Great
MMack ChengService: Very good.
Environment: Right by the sea, the surrounding area is excellent.
Cleanliness: As it's a newly opened hotel, the cleanliness is still okay.
Facilities: The indoor environment is very nice, but the balcony is a bit plain. The rooftop pool is beautiful.
GGuest User“Because of my poor English, there was a misunderstanding. The staff offered one thing, but in reality it turned out differently. I booked a room through Trip.com for one price, but the employee offered me a better and bigger room, saying it would be all-inclusive and for 2 days.
In the end, I stayed only 1 day, and I was told that breakfast was not included and had to be paid separately. Yes, my English is not very good, but I asked several times to confirm everything.
Also, while staying in Dubai, I noticed that sometimes people promise one thing but do another, often referring to the language barrier. For example, yesterday at a fish market, we agreed on one price, but they tried to charge another and even gave spoiled seafood. However, the managers there handled the situation professionally and resolved everything properly, understanding that the most important thing is not money, but how we treat guests.
But that was a fish market. This is Hilton. The standards should be completely different.
It is very disappointing and it spoiled my mood. This should not happen in Dubai. I expect a fair explanation and resolution.”
GGuest UserThe hotel entrance was a bit tricky to locate, requiring a turn into a small side street. However, the excellent service and spacious rooms, perfect for family travel, truly stood out. For first-timers to Dubai, the night view from the room is a significant highlight, showcasing the city's most vibrant main roads and architecture. Its prime location also means most attractions are easily accessible. Complimentary breakfast is provided, offering a decent selection of classic Western dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
MM255441****The environment is great, the service is excellent, and check-in was a breeze. Unlike some hotels that demand a deposit upon arrival, this one doesn't. Plus, it's quite well-equipped; I've stayed in other Dubai hotels that didn't even provide slippers or toiletries, but this one has them. It's also very convenient for getting around and shopping.

A truly unique experience staying on a boat. The breakfast was incredibly rich, with a great variety of fresh food. The facilities on the boat were very classic and full of cultural charm.
GGuest User⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I stayed at the Pearl Swiss Hotel from February 21 until March 12, and overall the hotel itself is very nice and deserving of its 4-star rating. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are good, and the staff are generally welcoming.
However, what truly made our stay incredible during a very difficult time was one person from the housekeeping department — Ajmer.
Ajmer was extremely professional, friendly, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Despite the chaotic circumstances around us due to the war, he consistently went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. His kindness and dedication made the situation much more bearable for us.
Employees like Ajmer make a huge difference in the guest experience. The hotel management should truly recognize and promote him for the outstanding service he provides.
Thank you, Ajmer, for your kindness and professionalism. You made a difficult time much easier for us

GGuest UserThere were very few Chinese guests at this hotel; most were from Europe and the Americas. The hotel has a swimming pool, which was lovely for a swim. Breakfast was just okay. One of the staff members at the front desk was quite rude; I felt he wasn't suited for the service industry. He had a sour expression the entire time I was dealing with him.

AAnonymous UserIt’s fairly clean. Spacious.
But it is very noisy because there is a night club downstairs. I don’t think I sleep well. If you don’t mind the noise, it is a budget place. With a lot of food to try.
