CCarina HoBreakfast: Super terrible service, unfriendly to Chinese guests. only this hotel i have this strong feeling, we have checked in to Atlantis palm, St Regis Abu dhabi during this vacation and everything was perfect!!
For Jumeirah Beach Hotel, most of the staff in the breakfast area are not friendly, with no smile, and I felt like being bullied by the service peoples. You can see a few tables around are available, but she keeps guiding us to the last section of table area, which is very few people, and there is no one assistant.
Even the table is not yet well cleaned when she guided us to. My kids are sitting there. She didn't say anything but directly sprayed the cleaning liquid over my kid's head. And she asked me what i would like to order to drink when she is wiping. It is unprofessional and unrespect to try to take an order when you are not focused on your customers. I am wondering why this 5 star hotel can offer this service specially wondering this unprofessional assistant lady. Is there something wrong with you??
I ordered 2 glasses of milk for my kids. They sent me 2 small milk jars , but we didn't order tea?! So what is this for?! And I try to ask someone to change. However, over 15 minutes, there was no one answering, i am pitty sure they both see i am asking for assistance !!!!!!
Buggies service: When we ask for the buggie, the guy standing there tells us to walk as it's very near ?! Haha, that's so funny! everybody keeps faking us like a fool. You prepare this service and when I come though , you ask me to walk. what do you mean?!
What a ******* experience ever! I will never recommend this hotel to any Chinese/Asian face people!! Never waste your money to someone who dont care for your stay!
Message to Jumeirah Beach Hotel : If you are not ready to open for Chinese people, please close your reservation ! don't try to accept our money then give me this ******* service! EEwan912The sole purpose for this stay is for the countdown view of Burj Khalifa and the room’s view is spectacular! We drove and was met with the valet but then from there to the lobby was not clear as expected with a 5 star hotel. Once we got up to the room it was great. Bathroom was nice and room is modern, but the TV is not great. The the colour is obviously broken with half the TV different. Breakfast was good with a good spread and taste was good but they didn’t have enough staff and service is rushed and the experience is not quite 5 star. It just seems a number of staff isn’t fully trained and the manager had to tell them to do this and that in front of us. Lastly, they tried the “menu” model like top hotels with the breakfast and that was a joke! I ordered French toast and on the menu it was with whipped cream and compote with berries. The plate given had no cream and just had a couple strawberries. It was a good stay but still some areas to improve for the premium price.

Location is really superb near to Bikanerwala (Indian Food ) and taxis are available just outside and hotel is very near to Museum of tge future as well.

0.5 deduction is just for a suggestion to the hotel to please remove auto Sensors for the ac's please if a family is back to hotel after a long hot day and coming back to their room and ac was shutdown bcoz of your sensors that a tough call because Dubai has hot weather all 365 days and ac's should work continuesly so its a suggestion please make it done iil help more positive reviews.. t

DDuaaOur stay at Sofitel The Obelisk was exceptional! I have visited this hotel several times before and every time i will repeat my visit. The room was spacious and comfortable and the service was excellent.The breakfast was terrific and I loved the pool serene area. The staff was friendly and helpful, thank you so so much Mr. Mahmoud & Mr. Ankur & Mr. Baha and all the staff there.

## Ambiance
I booked this hotel primarily for its swimming pool. However, I really struggled to appreciate the hotel's interior design. The overall aesthetic is dark with deep purple tones, making the entire place feel very dim. Walking alone down the corridors back to my room felt quite eerie and unsettling.
## Facilities
While the swimming pool's layout is great, the water quality desperately needs better cleaning. Its clarity was quite disappointing, making it feel rather dirty even just looking at it. For this season, the pool and its beach area are open from 8 AM to 7 PM.
## Breakfast
Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which both my child and I found quite satisfying.
There was a minor incident during breakfast on our first day, but the restaurant manager's subsequent follow-up and handling of the situation were very proactive and thorough.
