DDarrylT.Stayed here for 2 days is good. Everything almost perfect. Walking distance to Burjuman and Sharaf DG Metro station. High Tech. The receptionist is kind and approachable. The breakfast is good. The room is nice because of the design concept. But one thing I'm not satisfied, im sorry to say but its the cleanliness of the bathroom, the drainage of the sink bowl and tab also corners is not clean well.

GGuest UserHow do I begin ? Inaccessible in the sense that what is advertised in Trip.com as Homeland Hotel is not the real name of the Building . It’s situated in Al Barsha 6 minutes walk from Masreq station now renamed Insurance Market one stop after Mall of Emirates . It is near Holiday inn but the buildings name is different managed by different landlords . I’m given the top deck bed which I struggle to climb up due to my painful knees. No receptionist I ask various people don’t know which room to go until someone directed me to room 102 . The charger point in my allocated bedspace isn’t working so I need to get out in the kitchen or very tiny landing room . There were six female occupants staying reasonably quiet , everywhere you turn there’s a “ fine “ reminder with certain value if you violated the rules in the kitchen, not closing sliding doors, or smoking inside the bathroom which is fair element of top safety concerns . Everything is shared in terms of amenities . I am grateful for the free laundry though since I lost my luggage in the airline mess up from Manila Philippines.

The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The facilities were well-maintained, and the ambiance was both elegant and relaxing. MMiaSurayaThe location is the best. Just beside the Emirates Towers Metro station. Outside of the building have MyMug restaurant which sells Kerala food. It’s very delicious and affordable. Also have 2 supermarkets and pharmacy. The room is OK for 1 night. Actually it’s like a 1 unit of house inside a building but they make a partition into 2 rooms of double bed, 1 room of bunk bed , 1 pantry and 1 shared toilet. They provide iron and iron board. The internet is good. The pakistani guy stay there too. Thanks bhai. I give 5 star for this hospitality

DDziqI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent—close to everything I wanted to see and easy to get around. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant experience. Only must paid again in reception i didnt like

GGuest UserHere's the situation. It's a hostel-style accommodation. I had my own bathroom and toilet, but it still felt like I was in a shared apartment with thin walls and doors where you could hear everything. And it smelled like smoke. And also (I didn't notice it right away, and when I realized it later that evening, it was too late), but I think I had unwashed sheets on my bed...
And the deposit, which they don't warn you about anywhere, and then demand upon check-in, even for just one night... 200 dirhams, which is returned upon check-out.
