OONPALIN BOWNOYI like this hotel Excellent, but the internet was sometimes down. “Very satisfied with this service. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly. It was a great place to stay, but I found the Wi-Fi connection a little choppy at times. It was a good place to stay

Eenjoylife-atsuThe location is excellent, very close to Emirates Mall and the station. There's also a supermarket nearby. It was surprisingly quiet at night. The shower had good hot water and strong pressure, which was a plus. The only downsides were the plastic cover still on the bed, which made a crinkling sound whenever I moved, and the annoying flies in the kitchen.

Please note that the hotel requires a cash deposit at check-in. However, the refund of this deposit is very inconvenient. The refund depends entirely on staff availability, and reception staff is not always present, especially in the evening and at night. In my case, I was told to wait until midnight or even 1:00–2:00 AM to get my deposit refunded, which is not reasonable, especially for guests with early morning departures. Staff professionalism and service organization need improvement. Apart from these service issues, everything else was okay

Of the minuses, the beds are wobbly, towels are 20 AED. Otherwise a very good hostel. Since it is new, it is difficult to find, it is located on the 9th floor of an apartment building, the reception did not know about this hostel, I had to call and check the apartment number.

IIchitaroConveniently located near the station and within walking distance of the historical district. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The accommodation is in several rooms in an apartment building. If the manager is not there when you check in, you will need to contact him via What's App, so I think it's a good idea to download it in advance. The room I stayed in had three bunk beds. There was a guy who snored a lot, but I was grateful to be able to stay in such a convenient place for this price.
