️ and the view of Dubai Eye from there is just beautiful 😍🎡 It adds such a special feeling to the whole place. The room was spacious and very clean 🛏️💛 Everything felt comfortable and relaxing and it really gave me that proper holiday mood. A very big thank you to Divya and Umaima 🤍✨ They were so cooperative and pleasant to deal with. Their kindness and professionalism made the stay even better. They handled every request with a smile and made sure everything went smoothly. One of the sweetest touches was the birthday cake they placed in the room 🎂🥹💛 It made me so happy and showed how thoughtful the team is. They continued to check on me throughout the stay to make sure everything was up to my standards and that I was enjoying my time 🤗✨ I truly had such a wonderful stay 🙌💛 From the location to the service to the warm hospitality every detail added something special to the experience. I definitely recommend it ⭐️ And I will for sure be coming back because the whole stay was simply unforgettable 😍🌟✨

GGuest UserGood location near metro station. Walking distance to the beach 20-25 minutes or tram about 10 -15 minutes. Nice pool. Restaurant is not that good. Spirit store 20 minutes walking. Not many shops or cafe around . Generally good location for a good price but if with small children it May be complicated to get to the beach and back.
