GGuest UserWe booked a stay at the Sheraton Grand Dubai to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and what a fun and memorable experience it was! We visit Dubai several times a year but had never stayed here before. Our daughter, who lives in Dubai, suggested after she enjoyed a pool day, and it turned out to be a brilliant idea.
The food was really great, the staff were outstanding, and the service throughout was exceptional. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, everything about the stay was perfect. We couldn’t find a single thing to fault.
Highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Dubai — we’ll definitely be back!

MMaoyaThis was the only hotel we stayed at in Dubai, and it offered incredible value for money. The front desk upgraded us to a sea-view suite with two separate large bedrooms, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It's right next to Palm Jumeirah and very close to Skydive Dubai. The metro station is just 30 meters from the hotel entrance, making transportation super convenient. I highly recommend booking the Akaya Ma Seahorse Camp desert safari on Taobao; the hotel provided full transfers and concierge-like service with a rich variety of activities.

XXiaoxiaodehuaqianjiWe booked four rooms with breakfast for two nights. On the day of check-in, which was already past midnight, one of the rooms we were assigned was already occupied. We then had to go back and switch rooms. The next day at breakfast, they said the room wasn't under my name and wanted me to pay, which caused another hassle. Finally, on the day we checked out, they claimed we had consumed items from the mini-bar, but we absolutely did not!! This Marriott is honestly the worst-managed one I've ever stayed at!! Not recommended! Plus, the bar was very noisy at night.

GGuest UserA truly perfect stay! It's cut from the same cloth as Atlantis but with a more artistic vibe. The fire and water fountain show is definitely worth seeing! Breakfast was abundant and varied. Due to a flight change, we had to check out a day early, and the hotel surprised us by delivering our ordered breakfast items right before we left. It was beautifully presented and far from a perfunctory gesture, which was a delightful surprise!

GGuest UserVery nice rooms. Cleaning, security and service staff is lovely and helpful, front desk depends on who’s on duty. Breakfast and Indian restaurant are incredibly tasty! Pools are excellent, also for kids, even though lazy river could use renovation. Location is convenient, premises are beautiful. All in all a wonderful stay.

The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
I had a few concerns during my stay. The lobby noise at night was distracting, and I didn't always feel safe in the elevator late at night due to some drunk guests.

GGuest UserIt was a pleasant stay at the hotel, especially for someone travelling to Dubai for the first time. The location is very close to the airport and within walking distance—though with luggage, it may be slightly challenging. The staff were courteous and generous throughout our stay. A special mention to Monica at the Reception for kindly arranging an upgrade, which was truly appreciated.

GGuest User3 star at a max for Dubai. I guess having a club enhances the star rating but this is not to say it is poor, but rooms need upgrading.
It serves a specific client group, this definitely defeats the Accor Standards and not good enough of management to say “well they are 90% of our guest”.
I choice to say as the price ratio was good for the night but if the stay was longer I would have ran away!
Would I come back, not likely unless Accor Head office does some serious head banging!

NNini-TiffanySubject: Serious Complaint Regarding Elevator Incident and Unprofessional Conduct
I recently had an alarming and deeply upsetting experience at your hotel. I became stuck in the elevator with no ability to go up or down. Despite repeatedly pressing the alarm and knowing there was a camera present, no one responded. This caused me significant distress, leading to a headache and a full-blown anxiety attack. Thankfully, the elevator eventually descended on its own, allowing me to get out.
Following this, I reported the issue to the cluster duty manager, Zakariyae Bensbih. Unfortunately, his response was shockingly unprofessional. He offered what seemed like a minimal gesture of compensation—one free meal for myself and a friend, with 50% off for any additional friends—then changed the terms entirely. Worse, he spoke rudely and disrespectfully to his own staff in front of guests, which was both embarrassing and unacceptable.
During our visit, my friends and I witnessed Mr. Bensbih yelling at Ferdous from the restaurant team, who was simply doing his job. Ferrous was polite and professional throughout, and did not deserve that treatment.
On a more positive note, I want to commend Sarita, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. She was a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the lack of safety and professionalism I encountered.
