The stay was okay. But I think the hotel needs to be stricter when it comes to their smoke-free rooms. Sometimes, there’s a smell of smoke that lingers…probably someone else in another room is smoking and the smell is reaching my room. They did a great job freshening up the room though! Also I find it weird that the second time I called for room service, I was told I should call the restaurant and not the reception. How will I know that? I only dialled the number written in the desk to call for orders😅 I commend the first person who answered my first order though, told me they’ll redirect the call to the restaurant. Maybe change the number that was on the desk? Other than that, it was an okay stay. Although not recommended for holidays, there was a waiting line for the buffet. Definitely not solo traveller/solo business trip friendly.

The stay was good and the place is really great. Staffs are accomodating and approachable. My only issue is not enough info about the promo 36hrs stay. I expect to stay till 9PM the next day but they told us that our booking doesn't have promo of 36hrs stay, although it was in out email that we have a package of the promo. In the end the Rove told us that the promo is exclusive in their website only. The next time, they should inform the 3rd party booking app that is was exclusive booking only from their own website. But overall our stay is very good ❤️

The hotel's location is truly incredible. The metro station is right in front, a 3-minute walk away, as is the taxi rank. The studio is spacious, even for two people for an extended stay. The housekeeping service is excellent; they clean every day. Water, coffee, sugar, tea, and milk are provided by the hotel. The kitchenette is very spacious and well-equipped for preparing meals. The refrigerator is very functional and large enough to store food. The staff is truly excellent and attentive. The breakfast is decent.

I recently stayed at Mercure Dubai Deira and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the nearby Gold Souk which was my reason for the trip. My room was spacious and clean with a lovely view. The staff were lovely and very helpful, the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. A great choice -I’d definitely stay here again

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station. While it's not in the absolute city center, it's easy to get to most places and the area is relatively quiet. The hotel itself is quite new, and the facilities and overall environment are pretty good.

We stayed in Ibis for 2 nights. The hotel is good, rooms a bit old but cozy, have everything you need. We had first floor and windows looking to the garden. The location is 5 min walking distance from Insurance Company metro station which is so good. Area is also nice, there is mall and a lot of cafes. There is also Carrefour next to the hotel.

(Stayed Oct 2025) Good Hotel Stay. Room was clean, had decent wifi connection, was accessible by lift, & had basic shower amenities provided. Although complimentary buffet breakfast was slightly lacking in variety. Location is walkable to the metro station too.

The hotel is definitely worth every penny. The area is peaceful and quiet, which made the whole experience very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, well-maintained, and the toilets are clean and fresh. Overall, great value for money and a place I would happily stay at again.

look i really not happy 100% but i like very much the customer service they are good staff friendly and trying hard to please the customers. The other bad things is the smoking the smell of it is everywhere you go

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stayed at Abjad Crown Hotel and really enjoyed it. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the staff were super welcoming and always ready to help. The overall service was smooth and pleasant. Yes, it gets a little noisy at night because of the clubs downstairs, but if you don’t mind a lively vibe, it actually adds to the atmosphere. Great value for money!
